Nick was on time for my appointment. The facility was very clean, well lit, with a relaxed atmosphere. Nick is obviously a great artist and the work he did for me turned out even better than I had hoped. This was a great experience and I will definitely be going back.

Santos was Awesome! Love my butterflies, sunflower, and rose! They were done in Black and Gray! Had a previous bad experience at another shop and was afraid of another disaster. His personality put me at ease, he listened to what I wanted. I am so happy and excited with my lower arm! Thanks again Santos!

I had to remind the artist that I had an appoitment when I showed up which was super awkward as he forgot apparently. Other coworkers were watching my tattoo be done and drinking beer in the tattoo studio. I thought that was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable being alone with 3 guys in the shop after they didnt allow my bf to come back. My tattoo felt rushed and was done free hand no sketch, some parts are drawn poorly and are noticeable in my tattoo. I had a foot tattoo fixed up also and the ink flaked off part of it showing my skin so I guess he didnt go deep enough with the ink. After all of this the artist pressed me to tip and made me feel weird. Im not coming back to this place due to lack of professionalism.

Dre was awesome! Phenomenal! Efficient! Highly recommend! He did an awesome job and you need to see him if you are wanting a tattoo! So educated! So nice! So personable. Thank you Dre!!! I love mine!

Got my nose pierced here twice. Its quick and clean. The artists are super friendly and they let you know exactly when and how they pierce you so youre never in the dark about the process.

Got my first tattoo, done by Saintos. Staff extremely friendly and laid back. Place was clean, well lit, and had good music playing in the background. Very happy with the results, and they made sure I understood the required aftercare before I left. Will return when I get my next tattoo.

I love this place!! The guy are all really cool! Plus they keep up with their sanitation practices. All the work I have seen come out of this shop is pretty amazing!! Including the one I got!!

Had a fantastic experience here. The atmosphere was great and everyone who works there seems real awesome. My tattooer was extremely good. All I got were some stars behind my ear but he kept checking to make sure I was doing ok and he did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend this place.

Ive got more then 40 hours of ink time at this shop. Its been over a year since my sleeve was done and it looks fantastic. Dre Garcia is very professional and is great to work with. I will be back to get more ink, I moved so I havent had a chance to visit since then. Images attached are over a year old since Dre finished it.

Had an appointment two weeks in advance. Showed up and was informed that we would need to wait nearly another hour before we could be seen. We returned ten minutes later than the time frame in which our artist told us to return, and were then informed that we would need to wait additional time. With something as permanent as a tattoo, we did not feel comfortable continuing our appointment. I cannot speak for their abilities, but as for customer service they earned 0/5 stars.

These guys are awesome, I chose a not so easy Norse knot design as a full sleeve, Santos, the artist, made it look absolutely stunning! Cant wait to get back at it!

First of all, my artist Dre had something personal come up but was able to reschedule me ridiculously quickly! When I actually had my appointment he was funny and sweet and talked me through the whole thing. Even when I passed out (typical) he was SO great about helping me come to and feel better; it was amazing. To top it off he took my idea and ran with it, and my piece turned out SO BEAUTIFULLY.Mad props to Dre and everyone else in the shop. All very personable and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Saw Santos today to get my nose piercing. He was awesome! Very well informed, didnt need a gun, and was very nice. My piercing looks fantastic! Overall a great experience. A previous reviewer that gave 1 star absolutely doesnt know what shes talking about. Shes obviously a moron. Will be returning to Santos for some tattoo work in the future!

I think the reason I gave it 4 stars was that it wasnt very clean. Lots of food and mess in the waiting area. Plus, some of the other guys were giving me a hard time about where I was from. Either way, the tattoo was exactly what I asked for that so I went ahead and gave it 4 stars. Maybe a little cleanliness and organization would help really sell the shop and the artists who work in it. Thanks for your response.

I get it was a Friday the 13 Tattoo and I get I only paid $30 with tip but at the same time he didnt even finish the line that was supposed to be the chain that wrapped around the side and the bottom you can see because the stencil still there I couldnt tell the night before .this was supposed to be a trial run because Im new to Arizona and wanted to kind of get a Vibe and check out a shop but I dont think Ill be coming back

I got my nose piercing here, and it was very quick and easy. I felt very comfortable and its very inexpensive- i plan on going back to get more piercings done.
