This place is the best! Staff is very helpful and goes to the trouble make sure you can find what you want. If they dont have it. It will probably be hard to find. Also great prices!

The customer service is excellent. Allan is the best he spent a hour with me matching up screws. Not once did he complain about such a small job that couldve got on anyone nerve. But him being the Professional that he is. He smiled and explained everything until the end. He is a very knowledgeable man.and you can see that he love his job and take pride in doing it. .

Amazing location with a large variety of things needed for home repair and Lawn maintenance. I had been all over the city looking for the valve stems I needed to fix our bathtub Hot water knob and it was a breath of fresh air to find a place that not only had the valve stem but had a full set to replace the old set in our bathroom. The Man that works in the plumbing area was very nice and helpful.

Staff members are ready to help you find what you need. Excellent Customer Service was provided today during our visit.

These guys have a little bit of everything. Best part about it though is the people. Unlike your orange aprons and blue smock guys. Ace is the place! Had a question about some small parts for a project and Larry the parts guy whipped out an honest to God micrometer to quickly and definitively measure the length of screw needed. Very impressive!

Wish I would have been able to make a purchase from your store its my fault for not calling a head to have your item put away on hold for me. Showing up because I trusted your inventory but after arriving being told a customer has picked up both items and walking through the store as their +2 inventory. Next closest Ace that has it after I called is Alpharetta, I already came from the Lawrenceville store. Ill pass on supporting local because I tried my best. Driving another 2 hours their back isnt gonna work. Amazon you got my $$$.

They should update their website and online listings to indicate their actual closing time. They actually close around 5:55 or so. Thats when they start turning away customers. Im happy for this business that they can turn away business. Im sad that Ill no longer have access to their vast selection of plumbing parts, fittings, and fixtures, but I wont be back. Im done trying to kill myself after work to try to make it there, from the suburbs, before they close.

Wanted to share about the helpful staff, especially Glenda, who went above and beyond in assisting me with getting copies of keys. Ace hardware of tucker is my first stop for keys because of the friendly and professional service they provide.

Absolutely great. Everyone were so nice and friendly. Starla assisted me, and made sure I got what I came in for. Couple guys helped me out in the auto area. Robbie the cashier who waited on me was fantastic. Even while I walked outside, some one offered to help me. It was unbelievable about my treatment today. Please shop at Handy Ace Hardware. They were too good to be true, but it was very true. I cant wait to go back there. They treated me like I was a queen. Wow, 💯 Percent service. Wow.

Great place to find that item you havent been able to find anywhere. Caution you can end up spending more than you thinking. Its hard not to pick up a few other items.

If they dont have it, you dont need it. They have almost everything in that store. For pure hardware and replacement parts for wheelbarrows and gardening equipment I guarantee you HD and Lowes cant complete.

Very nice, clean and helpful smaller hardware store. Got some keys ( I had purchased back home in D.C. for my home to gv to my fam). First time key made, got home and THEY ALL WORKED!!!. ALSO gotten extra key made for my car, walked outside, put it in and IT WORKED AS WELL. Best place EVER!!

The customer services reps are very rude! I spoke with three reps for the help with the same item and all three had a horrible attitude. If you go there and any rep asks you if they can help, just walk away, you will be better off searching for yourself.I have been shopping here at least twice per week for several years. I will never go there again, there are many other hardware stores who actually want my business.

Amazing Ace Hardware. This place has pretty much anything the home owner or professional would need. I have never seen an Ace with this much variety of times and such a helpful and accommodating staff.

Bought a nail gun and it didn’t work. Took it back for an exchange and a cranky old guy with the name tag “Holly” accused me of lying about it. The gun I exchanged it for worked but was more expensive. Should have just asked for my money back and gone to Home Depot. Not sure if that’s how this ACE Hardware regularly treats their customers but I won’t shop there again.

The staff made fun of me when I came in wearing a mask. None of the staff wear masks, except one cashier. They would not help me much, it felt like because I was wearing a mask. They dumped me as soon as possible for someone who wasn’t.I have been a regular and enthusiastic customer of this store since 1998. I always preferred to go there because they were helpful at it was our local business. But I think this was my last trip forever. The staff all wears masks at Home Depot.

Best hardware store that Ive found. Theyve pretty much got everything you might need as long as its not lumber. It can be a little harder to navigate than a big box stores but there are a lot of staff members willing to help. Locally owned and operated so give this place a shot if you need anything.

I needed a specific item and was on a time deadline to find it. The very friendly clerk told me EXACTLY where I could find it, so I didnt water time I didnt have wandering up and down the aisles. Store can seem crowded, but I would definitely go back again if I was in the area.

Why have I never gone in here?! The first thing I noticed was all of the associates there ready to help me. Unlike The Home Depot, I didnt have to hunt people down and get the attitude like they couldnt be bothered. They had exactly what I needed, The Home Depot could have it to me in 6 days. I was in a hurry, but the place is so big, and they have so many interesting things, I didnt have to time, I cant wait to go back and poke around. I love that even though its a fairly large store, it still has that small town feel to it.

Never will I ever visit this location again. Upon entering I was neither greeted nor even acknowledged but was approached by a young man informing me that they didnt allow book bags in their store. Said young man was apologetic but still. I explained to the young man that no one said a word to me when I entered. (There were about 4 or 5 people sitting behind, or working in front of the counter.) I then asked him if he could assist me. He brought me to a man who felt fit to answer me by not looking at me or talking directly to me but instead speaking to me through the young man who had brought me to him. He was so very condescending that I left, reminded of the regret that I sometimes experience, in ever moving to Georgia. It felt so wrong. It was in stark contast to the store from which Id just left, Infinite Realities, where the staff is courteous, friendly, and welcoming. Ace reminded of where I really was, who Im really perceived to be, and the general climate still in existence here. As I left I noticed a billboard for a Gwinette Gun Expo and somehow it all made sense. Same old America. Since I was made to feel so unwelcome, wish granted. Ill spend my money in Home Depot or Lowes.

I just tried to return something without a receipt. I would have accepted store credit, at the very least. The way that manager treated me, as if I had stolen something, saying that since she doesnt have record the transaction. Im a regular customer, I have no reason to steal. Even if they didnt allow me to return the item, I was still going to buy a trowel. I decided not to. If Ace Hardware is gonna have the same customer service as a big box store, I might as well go up the street to Home Depot! (I did just that- and found a cheaper, better quality trowel.) I dont want to give my hard earned money to a company like Ace. As soon as she had her little attitude about it, she literally waved me off with her hand and picked up the phone. It was very rude and unforgettable. Its unfortunate because I really liked Handy Ace hardware. I do yard maintenance for a living so Im in and out of hardware stores on a regular basis. Now I will avoid Ace at all costs.

Unlike most area hardware stores, this location has actual aisles of useful, obscure, and specialized hardware. I have yet to go and NOT find a nut, screw, bracket, left-handed metric rod-end joint, 11/32 12-point socket, etc. that I was looking for.

Friendly staff, quick retrieval of an online order. Would give more stars but the location does not take the pandemic seriously as a business. Masks clearly not required as the employee at checkout was not wearing mask.

Had everything I needed. Funny how I have never been to this one. Look out Home Depot! This is my new place to shop.

As expected with ace, they are extremely helpful. They have any type of screw you could ever want, and the helpful staff to help you know what you need. They have more than screws! I had a niche question about propane and they went to the back and found the exact fitting I needed. The perfect hardware store in my opinion.

Handy is the greatest hardware store ever! All private businesses should have the right to institute their own mask policies,if you dont like it go somewhere else! Its called freedom. Mask shaming + socialism! All this B.S started with government no smoking policies. I hate cigarette smoke but I think businesses should have the right to choose.

What a great store. I could have spent the day there. And the employees were great too.

Its moved locations a couple of times, and even burned to the ground once. But despite all of that its still one of the best hardware stores in the Metro Atlanta area. They have virtually everything you could possibly want, and they actually know what theyre doing, and are able to answer questions in an intelligent manner. Its certainly more expensive than Home Depot. But in every conceivable way it is superior to Home Depot or Lowes.

10-8-18 - Leak and broken stem on Jacuzzi Whirlpool bath Water Rainbow Fill Spout/Faucet, thats discontinued. Checked online after locating it and the replacement parts. Very expensive, and out of stock, for the replacement part number I found at one site, and shipping charges. After some delay tried Ace hardware store. The lady in the paint department was courteous and directed me to plumbing. The man at the key making desk directed me to the stem section in the back, but realized an employee had to get it for me. There were many patrons there, and finally got a gentleman there who was finishing with a customer. I showed him the picture, and he saw that it was a Delta Stem kit (Delta part# RP1740C - Stem Unit Assembly). Told him I needed the spring and seat (Delta part# RP4993G), and a new screw, and tool to remove the locknut (#45292 - Socket Wrench Shower Valve 1 1/2 in and 1 3/2 in hex) that held the stem. He found a locknut and measured it for the tool and got me a screw. I was grateful and he made my day, since I had to turn the water off and on each day. Was able to finally remove the the locknut, and top part of the old stem that was stuck in the handle; and install the replacement part, after some trial and error, and the faucet no longer leaks, and am able to leave the water on now. Thanks Ace hardware.

Used to be my choice for the unusual and hard-to-find fasteners and other hardware. Yesterday, masks were worn only by the cashiers and a nice woman who helped me direct me to the aisle I needed. Beyond that, about 1/4 of the other staff had masks, many with them dangling around their necks, and the rest no masks at all, no distancing. Cramped aisles full of unmasked customers hee-hawing in clusters.No matter what your beliefs or politics are, this has become a time when not taking accepted precautions is synonymous with a middle finger.A business is welcome to take the position it wants to take, for certain. As a customer, so am I. I will never shop here again.

Positives:- huge store for an ace hardware- lots of grilling item selections- the workers are knowledgeable, beyond any home depot or Lowes, so if you need help this is the place!- friendly staffNegative- pricey in comparison to home depot or Lowes, but you get helpful advice which you cant get all the time at the other places- not that much variety on selection- not many discounts or deals

As with most Ace Hardware locations, this store provides customers with great customer service in addition to a wide selection of products. They are always my go-to store to find matching bolts for my vehicle or items for my random diy projects. Great to have them so close by!
