Hotsy is the best in Tucson been using them for over 5 years now. Fair prices, honest with repair times and the knowledge. The crew is so good that the other power washing repair shops have been trying to scalp their employees for years.I have a custom built machine that when I first got it had some problems that needed worked out in order for it to get up and running like it should. Took the guys less than 2 days and I was out on the jobs again with no problems.Regular maintenance issues that I dont have time or feel like dealing with myself and the machines are straight into the shop with no worries. Call and schedule your appointment and they will take care of it.Be real careful on here about low ratings and read them for what they are, The competitors trying to degrade the level of service and support they give to try and make themselves look better.I havent and wouldnt take my equipment anywhere else for service.

Im new to pressure washing and have been purchasing accessories and seeking technical advice from Hotsy for a short while now after learning of them through a very cool cat whos an operator of EZ Clean Power Washing. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to approach. On my first visit I was given a free, one-gallon sample of a proprietary cleaning agent to try. Serendipitously, a few days later I encounter some fellow customers at Home Depot looking for a good electric pressure washer for their business. I send them to Hotsy and they end up buying a unit. A kind gesture from Hotsy to me boomeranged right back to them! Good Karma there. Hotsy will be my local go-to shop from now on.

Richard from VIKING car wash. I went in on March 6 to buy a part for my pressure washer, I asked if I could return it if it didnt work, I was told yes so I purchased it. The next day I went in to return the part, the lady said no returns if you used it. I said to her you said I could return it if it didnt work, she said no I meant if you dont use it.so we argued for 5 minutes, she finally returned my money and said dont come back, she said she didnt need costumes like me .
