All staff members were knowledgeable and responsive without being pushy, including post-sale follow-up. This includes not only sales staff but also Parts and Service staff. New-car pricing and trade allowance were decent. I recommend this dealership for Jeep buyers.
I took my car here to get it fixed. And they had a diagnostic fee almost $200. They then tried to lie about my batteries needed to be replaced and it would cost $800. When we called the location in phx where we got it from, they said it should only costs around two to fix it. We took my car somewhere else that day and they said the battery was fine, (this location lies) and it was just one thing that needed to be fixed in the first place. This location continued to lie, and try to get us to keep my car there for days to run more test to run up the total. A one star is honestly generous after this situation.

She was intuitive in that fact that I don’t respond well to hard sell, and simply presented the points to the vehicles that I reviewed and shared additional insights. Took my daughter to talk to salesman Mikey on purchasing her first car at a dealership. Mikey and Marcus just made the visit very personable like we where family. Couldnt get her trade in vehicle there same day as purchase so 2 days later brought her trade in vehicle and they honored their word of doing trade in and cutting a check after we purchased the car from them. MIKEY also spent extra time after the sale to help with setting up my kids Bluetooth in the vehicle. Above and Beyond. Bought a car here a couple years ago. My very first car with my dads lovely credit score to cosign my first loan. Before they even sold me the car they were transparent about what happened to the car and where its been, and how they fixed it. It was a great deal and I would most definitely go back to this dealership. I regret going to LHM dodge. Didnt get that same service. But overall you can trust this place probably has better management.
Unbelievable service. My Jeep needed some work done to it prior to me going out of town. I had less than one full day to get the work done and get on the road. I made a long shot call to Larry H Mill Chrysler Jeep Tucson and they got me all squared away. I couldnt be more thankful to them. I didnt even mention to them that we have bought our last 2 new cars from them. They acted as though I was priority and got me on the road and on my way in no time. Leased a brand new Grand Cherokee from Larry Miller Jeep. First day off the lot there was an electrical gremlin with Jeep, so we took it in to get looked at. It’s been 3 weeks that we’ve been promised a loaner vehicle so that the electrical issue can be diagnosed and reviewed by the Chrysler engineers. We have yet to receive follow up from the service advisors on when we can drop the vehicle off. I have gone in and talked to the service department in person to see what the status is, and I was promised follow up the next day. That never happened. The leasing experience was great, but holy cow don’t take your vehicle here to get serviced.

Arrived a little early and was attended to immediately. They set up the service plan as agreed and the whole process was very cordial. I left my minivan and went for breakfast. Late morning we got a call and came to pick up the minivan. Again we were immediately attended to. The service coordinator took me through everything they had done and inspected as he walked me to my minivan. It had also been cleaned inside and out.The coordinator was knowledgeable and helpful. He made the whole experience very agreeable. I will go back to them again without hesitation.
Had a very unpleasant experience looking for a vehicle at their lot. The very first thing the salesman said to me was not hi, or hello, but asking if I was familiar with how they do business: we do not negotiate prices here. I begrudgingly went along because I knew I wanted a Jeep; while we looked at vehicles in the lot, the manager assessed my trade-in and offered $2000 below minimum Kelly Blue Book. On top of that, everything they showed me was $2000 above Kelly Blue Book, so they shaft you on both ends of the deal.We eventually found a better model Jeep at a better price with a better warranty and got a better trade-in offer at a non Jeep dealership.

This was a very pleasant experience. The sales staff was not pushy and listened to our needs for the vehicle and were more than willing to discuss possible options, not force an option. The manager was involved just enough to show support for his sales team and help discuss finance options. The vehicle purchased was for my daughter to help her get to work and school. I bought a jeep wrangler... mostly online. Everyone was friendly. Vince was timely and my experience was great.
We just purchased a car from Larry H Miller. We love the car so far. The dealer claims to do business in a different way, but we did not experience this. We were quoted one price on line and then were presented with a price that was $2500 higher than what we saw online just an hour earlier. We haggled with the price and got it down $1000. The sales manager told me they change their prices every day and that they could not honor the price that was posted just an hour earlier. This experience did not feel different to me. If you are comfortable with haggling for a good price and playing games with a sales team trying to maximize profits then use this dealer. If you are looking for a different experience then look somewhere else. We probably wont be using their service department or buying a car from them in the future.
The customer service and attention to detail is not less than spectacular. I have a regular mechanic but always give the dealerships I purchase from a go to see if they can win me over. I have purchased from 5 different dealerships in town aand this will be the first that I will be bringing back my vehicle to keep up on the maintenance. They even Uberd me to my barbershop to get a cut while I waited. I only have amazing things to say about my experience with the staff here, especially Santos. He really made me feel like I was at my regular mechanic Ive been going to for 20 years. Thank you Santos and team!
I would definitely recommend this dealership! I was browsing the website for a new vehicle and got in touch with Anthony Vega Bencomo. He set me an appointment time and had the Jeep Wrangler ready for a test drive. I knew what I wanted before going there and the salesman Anthony wasnt pressuring me at all. He answered all of my questions truthfully. I loved the Jeep and Anthony went above and beyond to get the approval and work some numbers for me. Everything checked out pretty fast. 10-4-2021 3:00 p.m Came here today looking for our next car and was greeted by a sales associate by the name of Gerry Hamilton we found the car we wanted unfortunately the loan we were pre-approved for by our bank was unable to cover what we needed for the new car we wanted Gerry and his team went to work on getting us a completely different loan the loan was so much better than what our bank had offered us we walked out with a brand new car zero down and the payments were so much lower than what we would have paid through our bank I cant express how much I truly appreciate Gerry and his team trying so hard for us thanks so much we love our new car
Very nice people but their marketing practices to be unethical in my opinion. They will not sell you a used car for the advertised price - they explained me that they advertise prices below their cost and will only sell you the car with expensive “options” that are absolutely not optional..$500 window tinting, and $5-600 VIN etching which are extra cost ABOVE the advertised price - This is misleading and I believe would be illegal on some states
I saw the listing for a 2011 Audi A5 on the company website. I called and emailed asking if it was available to be seen/ driven. I was told yes but they still have work to be done to it. After my test drive we signed an agreement providing the details of the work to be completed and in less than a week we were driving it home.While waiting for the work on the vehicle to be completed Jeff in the finance department was able to LOWER our rate by 4%!!! He never stopped working for us.!!!

I ordered a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, very pleased with my vehicle, I was told it would take 6 - 12 weeks I received it in 4.Only disappointed in my trade in allowance on one of my vehicles, at signing is when I realized exactly what it was. After just having major work receipts provided to correct check engine light, I wasn’t given the opportunity to even negotiate.My bad I suppose I should have taken it off the deal and just sold out right.
First trip to the dealer for service on my new car took several attempts. They did finally accommodate my schedule and get me a loaner car, but it took several days and then they had to order a new radio. After returning their loaner on Friday, they called on Monday that the radio was in. It was supposed to take 1 hour to install, but took 3 hours. When they were done I lost my free trail of Sirius radio as they could not get it to reinstall. I was told to bring it back another time or to call Sirius myself. I did call and they wanted to sell me a new subscription. I called the service department and left a message, but never heard back until the request to do this survey.

Easily made an appointment. Had my oil changed and coolant flushed. The work was completed in the time frame they estimated and my car was washed. Chris, the service person assigned to me, is always helpful, friendly and up front about the services recommended for my car and if I actually need them. I don’t feel I am pressured or being pushed into services my car does not need, unlike other places I have been.

Had a scheduled oil change and maintenance on my Gladiator which went very well as planned. Then my visor on the driver’s side came out of the frame and Santos told me that has been a common problem so they had the parts in stock and replaced the entire unit. Total time under 90 minutes. Everything is working fine once again.
Be very weary of your finance contract!Came in to Larry H Miller to trade in my Camaro for a brand new Jeep. My sales representative Anthony was awesome and took out the time to throughly help me.When negotiating the value of my trade in, Anthony and I both signed a paper that stated they would bring the total value of the trade in to 36,500. There was some back and forth between us, as they initially offered 32,500 but I asked them to meet Car Maxes offer for 36,500.When checking my finance paperwork today, I see that finance only gave me 32,500 for my trade in and not the 36,500 that was discussed by myself and my sales representative.I take full responsibility for not looking over my finance paperwork more clearly, but I also think that the company initiating a new loan should double cross their T’s and dot their I’s. I can’t say I was purposely deceived, and maybe it was a human error or mistake but a 4,000 difference is quite large on an already expensive vehicle.My recommendation is to always check your finance contracts before signing!
I have had my car 13 days, it may have irreparable problems, and the people at the dealership are acting like its my problem....even though Arizona has a 15-day lemon law warranty, Im really hoping I dont have to fight with these people in court, but they were incredibly rude to my mother on the phone last night because of this, so I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.This is ridiculous, it hasnt even been 2 weeks!!!

I went here the other day with my mom to purchase myself a new car. We got swooned and was told that my mom could get one as well for the same monthly payment as her 2017 Jeep Patriot she was giving to the dealership. Completely lie. They also would not explain certain fees that increased the monthly price, they kept beating around the bush and would not give us a straight answer. Now she is miserable and we are stressed and we want to return the car. Hopefully the loan doesnt go through so she can get her old car back. Dont make a stupid mistake like we did.

We were 1,000 miles away from home on camping trip. Our jeep started showing unfamiliar readings on the voltage meter. We did not want to go off road with concerns about battery or alternator. We called Larry H. Miller Jeep and they were able to get us in the next morning. As it turned out, everything was fine and we continued our trip. Everyone there was exceptionally helpful. They were able to test our system and show us everything was working as expected. I wish I knew the names of everyone who helped. They were professional, but most of all, helpful. I cant say enough about the reassurance they provided so we could continue on our adventures. Thanks guys!

First time customer for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Set appointment time with call in. On scheduled day, received by Trent. Discussed oil change and diagnostic. Recommendations given to me clearly, all reasonable . We needed to wait, only vehicle. Trent estimated time and hit that mark with 2 min to spare! Jeep even power washed!. Runs actually better than new...what! Tremendous service, knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful staff. Outstanding result! I have a new go to for my Jeep! I may even take my bike there, Ill bet they would knock that out of the park as well!! Thank you, thank you!

My overall experience with the service department has been positive, The sales department is a different story and all I really want to convey is.... stay away from the Eco diesels. Used diesels over a 100000 miles, your emissions systems are not covered by any warranty. Purchased a 2014 and a had the vehicle 45 days and the service engine soon light came on and after my truck had been in there for a week or more they found out that the exhaust fluid pump failed and that my out of pocket cost would be $2000. The service department and I came to an agreement and they decided to put up the 1st 1000 and I came up with a $1000 out of my pocket, Service department went out of their way to help a sensitive situation, and then when I went in to pick up the truck, they told me that there was a coolant and oil leak and that they needed another $500 for the repair and I just lost all confidence in the Eco diesel and the sales department did help me trade out of it but not without a $5000 negative equity. I paid around 20500.00 for the 2014 used eco diesel, The same sales department I bought the vehicle 45 days earlier they only gave me 15500.00, they helped me to find a 5.7L hemi.........My 2 stars just represent that Fiat Chrysler automotive settled in federal court for 800 million dollars to pay all Eco diesel owners up to $3000 due to the fact that they lied to federal regulators on the software for emissions.

Ive already referred 2 people to him, within the 1st few days of picking up our vehicle. Seasoned car salesmen would do well to learn patience from him. This dealership does not believe in building heritage and repeat business obviously. just purchased a jeep renegade from Larry Miller back in March of this year. Went back to get another vehicle gave them 2 opportunities to sell me a Grand Cherokee. I was told that since there was not a lot of inventory and it was a sellers market they’re not willing to negotiate any kind of deal. Called a 3rd time to try one more time, never got a return call. I will never recommend nor purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. I guess as long as they get you once that’s all they care about.

I have been looking for a car for several months and was pretty feed up with the hassle of car dealers. I found my Highlander on and went to see the car. I wanted it and got what I wanted. Only thing that took for ever was the paperwork but that is normal. To much paperwork.Marcus was very professional and everyone was friendly.

Service and personel were all excellent. Recommendations after service was questionable. To be told that my brake fluid, rear differential and front differential oil all need to be changed along with replacing the cabin filter and engine air filter. All at around 17k miles. What are the chances of all those going bad at the same time? Especially when I have not taken the vehicle off the road and very few trips and no severe conditions. Normal change of differential oil is around 30-50K miles. Of course this dealership sold me the vehicle used so I would have thought that all of these service item would have been completed before I bought it. And it is still under the manufacturers warranty. So if these oils already need to be changed then maybe there is a defect in the vehicle.

I purchased A New 2016 JK purchased the extended warranty. I took my jeep in while under warranty with an oil leak (Rear Main Seal) to thier service department i was told its nothing to worry about its not what u think. I belive they cleaned it up. The leak was small enough it took about a month before I saw oil again. I called the service department they said they had a mention of oil leak but no further info of what was done on thier end. After 10 minutes of back an forth with service department manger agreed to scheduled me to come in for an appointment. I took my jeep in according to service department it was an oil drain tube that was leaking so according to them they fixed it. Now 2 weeks later its still leaking and they are saying my jeep is out of warranty. Even though when I took it in the first time for the (Rear main Seal) I still hadmy extended warranty. Iam a 21 year disabled Military Vet and Now A Nurse. If this is the how they treat me.Question is how will they treat everyone else. Buyer Beware I would not recommend you to Buy a Vehicle or their Extended warranty at Larry H Miller jeep Chrysler on 22nd & Pantano. Iam sure you can buy a jeep elsewhere that appreciates their Customers.

I bought my 2012 Dodge challenger from here. My salesman was Neil, He was awesome, He help me along the process of buying a used vehicle from Larry H. Miller. When I bought my car it had a overhearing problem with it less then day after buying it, it did take a fair amount of time to repair, but I must say, the service department and Neil help me along the way, they took ownership of the problem and fix my car for me free of charge. At the time I was working for a windows company I need a vehicle to work, I was 18 at the time so I could not get a rental car, but Neil and service department help me out tremendously, I was able to get a rental from the dealership themself. Witch save me, and let me continue to work. I cannot recommend them enough, they have awesome oil change deal witch I believe are fair. They have amazing service here. For being my first time buying a car on my own, it was awesome to go through the process of buying, they made fun and enjoyable. My challenger is still running strong as ever! That car has taken me across country many time. To Florida twice and to Washington without a single problem. I feel that only now has been enough time and experience with them to make a appropriate review, and I like them a lot.

Horrible communication. Ive called, texted and left voicemails and they still dont call me back. Just like any other dealership at first they treat you like friends and after the deal is done they cant even take a call or call you back
We brought our vehicle in and advised the technician that we were bringing it in due to a recall and because the blower on the ac was not working, we were advised we needed to make an appointment, we made one, when we came back on the day of the appointment, the technician asked what we were there for. Advised again that we were there for the recall and because the blower on the ac was not working. He advised that they needed to run a diagnostic test to determine the issue. We asked if we could have a rental due to us having another appointment that we couldn’t reschedule, they told us they had no rentals and that we could call Enterprise, it took the technician 3 hours to tell us what they found out only to tell us the same thing we already told them. Were told we would get a call when the parts were in, ended up having to call on Tuesday to see if the parts were in.
This dealer is great! You are greeted as soon as you arrive and they call you 2hen your vehicle is ready.
Took 2015 Grand Cherokee in for oil change. Was not given the vehicle report until after I got home and called back to service department to inquire about it. Service rep FORGOT to inform me that the vehicle alignment was off and that it was recommended for a brake flush and also fuel system flush. If the dealership would have informed me about these issues I might have had them complete them instead Im taking my business elsewhere. Should have learned my lesson before... Also let it be known that they tried to sell me an aftermarket extended warranty. Called Chrysler got a full comprehensive extended warranty and saved thousands.

So, we just purchased a new Durango from LHM Dodge a few weeks ago and had an excellent experience with Jay Harper and the crew there (Im not a difficult person to please, go find my review of LHM Dodge... I gave them five stars for at least acting like they wanted my business). We hoped to repeat that great experience by going to LHM Jeep to order a new Wrangler. I know theyre in short supply, but the salesman basically told us to pack sand on any discounts since Wranglers are hard to come by. We left, and headed up to Jim Click where not only were they happy to order a Wrangler for us, but they also gave us $500 off of MSRP and agreed to not charge us for any overpriced add-ons like GPS trackers, tint, or wheel locks that I can get at Walmart for ten bucks (LHM does this to the tune of $1500 in stuff youll never use... and to be fair, so does Jim Click but they agreed not to charge me). Combine that with the fact that LHM is now gouging $2k over MSRP on Wranglers, and Jim Click was the obvious choice for us since that puts us $4,000 ahead of what LHM would have charged us for the exact same vehicle.
Took my Jeep in for a recall repair. Fast, efficient and good customer service. My only criticism was that the coffeemaker wasnt working. Sounds like a small thing, but its nice to go that extra step to make those waiting feel taken care of.

DONT GO HERE!This dealership is highly dishonest and practices bad business. The used vehicles in my price range at the time which was 20k or below needed a ton of work and they fix them just enough for you to leave the lot. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Dodge Journey here back in December and I was told I was getting the bumper to bumper warranty. 3 months later at my first oil change the vehicle needed a bunch of repairs done and I was advised the warranty would not cover it due to general maintenance. Also I was blatantly lied to about my total cost for the vehicle, payment amount, and interest rate. I spoke with the manager there today and he did nothing to assist me with the charges even though I have just purchased the vehicle within a couple of months. I believe a good manager would have discounted the bill, or even taken care of the charges since it is a recently purchased item that I should not have to fix but no, far from that. The manager was very unprofessional and kept talking about his car and how he has an $800 a month car payment, why do I care about your luxury lifestyle? I now have a used 2016 vehicle with problems, extremely high mileage and I contacted the bank and they said I can surrender the vehicle but it will show on my credit that it was repossessed and it will hurt my credit. Very bad deal, Will not be coming back in the future for any more vehicles. They are not trying to put you in the best deal possible, its completely one-sided for them to make money and for you to get screwed!
I called them and got an appointment that fit my schedule. Michael was very professional and empathetic about my Van’s condition and it was fixed in a timely manner. I was not inconvenienced in any way and it runs great now! I’m very satisfied and I will be back soon. Thanks so much! 😉

Ed Barry was our great salesperson. He found the vehicle we wanted, was thorough & helped us complete the sale. Everyone there was friendly & helpful, including Darrell, Anthony, Steve the GSM & James, the detail man. We really like that the salesmen dont work on commission, so there are no high pressure tactics. We would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Very unsettling experience with service center. Overall, my impression is that their communication with the customer is poor at best, and shady at worst. Dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday evening, for a Thursday morning appointment. I had to reach out to the Michael for any kind of communication. I was told the problem was fixed, I asked him to go out and try again. Michael came back and stated you are correct it is not working. He stated that he will need to send it Chevy. I reached back out to Michael on Friday asking what he had heard. He said I will hear something back by Tuesday. Never was offered a loaner since they will have to keep my vehicle. Well the service advisor at the Chevy dealership reached out to us to ask US what the problem was due to the lack of communication. The service advisor called me from Chevy to let us know the vehicle is ready for pick up. Eventually Michael sent me a text saying they will pick it and I could pick up the vehicle from him. Mind you not once did Michael communicate with us to let us know that it will not be covered under our comprehensive TOTAL CARE AUTO vehicle service contract, AND THAT THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR A SOFTWARE UPDATE. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THE SERVICE TO BE DONE!!! I DID CONTACT TONY THE SERVICE DIRECTOR HE AGREED THAT MICHAEL HAD A LACK OF COMMUNICATION. IF I AGREED TO THE CHARGE I WOULD VE BEEN OK WITH REACHING INTO THE POCKET BOOK. BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH LARRY H MILLER. I WILL BE POSTING ALL THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MYSELF AND MICHAEL TO SHOW THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND HOW WE NEVER AGREED TO THE CHARGE.! WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST ADVERTISTMENT.

Bait and Switch -I made the awful mistake of ordering a Jeep from this dealership. I spent months making a decision on which Jeep I was going to buy. After careful consideration and several visits to this dealership I made the decision to build a custom Gladiator. I sat down several times with their sales department until I finally built what I wanted. I went through the approval process to qualify for a lease and even agreed on the terms and conditions. We had agreed to a 36 month term with 10,000 miles a year and a $3500 down payment. The monthly payment was going to be roughly $445 a month. (I was well aware that Tax Tittle and License were not included - This would be roughly another $6500) I put the order in on 6/29/19 and gave them a $1000 down payment. The Gladiator was finally delivered today and I was told I would need to come in and sign paperwork and that the Jeep would be ready for pick up. I was incredibly excited to finally get my dream car after 2.5 months of waiting. This is where everything took a turn for the WORSE! To my surprise when I was presented the final monthly payment I was now paying over $850 a month. Somehow my payment had almost doubled. Once you consider tax title and license there is no way that mathematically my payment should be that high. They had also changed the terms to over $5000 due at signing and to a 48 month term lease. This is outrageous. They get you in the door and force you to commit to them but then change the terms on you with no remorse. No explanation or apology was given. They simply refunded my down payment and moved on to the next scam. After reading the reviews it seems that several people have had a similar experience. Seems like they are well known for changing the terms on you. I have included the build out of my Gladiator that they printed for me at the dealership. After 5 months of doing research and waiting for my jeep to arrive im heartbroken.
