My mother made an appointment with this clinic for 11 am on October 6, 2021. She paid a caregiver to take her to the appointment. They arrived at 10:45 to find the doors locked and no one answered the phone. She made the appointment through hear.com, and called them for assistance. The hear.com staff were not able to reach anyone either. We never heard back from anyone at this clinic to try to explain or reschedule the appointment. We were very disappointed by the poor customer service to say the least and have already found a different audiologist.
