Found this place by accident.. So glad I did though.. Has great displays, horror themed items and great selection of candy

So I grew up in the state where FYE originated. It was a staple part of my teenage mall rat years. It has definitely changed a lot, but I think its for the better. They changed with the times to stay relevant. The one thing I will say is dont sign up for their free trial of their rewards program. Customer service is rude and reluctant to let you cancel it, and its really not worth the price.

FYE me and my daughter go there every Monday and Wednesday just to see what crazy stuff they have its so awesome and the people that work there are very helpful especially this one women I cant remember her name off the top of my head but its always nice to be greated and help when you cant find what your looking for I would recommend them to anyone they have little bit off everything not to costly and always have grate deals and smile on there faces when there not hidden by mask we all have to were they do a good job thank you to them.

Lots of stuff from different places that you cant always get here normally in the states. Butttt a lot of it is way over priced and they ask you for your email and phone number without mentioning its for their membership that after a month charges you 11 dollars a month

My daughter loves this store, she picks up the Japanese goodies and likes to take a lap around the store. Great customer service.

I love taking my kids to this store. Today I was a little irritated because one of the employees told me to wear my mask at all time, as I was eating a raspado, I must say she was very polite about it. I was just annoyed. After looking we saw something my son would LOVE, but since he was with us he would see us buy it. The same employee was kind enough to put it aside for me to go get it the next day.I truly love this store!

Shelves were extremely bare, and item mark up was intense.

My son got thrown out the store for being a person of color and being suspicious of someone who was thought to have been stealing. He called in crying. This is unacceptable. He was with his friends and is just 12 years old and felt that he was targeted. What kind of a store does that. My wife and I are both doctors and we have raised our child well to not even touch anything unless they are buying that.

Its the mall. Overpriced of course. They carry really cool stuff. Nerdy gamer and Asian oriental cool stuff. I like it

This FYE is awesome! I did not know that there was an FYE at the Tucson mall! They have a great selection of movies and memorabilia for fans of horror, Funko, anime, Star Wars and, basically, anything in the geek fandom. And they have awesome FYE exclusive Funko Pop!s and movies!

The store has a lot of variety and the staff is very knowledgeable and once you get to know them, they’re very kind! Though yes, during checkout the staff do ask if their customers would like to sign up for their membership/discount program, and though it’s very annoying to be asked every time one goes in there, once you actually sign up and familiarize yourself with said program, it becomes a lot more beneficial than you first think!I love coming to this store!

Store was a little smaller than a typical FYE they did not have much in the store. Everything was kinda cut down and more focused on the other products and not so much the movies and cds.

This place is a very cool place authentic Mexican souvenirs blankets coats.Stafford very friendly very helpful prices are very nice definitely recommend going to this place if youre ever in the area. Overall just a very nice shot. Very family inviting also. I will definitely be returning.

Great selection of novelty and fan items. They also carry several different blue tooth audio devices (speakers, headphones, stereo). Every corner us different, but you find new exciting things around every turn. The store is a bit small and compact, not crazy, but some areas may not be easily accessible to those whom have disabilities.

Used to have one of these in Raleigh. When this opened up here at the Tucson Mall I was floored. So many good memories going in there. Lots of rad stuff!

They offer you a membership, but its not the same as most business memberships as it costs $12 a month (glad they didnt mention that until I agreed and signed)!!! They also offered me 3 free magazines but they ofc come with another costly subscription. I have unsubscribed from the scammy magazine subscription, but I cant unsubscribe to the FYE membership yet because I can only do so through talking to someone on the phone and of course they only answer the phone during business hours!! Do not agree to anything free from them as you check out as the cashier is trying to scam you. The stuff is good and decently priced, just dont get scammed.

Bought a new movie from the Tucson Mall location, once we got home we opened it to find there was no Blu-ray or DVD (it was a combo pack) within the case. We called the store and told them what happened. A store employee promised us the collectors edition with a mark down for the troubles. We drive over an hour to go back to the mall. Upon arrival a different employee then says we can have the DVD copy in stock and not the one that was promised to us. As a company, your word is everything. Stand by it or don’t make promises you won’t fulfill. Classic bait and switch.

Pretty good, there was a new guy there so he was still getting a hang of it, but they took so long, dont get me wrong costumer service sucks, but at least ask my age before setting up an entire membership account then being like oh just kidding youre not 18 so we just wasted 10 minutes of your life : )

Huge variety of pop culture and other items. Store was very clean and there was lots of inventory. Had some great sales going on. The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable, so that made the experience in this particular store even more enjoyable.

I feel like FYE is trying to fill a niche that doesnt really exist. Its trying to be a hot topic, but more PG? While I didnt find anything very useful in there for myself, Im sure if you are looking for a slightly quirky gift, on the PG end of the spectrum, this could supply something you needed.Or if youre really into funko pop figures. Holy cow do they have a lot of funko pop figures.

This is a unique place. If you need pop figures or your just looking for a gift for the hard to shop for person . This plsce is fun!

Theres so many unique gifts based off of childhood memory shows and popular shows now. Lots of DVDs, CDs and records and clothing. This store has it all!

I went in looking for a certain artist and I couldnt find it. I then decided to ask the staff if they had them and they gave me a kinda rude one worded answer of No and then just walked off. The organisation of the store wasnt all that well managed as well.

Prices are a bit higher then Hot Topic. Lots of choices though, that other stores do not carry. Staff is nice.

This place is always fun to go in even if u have no money, it fun to just look around and the staff doesnt try to pressure u into buying something, they chat with u and tell u to have a great day, theyre amazing!

Only rating 4 due to that they had a HEAVY damaged item and all they could do was 15% off. (Previous experience)Other than that; very well welcomed and helped. Had a great experience being there. Especially when an employee helped me get a certain item I was looking for. Long story short, I was looking for an exclusive item and I found one, but it was damaged. The only ones they had left were those that were already preorder since July! No one claimed them so they simply switched it with one that was preordered in mint condition.
