What a great shop. Windshield severely cracked on a Wednesday. Contacted them late that afternoon. They immediately contact my insurance company and patch me in on a 3-way call to create the insurance claim report. They text me the next morning to let me know they can do the job that morning. Work completed by 1:00 PM Thursday, including calibration for electronic lane monitoring system. Windshield seems like a high quality product.

George is a man of unbelievable *integrity*. First of all he had one of the best quotes in town. Second of all, when he came to replace my cracked windshield (which he did a great job on), he accidentally left a scratch on my dashboard and not only notified me, but offered to have it fixed. When I said it was fine, he refused to accept payment! I insisted but he told me to pay it forward to someone in need. That’s how high of a standard he holds himself to. He built his company on his own and his success is clearly due to his belief in good work. I’ve never met a business man like him. He cares about his craft and his customers, and I am really grateful I selected his company. Thank you George, who knew having my windshield replaced would be the most inspiring moment of the month!

Wisecrack Auto Glass was a local vendor I was able to choose through my insurance to replace my front window. George answered my phone call immediately and was able to get me schedule right away. I had an additional issue with my windshield, after the replacement, and George came back and put on two more parts, at no additional cost to me, to ensure my windshield and my experience would be taken care of. I am so glad I was able to stay local and to use Wise Crack Auto Glass. If I have any other glass mishaps, I’ll be calling them again.

Amazing service, 5 stars. Id had 2 big 10-12 cracks I let fester/expand in my windshield for a while, and I sent George a message through Yelp at 6 pm about a replacement after seeing his great reviews. He responded almost immediately and came to my apartment complex the very next day at 1 pm and was done within about 45 minutes. The whole process could not have been smoother. He knows the insurance companies and the phone # to call to avoid the runaround and it only took me about 5-10 minutes to get the claim squared away. Very straight forward and I would highly recommend him for any auto glass needs!

Would Highly Recommend. George has wonderful customer service skills and is very approachable. I called at 9 am was informed I would get a call back within 10-15 minutes but got a call much sooner than that with a quote much lower than any other I had received. This place was priced a good deal LESS than Big National Chain. I called for a quote, 2 hours later he was at my house replacing my windshield. One hour later it was all done. Could not have been more painless. Always shop local!

This is the most personable and professional windshield repair Ive ever dealt with. George is honest and fair. He will tell you if what looks like a small star-shaped crack on a used car has already been repaired (just not well done by the other people) and whether it will hold. Hes also repaired a new crack recently and fixed it perfectly without saying the whole windshield needed replacing like other services.I wish all professional services were this honest!!

Was given this company name through a coworker. George responded quickly but from there it became a costly mistake. Less than a week after a new install I was on a longer highway trip when all of a sudden both weather strips flew off the sides and started flapping in the wind. I pulled over concerned that the window might fly out. I stopped at the nearest Walmart to buy some Gorilla tape to hold the molding and window in and then proceeded to call George and explain what had occurred. We agreed he would come to my office the next day and see what had happened. He never showed up, never called. I ordered some new weather stripping from Lexus and then went to another glass company I had used in the past. They told me that the weather stripping had not been installed correctly AND I would have to have a new windshield installed because they couldnt retract the old one without breaking it. This turned out to be a VERY expensive experience and from what I can surmise, as a result of a poor installation. Most of all, I feel like the owner dodged communicating with me because he knew it would result in a new windshield having to be installed.

This shop is by far the best choice and highest quality. When I was headed into town due to an emergency they were the only ones to answer the call and went above and beyond to get me going again. This is by far not only my first choice but who I am telling everyone to go to.

I had been needing a new windshield for a while, and was toiling with going with a larger national company, or finding someone local. After reading all the reviews and giving Wisecrack a call, I felt better about going with them. The appointment process was quick and easy, and with their mobile service I was actually able to get the work done for a better price that what the national chain had offered. Plus I got a better name brand of glass.Also, they went above and beyond to come back out and slide the review mirror mount over, so that it more exactly matched where it was before. I know for a fact a lot of other companies would not have done that! It was easy to tell that they were customer minded, and were interested that not only would I have a new windshield, but I would walk away pleased with the service as well.There is no doubt that they will have my business if the need arises in the future, as well as any of those who I have the chance to tell.

They came out installed 2 windows quickly- the installer was VERY friendly and did a great job. I had a question about some non-covered molding that was damaged I had forgotten about them since they said they wouldn’t be covered. They had actually got my insurance company to cover them and ordered them and came out at a later date and installed them. This is the best experience I have had with a glass company!!!

Wisecarck did an excellent job. I called them in the morning they responded within the hour, replace the windshield and were done in 40 min. The guy was very friendly, professional, and did very clean work for highly competitive price. They quoted me $170 where AAG glass quoted me $245. I highly recommend Wisecrack if you want a clean, professional and inexpensive replacement.

I called to schedule an appointment. I talked to George. He was very polite and nice. However, he never showed to DO THE JOB 01-12-16. Fast service, poor quality glass. Lasted less than 2 weeks. My previous windshield required a sizable rock to be thrown up and cracked it on a highway. The first thing to touch this windshield, while driving slowly through town chipped it.
