This place is the worst. I think that if Im going to need something its better to go to another paint warehouse. the manager of this place gives the worst service to his customers. I do not recommend it

I’ve been traveling out to Alpharetta and Dunwoody to purchase paint but resides in Tucker, so this store is extremely close to my location. What I like about the Bancroft store is the customer services. The guys are always friendly and very helpful especially Q who works hard on making my experience a memorable one. However, lately I’ve been disappointed because Sherman Williams have been running out the H&C solvent stain that I need for my concrete projects. Im told it’s a truck aka Texas snow storm off the grid issue with supplies. Overall, I really like this store and would recommend.

Friendly staff but they do not do samples.... thought this was a paint store.

Ive always had excellent experiences at the locations near my house. I walked in realizing that I had another brand of paint in mind and the girl asked me what it was so she could check the system. They ended up having it which was perfect! Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. Im no painting expert but they always make me feel comfortable and provide helpful, friendly responses to my questions.

The young lady working behind the counter (around 10:30) was very helpful, and had a great attitude. Ill drive the extra mile just to do business with people like her.

The facilities need to be updated with a light box to show the paint chips in various lighting conditions. Now it looks like all lights are florescent ones. The staff was very nice and attentive. Pricing may be a bit high.
