We had a great experience w/ getting my 8 yr olds daughters ears pierced here. The associate was knowledgeable, calm and great with kids. My daughter was scared and she did not rush her or make us feel like a burden. A great memory! Will be back for more jewelry... and piercings if that time comes =)

They are very friendly and not pushy would recommend for something that is not pricey but fun and beautiful.

Purchased a necklace.. took it to a pawn shop told me it was fake.. went to an appraiser and I was informed the item was less than the percent off gold it was marked at... I do not recommend this place. You’re paying for over priced bogus Jewlery

Friendly staff, clean environment, quick procedure, not tons of paperwork, and they made it a fun and special experience for my daughter (8) to get her ears pierced. The prices were comparable to Claires. Im so glad we went there!

This was such an awful experience. My friend and I were just trying to get a nose ring and when we went, the guy who worked there didn’t even acknowledge us. He left us waiting there for 30+ min while helping another customer. Even other people who were waiting left. From my recollection, usually a person is supposed to greet other customers and help other people while with another customer so they don’t loose business. Whoever hired this guy did an awful job. When we finally got helped, his friend showed up and he started talking to him while helping us. This guy needs to be fired to help save the company.

My daughter of 3 months got her ears pierced. Inexpensive, nice friendly good service. For the most part.

I took my daughters to get their ears pierced here because I figured it might be a step above Claires. We arrived about 20 minutes to closing at the kiosk upstairs and the girl said that we wouldnt want her piercing ears because shes new. I dont think she should be by herself if thats the case. So, we trekked downstairs to the other kiosk only to be told that she wouldnt do it since they were closing so soon. Thats bad customer service. From my experience, you dont start putting things away until youre closed. Youll lose business operating this way. So, we came back on July 4th and a different lady was there. She pierced their ears and we went home. Turns out we were charged for piercing solution that we didnt receive. I called and told them what happened and she said that we could come back up and get the omitted bottle. Fine. Then, we noticed that my 2 year olds left piercing was much further back than what looked normal. We took out the earring, much to her chagrin, and called Piercing Pagoda again. We were told to bring her back in with the poorly placed earring and they would redo it on a couple days. We went back and a pregnant lady who was super sweet and understanding took her time and placed the earring. My baby girl didnt even flinch. It took a lot of run around but were happy with the end result.
