Leslie st Martin of the customer loyalty center was very helpful and patient (it took almost two months to find the car we liked). I got a decent price for my trade-in, and a fair deal on the new car. Al in all a positive experience.
Not great. Went in for a diagnosis and was assured everything was fixed, drove home and the check engine light came on 10 minutes into the drive... Ill call again and update my review depending on how the situation is handled.
Finally, a long awaited service due to Covid. What can you say? Repairs and maintenance done efficiently.

Better Ford service and dealers in town! We usually go to Holmes Tuttle, but since we moved to the East side we decided to come to this location since it was closer. BIG mistake... they called us to see if we could come earlier (which we could not) but the number they left for us to call them back was an incorrect number, we tried calling the main line and whenever they transferred us it just rang and rang without anyone picking up the phone (left a message without a call back) my husband and I tried calling 5 times, out of courtesy to let them know we couldn’t come earlier. When I arrived for our scheduled appointment, the service was terrible, I sat in my car for 10 minutes (making me “late”) for my appointment, even though several people walked by without acknowledging me... then when somebody came the first thing the gentlemen said to me was about how they tried to call us to reschedule. I tried to explain that we tried to call him back but the number he left was incorrect (even called AND showed him the number he left us to confirm)... then he complained that they closed at 5 so we were cutting it close with our appointment. Why would they schedule it in the first place then!Then when reviewing the information they wanted to charge me for a new battery... without looking up the information that it had been purchased through Ford and still had a warranty on it (i had to get the paperwork to show them)!It was an awful experience, from the time we scheduled the appointment to finishing. I will be making the 30-45 minutes drive to go to the other locations instead of this one!
Got charged an expensive fee for diagnostic but Im sure my car needed its update done
Maintenance for life, oil changes and tire rotation in an hour.
3hrs for oil change. What a joke.
