This company truly cares about providing great customer service. The company I work for uses Allegra regularly for printed envelopes, invoices, delivery slips, etc., and it is always easy to place orders for materials as needed. I had a minor issue in one of my previous orders from Allegra, and they went above and beyond to get the issue corrected and ensure that it did not happen again. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing printing or design services.

I dont know what we would have done without Allegra this week. We had a huge project for them on a really tight turnaround and throughout the entire week they were nothing but up for the job! Carissa was especially easy to work with and patient, as there were issues getting art work from a previous company. We have all of our printing needs handled by Allegra. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful, and we are very happy with all of our products and service.

Went to them to print some trading cards. The quality was good (but not great). Over email, they were very helpful, made good suggestions and were overall quite nice. In person, everyone seemed almost like they didnt wanna be at work. They werent necessarily discourteous, but they certainly werent welcoming. They promised me theyd have my cards ready by a certain date (I was a on a deadline) and they did not deliver it on time. Their mistake made my shipping costs more than double - went from $150 to $325. They also shorted me on about 150 cards (out of 5000). I let them know their mistake cost me heavily and they didnt even reply. Will not be going there again.

Allegra Printing, I absolutely recommend this company, if you are looking thru reviews to check, You can be assured that they do awesome work. Also at a good price, I manage a storage facility, I had them design and make a nice sign probably about 5 years ago, and that sign is still up and in PERFECT condition thru all this Arizona sun! They were professional, prompt, helped me get the permits etc. (pointed me in the right direction etc as I had never done this before with the sign) They also print great brochures etc, you can trust you will be taken care of. I was and still am very happy.
