Boyd Equipment is a professional company that exceeds my expectations. Todd, sales person, was exceptional knowledgeable when I was looking to buy a new power washer and guided me. The 45 minute training process was very helpful in what to do or not do . There was no sales pressure and great customer service. I am very happy with my new power washer, thank you Todd.

Spent many hours researching a suitable power washer. Looked at equipment at other local retailers and online. Boyds people were the most thorough in their review of their equipment and accessories. Had an issue in the first day of using the equipment (probably user error). Called and had the issue explained and was provided the replacement part for free (replacement washer for the spray head). Service after the sale has been first rate. I recommend you contact Boyds Equipment when you need a power washer.

Boyds is the place to go when you need cleaning solutions (no pun intended). I was about to buy a product for cleaning barrels at our winery and Todd stopped me from buying what would have been the wrong machine. He researched barrel cleaning and gave me some good advice. I got a great hot water pressure washer with a steam generator for the same money I was looking to spend on a steam generator, which would have had inadequate pressure. Based on their honest sales behavior, I will also be comfortable using them for service in the future, should the need arise.

I needed to add a pro-quality pressure washer to my business and Boyd Equipment came through with the Landa PD4. Todd McGee took the time to answer my questions and explain the features of each machine and allowed me to try the PD4 in their lot before I bought it. Boyd Equipment had the extra hoses and extensions in stock and I was able to go right to work. I am confident Boyd Equipment will be there for scheduled maintenance or any needed service. I am a Manager of a Powder coat facility here in Tucson and I have great respect for this company and how much they are willing to help you. I had a Representative show up to my shop one day asking if I had a pressure washer. He checked it out and now he is the main supplier for my washing chemical. We previously mixed all of our chemicals by hand, Todd the Representative was able to supply us with a premixed barrel of chemical witch saved our company a lot of money and also much need time. I just read the comment posted below giving these guys a bad review. I have no idea what he is talking about! I have nothing but good things to say about Boyd and their service team! I took my pressure washer in to them because I had really low pressure and my Honda engine was cutting out and I couldnt figure it out. I took it a few other places that claimed they fixed the issue but it kept doing the same thing. I dropped it of in the morning and the next afternoon they called me back with an estimate and explained to me what was wrong in terms that I could understand! I needed my carb and my pump rebuilt and they had both of the rebuild kits IN STOCK! I couldnt believe it! The machine was finished the next day and when I picked it up one of their techs showed me step by step what I was doing wrong and how to prevent this from happening again! I would highly recommend Boyd Equipment and I will definitely be returning for any future problems or purchase of a new pressure washer. Thanks again Boyd Equipment!!

Unbelievable!!!! Outstanding!!!!!! I tip my hat to these gentlemen over at Boyd Equipment. I brought my pressure washer to these guys to be serviced and the level of service I received was incomparable.I had a lot of questions on this older machine when I got it from Hotsy, and all I received from the guy who runs that place was belittling for not knowing how to use it. When I called Boyd I told them I could not drop it off because it was mounted in my truck and they made special arrangements for a time spot so I could wait there while it was worked on. While I waited these guys answered every question I had and allowed me to go out near the shop and talk to the mechanic who was working on it and he showed me everything about this equipment I needed to know. Never once did they make me feel like I was bothering them, or show me any disrespect for my lack of knowledge on this machine, instead they educated me and made a lifetime customer of Boyd Equipment. I have always had great service here. Whether it is service on an existing product I own or the purchase of new equipment.Ive been to some of the local competitors and I always get nickel and dimed on both, parts and service. I have no problem at all paying for good quality products/service and thats what I get at Boyd Equipment.Ive purchased pressure washers from other companies to include Dewalt. They advertise their products as commercial grade but cant hold up to anything more then home use with a 30 day warranty. Dont get fooled the 1 year warranty advertisement. I have never had Dewalt honor that. NEVER!I will save you the time of comparing the competition. I did it and regret it! Nothing like a Landa System and theres no compairable company in Tucson like Boyd Equipment. Brent and Todd are the most proffessional people I have met. They continue to impress with their proffessionalism and quality products. We ordered a mobile system and the equipment was as advertised. It looks great and will meet our needs fully. I agree with a previous post about another vendor just down the road from Boyd. Go with Boyd, you wont regret your decision.Thanks for the great service guys!!
