Great service. My car’s AC relay stopped working and it put a lot of strain on my engine which caused me to break down. I got my car towed to Jack Furriers and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price within a day. I appreciate it so much!

Though I thought I heard another customer being advised that it is walk-in with no appointments while I had personally made an online appointment for 10 a.m.it did not affect my experience or expectations. I cringe at having to take my vehicle in to be services or purchase because of the mansplaining or the pressures of up-selling. It was a simple oil change, nice and easy. Be careful to whom you speak to here theres one guy who change how much labor would be 3 times just on the phone and then changed the part but didnt do an alignment after he changed the part had to go back and pay for that Im pretty sure because I brought my own part because it was cheaper then the one they had there the price was way more then it should of been thanks but no thanks

We got a flat tire in the middle of a cross-country road trip, and took it to get patched at the closest spot - which just happened to be the best! They were professional, extremely efficient, and their kindness made what couldve been a stressful situation easy, smooth, and even fun. Me and my extended family has used jack furriers as our go to mechanic for over 15 years and we had our first problem with a mechanics error and jack furrier took care of it immediately. They are reliable and timely at a fair price! I use the one at oracle and magee.

My tire went into a metal box lowered down into a parking lot, which someone had uncovered. It slammed when it went in and tire started to lose air. Brought it into Jack Furrier and they checked the tire, the tire rim, and refilled all the tires at no charge- there was no actual damage. This was at night fall and I had no idea where I could go to get the tire fixed. They said if the tire had been damaged, they would have given me a loaner, put it on the car and then sorted out all the repairs the next day. I was very grateful to have such courteous and polite service. Thanks Mike!

I keep having to bring my truck back, because they dont fix the problem you asked them to fix, I tried this location because it was closer to my house, but I had to wait a few days before they could even get to me. Then they tried to charge me again for something I had paid for at the oro Valley location. Ultimately they didnt charge me, and I didnt pay the $700 they wanted to fix the faulty sensor. I will just drive around with the red light on. This was after I took it to the oro valley location, they sold me 700$ shocks and I didnt even make it home before the light came on again.

I brought a loose tire in to have a slow leak repaired. There was sidewalk damage so they couldn’t fix it, but I like the way I was treated and will be back soon to have my car tuned up there.

The Ac in my truck was blowing hot. I made an appointment and took it in at 7:30 AM this morning. They fixed the issue for a very reasonable rate. The staff was wonderful and I was back on the road by 10 AM with nice cool AC. I highly recommend.

The service and management at the store were very helpful in figuring out which tires and wheels would fit the vehicle. Our Jeep is lifted and we had to figure out what tire and wheel would work best and come in on our budget. I have been overdue for an oil change for several weeks as I never seem to have time to stop and or wait to get it done and do not trust many people with my car. I do however trust Jack Furrier Tire & Auto Care. Driving up 1st Ave. with a little time on my hands spotted a Jack Furrier Tire & Auto Care. I quickly pulled in and was promptly greeted by Jason. I explained I need an oil change and was going to wait. No problem, he had my car in a bay within 5 minutes and I was out shortly after. Quick, and respectful of my time, and because I originally purchased my tires at Jack Furrier Tire & Auto I also received a free tire rotation where they found a nail in one tires and also repaired that for me at no charge. I highly recommend using Jack Furrier Tire & Auto Care.

The customer service here was amazing! I went to patch a tire and get new rims and tires onto my car. The staff were all very nice and kept a very light atmosphere and at the same time caring about the service they provided. All I can ask is for honesty and these guys have it! My car blew a tire and they were nearby. Although they didnt have the tire in stock until next day they offered me a ride home in their shuttle. Happened to be in their area while running errands and stopped to see if they could do a trip check of my car and rotate my tires. Everyone was so wonderful and friendly, and I was only there about 40 minutes. And to top it all off, they didnt charge me! I came in for an oil change and new tires. It was relatively late in the day and Jason the manager there, got me in and took care of my car within a few minutes. He knew what my car needed and prepared me for my next visit. The guys at this location really care about their work, which makes me feel safe. It was very easy to get into this place!!! Both by appointment and location!! They did a great job with keeping me up to date with what was going on and how much it would be. So there wasnt ANY surprises and my vehicle was completed in a timely fashion. If you are in need of any and all repairs I would call them!!

Avoid this place at all costs!Had to stop my car off to get an issue checked out on my rear tire. They said they couldn’t get to it tonight and to leave it with them overnight and they would look at it in the morning.They did not do any inspection whatsoever! I am a short person and my seat was not touched whatsoever. No one just magically puts your seat back to exactly how it was originally.On top of that, I have a severe misalignment issue that they didn’t even mention which would have definitely been noticed had they actually moved my car into their bay and actually looked at my car.When we went in to pick up my car, they said that part of the tire arm was severely bent and twisted. It was a part we had just replaced. They said part of it would need to be replaced and the part itself cost $60. We found the exact same part up the street at Autozone for $6. They said it would take 4 HOURS of labor and cost us $400 dollars just to replace the part they said was broken. It took us 15 minutes. And we are untrained and just had to rent a tool for a day from Autozone.If you are a woman or are older, they will lie through their teeth to get any amount of money out of you as they can. Go literally anywhere else. These people are crooked and will run you dry wherever they can.

Allen and Conner are always so helpful, whether on the phone or in person. My Nissan Pathfinder was in their shop on Saturday 9/29/12 needing to be fixed. They also checked why the Service Engine Soon light was on- fixed it plus a few more details and did such a great job in getting my vehicle back to me that same day. (Husband needs his vehicle to work, I need mine) Two days later the light came back on and I called and talked to Conner, he said bring it in and well check it out. Today 10/02/12 I brought it back in and Allen had it checked out, had it fixed and had it back to me within a few hours. No problems since! The men that work there are all very nice and ready to help and answer questions. Ive taken both our vehicles elsewhere and have not given the service we have got at Jack Furriers. Its nice to walk in and they know my name.(Although they keep it pretty cold in the lobby they always have coffee waiting)Great job to the guys that work at Jack Furriers on N. 1st Ave.

I did 4-wheel alignment at Jack Furrier (3002 N 1st Ave., Tucson, AZ) for my 1999 Toyota Camry on Oct 18, 2013, which is covered by 1-year warranty. In Jan. (I don’t remember exactly date because they did not give me any invoice), I did another 4-wheel alignment (under warranty) again due to a curb crash. Finally, I was told that nothing was wrong with alignment, rather they did balancing and rotation (nobody talked with me before the service).One month later, I realized that my two “Good Year” tires front tires were replaced by two used “Star Fire” tires (manufactured in 2011). I’m sure I had four “Good Year” tires after my first visit to the Jack Furrier shop. From then on, I only visit the Jack Furrier shop. I did not visit any other tire store or garage. I went to the shop to ask Jack Furrier guys if they replaced my “Good Year” tires with “Star Fire” ones. At first, the representative said, “ It does matter as long as the size is the same”. However, after I indicated him that the “Star Fire” tires (low profile, cheaper tires manufactured by a China company) are terrible with a lot wear and many many tiny cracks at tire shoulders, they did not admit they replaced my tire at all. Rather, they asked for proof to prove that I had 4 “Good Year” tires before their service. I have never heard that I need produce proof to prove I have how many and what kind of tires before any tire service. They did not show me any related shop policy. Jack Furrier service guys did not ask me for this kind of proof before they did the alignment, either.After I negotiated with them, they refused to take any responsibility. Without any proof to show that I had 4 “Good Year” tires before, they would rather assume that I replaced my tires then blackmailed them. I have never felt more humiliated than this.I decided to go to this shop because Google users gave it very high review scores. I assumed they are responsible and professional. I was totally disappointed by their service, and shocked deeply by their service attitude. I will not go to Jack Furrier any longer (even though I still have 7 more month warranty). Another reason is that, I don’t want to show them my vehicle title every time to prove that I have a car. Otherwise, no responsibility if my car is missing.What a shame!!! They dont deserve any star.

Wonderful service! Came in on a whim when it was the closet tire and auto repair place nearby when I discovered my tire had a large nail stuck in it. They gave great advise and didnt charge since the problem was minor enough.Ill be going back again in the future!

Before I found Jack furriers on 1st Ave I would always have a tough time trusting car repair places, not these guys! They are beyond professional, kind, courteous and are 100% truthful with you at all times. They wont try to upsell you, they fix the problem in a timely manner, and always communicate effectively. They consistently over deliver against my expectations, usually coming in below the estimate, and always doing a great job. On one occasion, I had a vacuum leak which was not resolved, but they immediately attended to the issue at no additional charge. The team is consistently cheerful and willing to help. I have had oil changes done at JFs First Avenue location over the years and always found them to be pleasant, fair and reasonably priced. This past Thanksgiving Friday Jason fit me in at the end of the day because of a mysterious engine leak. It turned out to be coolant, and all I needed was the tightening of a radiator hose clamp. They topped off my coolant and sent me on my way with no charge, telling me to come back if the leak returns. So far so good! Its refreshing to be able to trust an auto shop!

In MY OPINION, this company is run by crooked shady people, and allow their “store managers” (NO NAME)do drugs with customers on property(as witnessed). The level of serve cant be matched anywhere. Out of town and a nail I our brand-new tires. We pulled in, they got us fixed and back on the road in 20 minutes or less.

Had a punctured tire that I had swapped with a spare. They patched my tire, swapped it, and put the spare back in the trunk all for FREE! Definitely would recommend, they are awesome!

I brought my truck in on Thurs, 10/12 for an oil change around 1:30. I was told it would be about 2 hours, and I was given a ride home. At 4:30 I called and they said there had been an unexpected delay and they were behind, but it would be done in 20 minutes or so. I explained I had company coming in an hour, so please call when they were on the way to get me as I had to put food in the oven. At 4:50 they called, then showed up at my house with the truck! Ive been bringing my cars to this shop for over twelve years and would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone. The manager, Allen, really knows his car stuff, and Id say customer service is a big priority of his. Alberto, the mechanic who usually works on my car, is awesomely talented and goes above and beyond to get the job done. I guess most important to me is the piece of mind I have knowing I can trust Allen not to sell me services or repairs I dont need and that my car is dependable and safe to drive-that was such a huge deal when my daughter started driving.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Jack Furrier on N. 1st Ave. I went in this morning to get three new tires since one of my tires had gone flat. During the course of my service Allen Lavaty approached me and let me know that the flat tire (one I was planning to get replaced) still had a good tread and the front two could wait to be replaced until fall. I was surprised and ecstatic to find that this company is run on the value of Honesty which is not something you find everyday. Allens honesty is one reason I will be returning to this Jack Furrier come fall to replace my two other tires. In between his customers Jason took the time to keep us updated on our service and help entertain my two and a half year old. Ive used Jack Furriers a number of times at their Oracle and Magee location and love them! Recently Rick Furrier helped me get some great tires for my car (5th time I have got tires from them) and each and every time the team up on Oracle have done a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!
