Had not used the car for two years due to pandemic be and heart failure. Had it towed to service center where they checked the car out, replaced battery and tires. We picked it up got home to find rear window wiper broken. Called and since we now were not sure about the car they replaced all of the window wipers, checked the car throughout to make sure nothing else was missed by at there cost. The staff was prompt, polite and very helpful. We have a car ready for a trip across country. Would definitely go back and use them.

Ive been working with this shop since I bought a Chevy in 2018. They typically fix just enough to bandaid the immediate symptoms but dont fix the real problem. I had to take my car in three times to get one issue fixed and four for another. The first few rounds the car was under warranty, but over the months of trying to get the problems resolved it expired. Then they charged me to fix the issue. I would give one star, but I appreciate that I can get an Uber, which they pay for, when my car is being worked on.

I scheduled an appointment on a Monday morning for my 2006 siverado p/u.They gave me a 745 am Tuesday appointment,I was told I could leave the truck Monday evening.Tommy said it may take up to 2 days to get back depends on problem with oil Gage.I called Wednesday expecting them to know what problem was,at that time they said they were 2 days behind didnt even look at the truck yet.4 days later I get truck back no returned phone calls from them and for a oil Gage sensor 550.00.Im new to Tucson and was going to buy a truck this summer but not off them, horrible experience from start to finish

The worst!!! Will not go back gor service ever! Always overbooked. If you expect for them to have your car ready with in an hour or at least 90 mins it’s unrealistic. It takes them 3 hours, they dont even wash your car and they dont call you when the car is ready. Totally unprofessional. Larry H Miller Volkswagen does a much better job!
