I had my 2019 f150 front windows tinted and they did a fabulous job. And they back their work 100% had a couple bubbles show up and they replaced it with no questions asked. Would definitely recommend to anyone. All their staff are very nice and respectful to your property. And last thing the video game machines are definitely worth checking out alone. My kids loved it

Went to get sunroof fixed but I was on a budget. I was unable to completely fix the issue due to finance costs but the employee helped me find a solution and figure out a way to fix my car while offering good counseling and a great price. The sunroof tint looks amazing and works well!

Will not recommend for commercial vehicles. Had a windshield replace stared leaking within a week. They took a look at and said it was fine. Month went by. Sure enough during a rainstorm it leaked. Called said its not their responsibility its a bad seal and is expensive. My truck is a 2020 1st replacement. My old truck replace over 7 times never had a seal issue. Just went thru a truck wash and it started pouring in. Will have to replace seal hopefully windshield can be saved. Stick with experience semi truck windshield replacers. Like safelite.

Highly recommend this shop! About an hour west of El Centro, CA, at 10:30 am, my wife gets hit by a rock and shatters the windshield. I call multiple auto glass shops in Tucson, AZ, in an attempt to have the windshield replaced while traveling through. After multiple failed attempts, either because the windshield is unavailable or the techs are booked, Matrix Auto Glass & Tint saved the day. Charlie and a second associate (I apologize for not remembering your name) were quick to answer the call, find my windshield, answer all my questions, and make themselves available to replace my wife’s windshield. He even offered to stay late to help her out. Once my wife arrived (3:15 pm), they insisted on driving her to a local restaurant while she waited. After less than an hour, the Jeep windshield replacement was done and they picked her up. My wife and I are extremely impressed with their service and highly recommend this shop. My wife also added that they were complete gentlemen when greeting her, insisting on transportation to the restaurant, and by opening and closing her vehicle door. On a side note for all Jeep owners, Matrix Auto Glass & Tint offers a Gorilla glass for jeeps. Our Geico auto insurance covered the replacement as long as I paid my deductible. The cost of the gorilla windshield was the same as if I replaced it with the original glass. The Gorilla glass (Mopar part) also includes the gorilla and original jeep emblem. The insurance premium is not affected because you are not considered at fault for rock chips or cracks.

These guys are awesome. Broke the rear glass on my truck and I saw their reviews so I chose them. They set up a call with my insurance and I had an appointment to have it fixed immediately. I chose to wait there while they did it and they were so nice! They set up their TV and let me watch a movie while I waited.Oh, and they did an excellent job with the window. They had to replace the whole rear assembly and it looks factory, only now it has better tint! Thanks guys!

Had the rear glass installed on my Grand Prix 2+2 Aero Coupe. Charlie and Rod were very punctual and easy to talk to. When I called, Rod was informative and knowledgeable about my rare trim package. To top it all off they were willing to do the job in my driveway the same day. Charlie showed up on time and was pleasant. Rod showed up to help and even though it is a unique glass install they had it fitted and installed within 1 hour. Looks better then the way they where installed from the factory! Would recommend anybody for their glass needs. I plan on using Matrix for all my glass needs from now on.

Tim was the service technician who did the replacement of my windshield. He is a credit to this company, professional, on time, friendly. I would say since in the professional world there are technicians that are good but Tim is excellent and I will highly recommend him to friends and family. Wanted some window tinting and honestly picked Matrix strictly out of convenience. Couldnt be happier I did. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Made an appt for 8 when they open, they have me a ride back to my house, picked me up and brought me back to the store. Prices are reasonable and workmanship is excellent.I needed the car back by a specific time so I did rush them a bit. By their own admission they werent really happy with how the back window came out, they gave me the option of leaving it for a discount or having them redo it.I like these guys and definitely recommend Matrix for your cars windows.

I went in to price getting my window repairs done. Not only did they give me a very reasonable price but they were able to get me in the very next day to do it and stayed after their posted closing time to finish it and they did a fantastic job with the repairs. Great price for window tinting. I was not very happy with how it came out at first though. Some of the edges werent very clean and there were some other installation related issues. However, when I brought it back because of this, they were able to redo the windows that I was unhappy with that same day. Overall, I am very happy with the results now. They were very accomodating and getting it fixed was entirely under their warranty.

Got an older Volvo that needs repair? Call Matrix Auto Glass! I have a 1994 Volvo 945t 288,000 miles that needed a driver side quarter window replaced. Safelite quoted me $575 but called me 1 hour later saying they couldnt find the glass, suggested I call Dealer so I did and the Dealer quoted $500 just for the glass! I remembered a place in Tucson so I gave them a call and Rod quoted me $250 out the door! I even live 330 miles away from Tucson but made the trip spent the night got the car the next morning and it still was cheaper and even found a good Japanese restaurant. The service was great, drove me to my hotel and back. Rod and Charlie were great and very helpful. I even asked them for a minor tune up (8000 miles past due) and they said only thing needed to replace was the spark plugs. Honest People!

Best auto glass experience ever! I shopped around town calling several places all wanting ridiculous amounts to replace the front window of my Honda CRV. I called Matrix and Charlie not only got me the best price saving me $50, he was also able to get me in right away. I waited an hour in their comfortable and clean waiting room, they even played Moana for my impatient 3 year old. The service was better than expected! I will most definitely be back my window tint.
