I made an appointment several days in advance for a 2pm tire alignment, with an estimated time of completion to be about 30-45 mins. This was important to me, since I had an important 3:30 pm appointment. I had expected, and planned to leave the store no later than 3pm. On the day of the appointment, I called again to confirm my appointment time.I arrived at 2pm for my appointment -- the alignment bay was empty. There were no other customers waiting at that time. At around 2:30, I asked about the progress on my car, and was informed by a female sales rep, that it was on the alignment rack at that time. At about 3:15 pm, I went up to the front desk, to check if the job was complete. I was then told by a different rep, that they will be starting on my car shortly, and that it would take 45 mins to get done! It turned out that they had done an alignment on another car that had been left with them, during my scheduled appointment time, instead of working on my mine, while I was waiting in the store. The store manager acknowledged and apologized but that did not prevent me from having to cancel my 3:30pm appointment, and from having to wait nearly 2 hours for an alignment.While I waited, I asked about the cost of a lifetime alignment package price for my other vehicle. During that conversation, I was pitched a sale for a Firestone credit card, and was also pitched a sale for tires, although I am at least a year away from needing new tires. Given my unhappy experience I am not planning on buying another alignment package, a Firestone credit card, or tires from this place.While I appreciated the managers acknowledgment and apology, I think it would have been appropriate to offer me a discount, some future store credit, or a free oil change as a courtesy to make up. Talk is cheap. My time isnt.

9 out of 10 times I come here for an oil change unless I do it myself. I cant complain about this place due to the front desk guys taking care of me and my vehicles and none the less, the crew working on the cars, are awesome! Awesome because, there is never hand prints of engine oil on the hood, bumper or dirty seats! I drive 25min just to get great service! Thanks guys!!

I recommend Brandi Wright, she did inspections on two of my vehicles, she is very knowledgeable in what she is doing. Very happy with service

They sold me a tire that went flat and was completely irreparable a day later and then refused to replace the tire they sold me even though it was a bad one. I will never go back and I wouldnt trust this location at all.Edit: I dont know if it was the bad review or me bawling like a baby as I left but Kim called me the next day and fixed everything for free. I appreciate Kim and the other guy at the front office for their patience and excellent customer service.

The location is convenient the staff their is great very helpful and friendly. The prices are good. I strongly recommend this location/store. I want to give special thanks to the service manager who assisted us Ervin Olson and the technician 23-Jesus. I will definitely contue to go to this store.

I had a nail in my tire tread Maine for me they had a couple people ahead of me and him be a little while so I went to the mall. Within 45 minutes I got a call that it was done the nail is only half inch long did not puncture the tire so no repair needed. I have never left a review for anyone, ever... these guys were terrible man, they thought a two day rental car would make up for 11 days without a car after taking it back TWICE... ignoring what i told them the issue was, proceeded to replace three other sensors just for them to tell me the issue was exactly what i told them it was. I call in to ask for if my car is ready and the guy tells me it’s been ready and instead of apologizing for the huge inconvenience he continues with “yea it has no gas, probably enough to get you to the corner” yea ok... these guys are never touching my car again

We were in a terrible bind late in the evening when we discovered a nail in our tire and needed it repaired before morning. The manager and mechanic stayed late to repair the tire. We were treated like VIPs and because of their extraordinary effort we were able to safely return home 100 miles away. This service was as professional and generous as any business establishment could possibly offer. We will never forget their help when we needed it most!

This store is the BEST in Tucson. I have been at this location at least three times, no pressure for me to buy what they want to sell unnecessarily. I chose the product and price. Most recently, called for a replacement tire sidewall blow-out. Told, come on in willl take no more than hour. Well... Thats actually what happened. Additionally, once I got home and decided to reorganize my trunk, since I used the donut tire to firestone, they did it for me, as if it was their car. Who soes that?.... Greatly appreciated. My prior review below is for a store at another tucson location.

I highly recommend this place. Ive been to the Sears autocenter several times; everytime Sears serviced my vehicles, I left happy and confident that everything was good. My most recent visit was April 2018.Ive had oil changes at other places and always seemed to get an employee who wanted to upsell me. I never felt like that here and will continue to go here as long as Sears is around.

Associates are always super friendly and thorough. I trust them with all of the vehicles within our family.

I went to the Tucson Mall Firestone location for a battery exchange with battery that was still under warranty. They took it and my paperwork out of the back of my car. I didnt even have to leave my car. When he check and found that they didnt have a replacement. He called the 1st ave store and found one. He even asked them to stay open a few minutes late as I was on the way. The 1st Ave store was just as nice to deal with. He took my old battery out of the car and carried a new one out. I paid over the phone. I highly recommend both of these stores.

Best experience ever! First they provided a coupon for my oil change. Saved me $20. Then at my request, quoted me on tires (which I need badly) The store manager BEAT another stores price and save me close to $80. A total savings of $100 today. Their technicians are great, the waiting area is clean with hand sanitizer and social distancing. Ive never received such amazing customer service. Got a nail in my tire pulling into Tucson mall. Popped over to Firestone to get it mended, and despite the small transaction these folks were incredibly polite and quick with the service. Will definitely be back next time I need something done quickly!

Missing multiple tabs and caps on wheel well/bumper after taking it in for a/c repair. Took it back they put 4 screws in it. Came home check under the hood the cap for the h valve on the ac is missing. They were all there before I gave them the keys. Seriously makes me wonder about the quality of the repair when even I can see the little details they missed or just didn’t care about.

My experience was awesome. I was told by another shop they wouldn’t help me do to the lift on my truck. These guys didn’t hesitate. Not only did they align it, they got me in immediately and had it done in a couple of hours. The cherry on top was they did a perfect alignment on a lifted 4x4

Kim is the Manager - you will like his personality very personable. I used to trust the car dealer with my tire rotation and balance...not any more. He would identify problems on my tires the car dealer couldnt fix. Get the lifetime tire balance and rotate its well worth the money. I dont trust anyone to touch my alignment, tire, and balance. Now he gets all my car repair business. This place is that good. Give it a try you wont be disappointed. Some days they are very busy and for a good reason.

First person I dealt with didn’t listen to me when I told them what I needed done and ultimately tried charging me extra to test a part I already knew was bad. He rudely and reluctantly removed the charge when I told him I didn’t need that particular service. They then tried to charge me $100 more for an Autozone part than I could have gotten it for myself directly from Autozone, but of course they don’t allow you to bring your own parts. The other gentleman I spoke to on the phone as they were working on my vehicle was much more professional and helpful. They also managed to get my car done that day, which I didn’t think they’d be able to do.

Woke up this past morning to the wifes car having a flat tire. It happened to be the only one that we bought from this Firestone location. I thought I had the road hazard warranty but was told other wise on the phone. I wish I remembered the name of the guy that I talked to because he was polite and honest. Was told they would have to measure the tread depth and then use that measurement to pro-rate a new tire because they couldnt patch the sidewall. I had to send my wife because I couldnt make it. Ive worked at few shops around Tucson and the one thing they all have in common is that they try to take advantage of women. I explained to my wife that if she didnt hear what she liked to just leave, we would go somewhere else. Much to her and mines surprise the service writer explained everything to her in a way she could understand knowing nothing about cars. He didnt try to up sale her or tack on any other Needed services. I am able to due most work on our cars but I now have a trusted shop to go to if I need to get major work done that I dont have the tools for. As an added bonus I dont have to worry, if my wife has to go in, that they will try to take advantage of the fact she knows nothing about cars. Thanks Firestone for the honesty. And if anyone from corporate reads this I called about 11am May 2, 2019, the guy that talked to me and helped my wife really deserves to be recognized for outstanding service..

This place is a rip-off. My friend went there for an oil change. And yes the low battery light was on. But then he told me they said he needs a new battery, alternator, and belt. His bill came to over $700. I looked up the total cost of parts. And it was $314 total. Labor costs should have not been that high for his bill to be over$700. I wouldnt go to this place ridiculous!!!

Firestone has become my go-to mechanic for my vehicles. They take care of any problems I have quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

The worse tire services ever the manager was not helpful. Got new tires they didn’t even check to see if all air pressure were the same.One was 37,32,33,34 all different Bob the manager was not nice at all they don’t care about good customer service!!

This is the only place I take all my Vehicles. The service I have received from Scott and Kim is truly remarkable! They will go above and beyond for you as customer, even if that means themselves and they’re team members need to stay past closing hours. Terrible service. Employees on cell phones more than on the cars they were working on. Waited 2.5 hours for an estimate that wasnt close to what my vehicle needed. I had an appointment and was told it would take an hour. Upselling services and repairs I had receipts for. Kim, the manager didnt care to see my repair file from the date of purchase. He and the other guy then ignored me until I left. This shop gives other repair facilities a bad name. If there was a way to investigate what others were being told and quoted, I would. I will never go back.

I dont understand whats the point of making an appointment in this store. I called to make an appointment for an oil change.. I went to the location, and they said okay .. it will be ready in one hour. I was like one hour to change the oil, okay. I waited for one hour, and I asked is the car ready. Guess what? They said sorry, but we havent started working on your vehicle.. you have to wait for one more hour. Why do I have to make an appointment at a specific time if I would wait for one hour and 30 minutes to get the oil change? The only good thing about what happened is that I got a discount because of the wait

The team at the Firestone by the Tucson Mall went above and beyond to get our smoking van looked at right away and even had our van cleaned and detailed before we picked it up!! For this mom of three who has not sat in a clean van since we bought it I was floored. The team is courteous and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to give their customers the best service! We won’t go anywhere else now.

We have been bringing our vehicles here for service for some time. The best word I can use for this Firestone dealership is integrity. They never take advantage of opportunities to charge us more or to do work that isnt needed on a vehicle. Their appraisals of service needed are honest and fair, and the work done on our vehicles has been impeccable. Highly recommended.

We called to see if they had a tire in stock and drove in from out of town 2 1/2 hours away. We chose this location because of the ratings. However we asked how long it would take to change the tire and they said 45mins to and hour and they would give us a call. So we left and after 3 hours we never got a call and showed up to come to find out they forgot about our vehicle. I would not recommend this place just because the staff was very unorganized.

This is the only Firestone in town that I go to and the only Firestone in town that has Kim. Kim is the reason I continue to go there. Kim is the man!

My sons Ford had to be worked on three times for a simple front end alignment. TWICE they failed to tighten bolts loosened for the alignment job. If youre not able to check and correct or spot faulty work, DONT GO THERE! I had to have tire patched three times before it didnt leave me stranded.

Tim was very helpful in getting two new tires put on my car. When the tires we had agreed upon over the phone were out of stock, he put on a better set of tires at no additional cost. Top notch service, and the process was completed very quickly.

Kim always makes sure we are well taken care of and I try to only take my vehicles here because of it. They are a little pricier than competitors but worth it.

Got my oil change and drove home and noticed my car was over heating and called Firestone back and expressed my concerns. Scott was a awesome help and just said to let it cool down and drive it back over and they will address. I agreed and said I would be there shortly then about 15 mins later I got a call from Jay saying he was outside my house to take a look but unfortunately my address was not up to date so they were at the wrong place but going the extra mile was great! This is the only place that I will go to for my tires wheel alignment and balancing . They offer really good service with honesty and integrity. They have never tried to sell me services I do not need and always try to give me the best deal possible.

The staff are hardworking and honest. The prices are fair and theyve never tried to upcharge for a service our car didnt need. In any event theyve not been able to facilitate a service need we have always been referred to another shop that could complete the job correctly.

Dishonest.Claimed they had to sell me new TPMS sensors. This is false, TPMS sensors can often be re-used.They also lost the key to my locking lug nuts. But they did make amends for the lost key.

I returned here to service my pick up, because of the great service. Not this time. Took an hour and 40 minutes to change the oil and rotate tires; called when they finished, but added that theyd found a bulb out - instead of calling me as soon as they found it; after much discussion regarding the front differential, he said they checked it but didnt know how much they added and didnt ask his technician - thats the only way I have of knowing where Im at with that and of knowing if they even checked it at all. Pretty disappointed. I live 500 miles away and like to entrust my vehicle to someone who cares about the specific issues related to MY truck. Also since I was spending $160 or more anyway, an extra ding of $15 for a license plate light bulb seemed a little excessive. The Firestone shop in Rio Rancho, NM was really good, just like the Tucson shop USED to be. I hope they still are, but the Tucson shop is slipping. Now I have to hunt around for a new place to service my truck when I come to Tucson. Bums me out.

I would go anywhere else but here as I had them check my jeep and it took them 3 times to find out what was wrong with it. I found out what was wrong with it before they did. 1st they said it was alignment, then they said it was my tires, finally I had enough and said you guys had 3 chances to find out what was wrong with it. There the one that should know more about cars then me and I found out before them. I wasted my time and money there I should have went somewhere else, but it my fault for going there in the 1st place, But anyone thinking of going there dont waste your time and money like I did. The guys at FireStone have always been quick and honest when working on my vehicles. I purchased the lifetime alignment on my car and have been in several times to take advantage of this service and everytime I receive good and fast service. I have always felt respected and been treated fairly when dealing with the guys that work there. I highly recommend them for brake inspections (honest experiences always), Alignment work (full detailed report), and Tire repairs, install, rotations, and purchases (all personal experiences).

This review is for tires I bought 1 Aug 2015. I had a tire that wasn’t holding air so I stopped by a firestone here in Ohio to have a look to see if there was a leak, nope 2 of my 4 tires were dry rotting. 2 of the 4 tires I bought were made in 2012 not 2015 that were installed. The store also put in the system that they were 2015 tires. Tires lasted 30000 miles nowhere close to the 65k warranty. Shady business practices.

Anytime I go to this location, I either get terrible customer service or they mess up my car. Last time it was my boyfriends timing belt. They tell you its 5 hours to wait and then figure it out in one hour. The location on Ina is better.

Went in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires, they couldnt patch it so they were going to put a new tire on. The cheaper one was out of stock so they gave me the much more expensive one for the same price. Great service!

Got me right in, a head of schedule, and got the job done in about 25 minutes. Only requested a oil change and tire rotate, but did a full system /fluid check and said everything ok. Good price too.
