Great service, we thought our battery was dead and needed a new/used one. Sales clerk asked to charge it first, we left it overnight and it was just low. Took it home and the car turned on. Very friendly staff and they took the time to help us out.

When I shop here its an enjoyable experience. Having to buy a vehicle battery can be expensive. At least here I you get a good battery at a good price with a very good warranty and very good customer service. Its been numerous years since Ive bought a car battery any where else. Exactly what you need at a great price. I was originally looking for a more expensive battery for my RV, but they showed how a less expensive model was actually better for the application. Instead of making a bigger sale they made a customer for life. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I recommend them highly.

My experience at this particular interstate location is for lack of better words, utter chaos. I can’t even begin understand how this place is even real based on what I’ve witnessed, LOL. It is a twilight zone atmosphere and some of the employees seem to have just walked in blindfolded for their first day of work and appear to have no idea what is happening or where they are. I’ve somehow managed to leave with a good batteries used from here and I’m satisfied with my purchases so there’s that. Interstate has never let me down.

Very poor customer service. Not too sure if my arrival for a battery replacement was at a poor time. However the large salesman has a small attitude problem. My problem was also solved I will purchase my battery services elsewhere. Great service and so helpful. Much more affordable than other auto parts store especially when the expense was totally unexpected. My GMC Sierra battery was going to be $300 at AutoZone and that was the cheap one. Trading in my old core at Interstate was around 60 for a used battery and it works great.

Interstate came through with a good price to Quality Batteries. I was able to save big bucks. That was something I got a charge out of. It was not a revolting experience.... teehee. John and Ken were so incredible! I came with my parents for some new batteries for their RV and couldn’t have felt more assisted. Bought a motorcycle battery online, went to autozone to have it charged but the clerk recommended I go to Interstate Battery on Grant. Early the next day I called in and promptly Joe answered the phone. After Joes courteous invitation for me to come in I easily found the place. My experience dealing with the staff at their west side location exceeded my expectations. Fernando was so kind and professional that I could not ask for more. Even though I had bought a defective new Interstate battery online they replaced it at no charge. They went out of their way to help me and for that I am very grateful. That is how new customers are made and that is how I will remember them next time I need their expertise. Got a battery from here and it was dead when I put it in. I had a charger so it was cool, but still a little disappointed that they sold me a dead battery. Only reason its not one star is because Im not 100% sure it wasnt my car that was the issue. Only about 80% sure.

Today i called them asking the price of a battery. talked with a lady she kindly gave the price and hours of operation. about 30 mins later I headed in to pick up the batteries i had called about, the man behind the counter was extremely rude with the questions i asked about a clamp that was advertised on the shelf. when i asked about the battery i had just called about the man told me we dont sell those, i told him i just called and talk to some one about it. he told me you didnt talk to any one here, as he goes and tells the other staff behind the counter to stop telling people we sell them. he continuous to argue with me telling me i didnt. i wouldnt recommend any to waste you gas or time dealing with rude people who wont even help you. there are 90 other places that will help you intown that are not even half the cost, better quality and want the good hard earned money your going to pay

Never answer the phone no message (store hours location ect...) 22 min befor I got a are you being helped after making eye contact with every sales rep. I went to fletchers auto down the road at silverbell they where happy to sell me a $200 battery

Very pricey batterys. Wouldnt price match from other company that would ship from California same battery to me for free. There batterys are made in mexico and not U.S.

I put Interstate batteries in all of my equipment. They are more expensive but I also dont have to change batterys every year. Just got new batteries for my tractor, which had been in it for over 11 years.
