So I have to start by saying the personalized service that FastSigns offers goes beyond outstanding! They went out of their way to get me color options printed so I could compare to material, etc. From the front lobby staff to the back office staff, 100% excellent customer service! Special shout out to Monica Molina! She has been a big part of my return business here over the years. Even though many of my needs are so small in comparison to others, they always treat me great!

Updated 12/7/18:We needed new signs because the desert sun/heat has not been kind to some of our signs. I contacted Fast Signs and they were able to get us some amazing signs for less money than I thought. They did an outstanding job on the install and even put a few extra touches on that made the signs even more professional looking. The service was excellence and they knew exactly what I needed and delivered it.

I went in on a wednesday to place an order for job signs to be completed the individual said they take about three days, you will get a proof over later, here it is saturday morning and theyre closed and i still dont have a proof to approve so my job signs can be completed. I left him a message this morning so well see where the response is.

I have nothing but great things to say about Fast Signs and our rep Paul. Its hard to find vendors that care and do what they say. Paul, really saved us when we asked for the fastest turn around times. He jumped on the job immediately and was receptive to all of our ideas. My experience was great! I waited a little late to decide to order a banner for my son who was graduating basic training for the Air Force and the initial phone call was pleasant, friendly and willing to help. I then went into the store within 30 minutes of my phone call and the great customer service was fantastic and never stopped. We worked on the design together and sent it out to the designer. Within 24 hours I received a final review and with my approval they sent it off. They assured me my banner would be done in plenty of time which is was. I would recommend them in a heart beat, their customer service was excellent, their product was great and if I ever needed another sign or banner, I know where to go!!

I emailed the files that I had to have printed on Friday. Monday I called to make sure they got the them and to say I would pick them up that Friday, and a man confirmed they had received them and they would be ready. I called again on Thursday to confirm the files were done. The same man answered the phone and didnt have any idea what I was talking about. He didnt even try to make up for his mistake. I was very disappointed with this company and their service.
