They are always so helpful and the friendliness, kindness, and their cheerful outlook make it a pleasure dealing with them. The staff at Optimum Hearing is polite, professional, extremely caring and very competent. Shelley was able to answer any question I had with patience. Shelley did an exceptional job evaluating my current hearing and made the appropriate changes to my old hearing aides. While there, I asked if my insurance would cover an upgrade to more current hearing aides. Shelley explained the benefits of my insurance and said it would pay for a new set every three years so I opted to get new ones. I went back a.couple of days later for the new ones and they are excellent. I can hear better now than in many years.Each experience I have had with this office is wonderful. Both Shelley and Leslie are so helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Shelley and Leslie at Opitmal Hearing in Tucker, GA are very, very good. Shelley is an excellent audiologist and Leslie helps keep close track of all their customers. This is not once and done. They regularly follow up with their customers. Really, they are the best.

It had become harder for me to hear certain people talk. I decided to have a hearing test. I found Shelly Walz on google and because of Optimal Hearing’s great reviews I made an appointment. It was a free hearing test but I was prepared to find out I needed hearing aids which my insurance pays most of. Anyway after a thorough test it turns out my hearing is good and I am around a bunch of mumblers lol. This was a very nice environment and the office staff and Shelly are Awesome! Carol is the one who visited. As always, i was completely pleased with the help I received. My aids are now functioning well. My appointment was out of the Tucker office at the one in Conyers, GA. Shelly was very helpful and fixed my problem.

This rating has nothing to do with your Tucker office. You do not list your Buckhead office which I used. My review is for your company and the manufacturer. Your product is inferior and I made the worse $6,000 investment of my life. Your specialist Rachel has gone above and beyond to help me, but your hearing aids are just inferior and I suspect you know it. Someday hearing aids must be regulated so the older population that are your main base will not feel used.

My visit was actually to the Conyers Office, located at 2440 Wall Street, Conyers, GA. Shelly Walz, the Audiologist, is associated with both the Conyers and Tucker offices. My experience with Ms. Walz is always relaxing, informative and professional. Although my appointments are typically every 6 months, it always feels like I am visiting a close friend. She has helped me over the years to be more comfortable with my hearing difficulties and has enhanced my communications, especially on the job. Always a wonderful experience. I also want to give kudos to Leslie, who is the office contact for appointments. This is an amazing team.

Shelly is very concerned that I hear well and has attended to every complaint even sending the hearing aids back to the producer to assure that they are functioning properly. Ive complained about poor battery life and some batteries not working when first installed and she has given me free replacements.Leslie returns my calls promptly and accommodates the constraints on my schedule in getting me in for periodic check ups.Both ladies are friendly and professional. My Dad has been a patient of Shelley for several years. My Dad is 95 and wears a hearing device( deaf in one ear). He went for a visit today and as usual says, I know people are suppose to be nice to you because they want your business. These ladies are naturally nice. I dont mine going to see them. My Dads inability to hear clearly is why I initially took him to see Shelley. Since our first visit he and I have been extremely pleased witj the service and care he has recieved. If you need auditory screening or care, I highly recommend the Tucker Optimal Hearing location. Leslie, the receptionist is very sweet and personable as well. My Dad is able to conversate with anyone because with the correct device he can hear😊👏
