If you really want to get into a nicer vehicle. I highly recommend Unique Imports. I just bought my third vehicle from them. Out of all the places Ive ever been these guys are truly the best. They do not take advantage of you and put you in something just to make a sale. These guys really care about their customers thats what makes them unique.. I read some of the negative reviews. Its always up to the buyer to do their research on the vehicle they are purchasing. You can always take a test drive. Again I highly recommend Unique Imports! I will be coming back for my fourth vehicle.

I shopped for cars on Car Guru for project and daily driver. Unique Imports had a used BMW 335i coupe that looked good. I drove the car and made a list of repairs it needed. We negotiated what would be done and settled on the price. I didnt ask for everything to be fixed because I wanted to keep the price low and I enjoy doing most of it myself. Im pleased with way it turned out.

Bought a Prius from this location with in 3 days of purchase “hybrid battery warning light” came on. Took back to dealership and ask them to look at the vehicle. I left the car with them for three days. They called me and stated they took it to the “Toyota dealership” and the the code was only for a battery coolant issue. When I got the car back the warning light was off and car was running fine. Drove for maybe a month and hybrid warning light came back on again. Took to Toyota and needs a new battery $3500. Should have asked for paperwork that they actually took it to a dealership. So overall not a great experience, if your gonna give this place a chance I would ask to take any car to your mechanic before purchase.

Bought a van from this place everything seemed fine, six months later here I am replacing the entire rack and pinion steering because apparently it was already going out and on the fritz and they probably knew about it either that or are so incompetent that they didnt know about it. But nothing like this major repair has to take place over just 6 months of driving. Not only that but they have lousy service seemingly like their dirty people, they dont treat their workers with respect especially their mechanics, and I seen that firsthand. lie after lie about registering the vehicle with DMV finally DMV tells me that the car Lot screwed up the VIN number thats the reason I had to wait 3 months on my tags. yeah I dont recommend these people to anybody actually recommend to them you need to shut your s*** down.

I thought I really found a great place that brought me out of the darkness. At first, they worked with me, I gave them my word that I would bring the rest of the money at such and such date. They gave me their only to not honor their word. I have had nothing but issues with getting my plates. I had to get a second temp tag and as of today, I need a third or drive on expired tags risking getting a ticket because my plates never showed up. Yes, I called the DMV and they say they have no records of my vehicle in their system that I would need to go through the car dealership... Right. Go with some other dealership. Dont go through this I have too.

Place is great, awesome staff.I applied online and got a call within 5 minutes to confirm that I applied. 30min later Mike called saying I was approved. I set up a time the next day to go look at the car and test drive it. I told Mike I wanted it and left for the bank to get the money, when I came back all paperwork was done and ready for me to sign.There were no hidden fees of any kind, I have since driven the car to Sedona, Jerome, Phoenix, benson without a single problem.Thank you Mike and Kandy you guys were great!I will definitely buy a car from them again. Even though he was fairly new to the dealership, Al was very helpful, patient, cooperative and personable throughout the entire purchasing process.I was shopping around for a while for a new car after having been in an accident that totaled my car. The listings for Unique Imports caught my eye for a couple reasons. First, I couldn’t find much, if anything wrong with the vehicles in stock. All of them were clean on the outside and clean on the inside with at most very minimal damage (dents, dings, etc. I mean they’re used cars. Not new.) Aside from the visual quality of their stock, they had a wide variety of vehicles to choose from; something for everyone. Lastly, their prices are some of the best I’ve seen for the cars they have. Just ask them to show you the pricing comparison and you can see for yourself.There weren’t any crazy surprises after purchasing my vehicle (fees or otherwise), and they even are taking care of a crack I noticed in the windshield at no further cost.Great guys, great cars, give them a visit and I’m sure you’ll be able to walk away with something to your liking!

Friendly staff. Gabriel went above and beyond in our car purchase. Neat selection of vehicles priced right, and they dont do their own lending - they work with local credit unions instead. They helped secure a good rate through a local credit union. I was worried I would get gouged with a high interest rate but cant beat a credit union. Happy with purchase and the process.

We looked at several lots over several days and nothing compared to the value we received at Unique Imports. The whole experience was great. I would like to personally thank Jack. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of everything from the car, to local driving laws, and even insurance laws for the state that I was unaware of. I am very pleased and recommend to at least visit the lot and take a look if you are looking for a car.

After working with Mike for months looking for the just perfect truck for me he came through. Nothing was coming up in the local Tucson Auction. He even went to the Phoenix auction a couple times. Finally found a great truck at the Las Vegas auction. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and with a lot of patience on both sides it finally paid off. Mile was always very professional the way he handled the business portion of all transactions. You can also tell he has good taste in the vehicles he gets for his lot and only picks up the solid vehicles. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone. If ever I need another used vehicle he will be my first stop.

If it’s too good to be true, then it is! I was looking for a four door vehicle to accommodate a few extra passengers. I found a very beautiful Mercedes for about $5,500. I obviously knew that it would come with a hick up or two maybe a little cosmetic work, but never expected what I got when I actually went down and looked at the vehicle. The salesman obviously was very pushy because I have passed by that lot many times and most of the same vehicles have been there for multiple months and I see very little business happening at this location. I found the vehicle to be in relatively decent condition on the outside, but absolutely dirty all around. The gentleman retrieved the keys to it, and said that I could go and look at the vehicle with my mother. Obviously the first thing that I noticed when entering the vehicle is that I laid my arm on the center consul and the top of the center consul fell off, and yes you read that right it fell off into the passenger seat. Again I did realize there would be an issue or two when I bought the vehicle, but the next situation that arose turned me off completely from this lot. Being that I walked out without even considering buying that vehicle, or any other vehicle from that lot, and I would never attempt to buy from that lot ever again, that must say something. Having that said the next situation is, I started the vehicle just to hear how it ran, and immediately was notified(on the information board that is right behind the steering wheel with all the other gauges) that multiple safety features were malfunctioning and that the vehicle needed to be seen by a mechanic immediately told me that safety was none of their concern. Of course I walked in to the office to return the key to the gentleman and he immediately started pushing the vehicle down my throat, not only was I dissatisfied with the vehicle I’m also dissatisfied with the fact that they’re cramming malfunctioning vehicles down peoples the roads like I’m going to pay for $5500 for this vehicle it is shallow probably upwards of $2000 to fix all the safety features which by law have to leave the lot functioning.

We ended up not purchasing the car the interested us, but Luis and the other sales crew were helpful and communicative. Nice selection of unique cars.

DO NOT BUY THE 2001 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER. If you open the oil lid you will see its full to the top with sludge. The finance manager Luis was quite rude. I wanted to in house finance the rest I didnt have 995. He wanted to charge me an additional 2500 dollars for that vehicle with 2000 down. They were asking 2995. When I went in to look at it and saw that I told him I wasnt interested he got upset with me telling me he was taking a chance on me and shouldnt have even helped me. Blah blah. I left. I dont have time for that drama i had my autistic kid there with me. He didnt need to see a grown man acting like that.

Do not buy from here! They fraud you into buying rigged vehicles and then after your very short warranty is up they want you to pay for the repairs that they broke! Its a scam to get you to keep paying them to repair your car at low rates. They fix one thing and break another and so on. Every car already has an issue so they have an excuse to work on your car for free while you are still in warranty and break something. Mine needed drive cycle and they took a few days to work on it. I caught them driving it with a spare on it and other tires were not even same size trying to break suspension on it. This was the jaguar! Major expensive repair if suspension goes out.They switched my original size tires and speeding in it...making crazy turns. Luckily I still had a few days left in my warranty! Got my refund and ran while I still could!!!!!!!! I warned you! Save the headache with this place and go to an honest place!

Nice sales person very helpful. Battery on car was dead had mechanic replace battery in 10 minutes. Very fast and helpful and no pressure from saleman let me spend almost an hour going over the car from top to bottom and didnt bother me once. Price for car below NADA and has clean carfax. Definitely considering buying the car I looked at ( had a few little cosmetic blemishes).Just have a few more cars to go look at.

I went to Unique Imports looking for a good car. I found a 2007 BMW 328i. We test drive and started the paper work. Two weeks later they finally decided to put my paperwork through to a lender. When they called me at 11:30am on a Tuesday and told me that I could pick up the car. I told them that I would be there at 4:30. When I arrived the car was not clean, paper work took then more than an hour to complete. I finally drove out of the lot at 6pm. I drove about 1 mile and the oil light came on. I tried to call them and of course no one was there. So I pulled into a circle K, checked the oil only to find that it had NONE. No power steering fluid, break fluid was also very low. So I filled all and drove home. Now we find our that the struts and shocks all need replacing. Mike the owner told me when I called about it said that I only had a 5 day or 500 mile warranty. What good is that I asked. He told me that is the brakes. So far I have put almost $3000 dollars I. A car that was not road worthy in the beginning. Any one tha goes to Unique Imports is going to get taken over the coals for real. Stay away from them, they are liars and cheats and give car dealers a very bad name. I also have ADot coming to look at this car and with any luck they will be shut down for ever.

Im not sure where all the complaints are coming from. After my wife read the reviews we almost didnt test drive the car we found on AutoTrader. But Im glad we did, because as it turned out, we found a Dodge Grand Caravan for about $2,000 less at Unique than what we were finding at large dealerships in Tucson AND Phoenix. I will admit that this is definitely a NO FRILLS experience, so if you want/need a lot of hand holding and dont mind paying more, you should consider the big showrooms. But Jack kept his word and Guy was helpful and we would definitely shop there again.

Weve been told all our lives not to trust a used car salesman, but boy was I blown away at the experience I had. Luiz helped me from the first phone call I made to make an appointment, all the way until I signed the papers on my car. I had a Prepurchase inspection completed by an outside mechanic and the car was in top shape. Unique Imports let me keep the car a large portion of the day to compete this with no hassle whatsoever. I never felt pressured, Luiz went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted. I am 100% satisfied and this will be my first stop next time Im in the market for another vehicle!

This was the worst buying experience I have ever had! We purchased a car. It was filthy and needed a belt replacement and a new battery. The repairs were written into the contract, but after 4 trips across town, the only thing we could do was get the belt replaced. They took the car all day, and the engine sounds worse than ever. It now has to go to a real mechanic and cost more money through someone else because they can not be trusted to do the work honestly and completely. The whole situation was shady!

I tried to buy a 2004 Xtera there the steering locks up and they expected me to pay to fix it, a safety item. Cant believe the city alows them to do business there they should be closed down. Salesman Sam lies thru his teeth, he wouldnt know the truth if it hit him in the face!

Had a great experience. I bought my 2012 nissan 370z here. Luis was very helpful and they worked very hard to work with me and make sure I was happy with my financing and with the car. Only issue the car had was the windows wouldnt roll down but it was fixed very quickly. Only other issues were minor cosmetic details.Youll see some negative reviews on here, but i honestly just had an awesome buying experience. I went to the lot to look at a couple of vehicles. Along with a cramped parking lot with next to nowhere to park, I walked around for about 10 minutes looking for someone to help me. After going into the empty office and looking for a salesman around the lot,I peeked into the windows of the vehicles I was interested in and waited. There were about a half dozen people I encountered and have no idea if any of them were salesmen/employees. Needless to say, I got back into my car and left. Probably for the best after seeing all these reviews.

Worst experience ever.Took a test drive in a truck last week from there. Got a mile down the road and it was not running right. I pull off the main road and park. I called Luis and told him I didnt feel comfortable driving it back that he and his guys need to come and pick up his truck and drive myself and my two kids back. I told him there was something really wrong with it and didnt want to cause anymore damage. He insisted it would be fine and just drive it back. So i agree. I hang up and go to out my seat belt on...my seat belt isnt even attached to the truck!!! I press on. 1/2 mile up speedway the truck seized up and turned off. I try to turn it back on, que the smoke coming from under the hood. I know it wasnt on fire but it seemed like it would catch any moment. So i got my kids unbuckled from the back seat and a couple of amazing strangers help me get out of the middle of speedway with an infant and toddler. I called Luis and told him to come get his truck its in the middle of speedway. He sends his mechanic and the mechanic drives me back to my car and tells Luis I am there. I wait by my car for 5 minutes and HE NEVER CAME OUT! No apology no conversation at all.Lots of lessons learned here. At least the truck didnt blow up after i signed papers.

Absolutely awful.This place deserves no stars.When I called about the condition of the car I asked if there were any expected issues. They stated that the radio was not hooked up but cited no other potential concerns. When we arrived, the car was running with all the doors open in the middle of the drive way, which was odd. It was filthy from the rain and had no gas in it. About 2 minutes into the drive to the mechanic for inspection we knew there was a serious issue. After waiting an hour and spending nearly 100 dollars for the inspection, we were kindly informed of the atrocious condition of the car. Not only did these so-called dealers not even bother to change the oil (are you kidding me?) but there were several very costly and DANGEROUS issues. The steering mechanism was leaking and the rear shocks and struts were completely blown. To top it all off, the mechanic indicated that the dealer must have wiped the computer clean within the last day because some engine systems were not readable due to a lack of engine cycles. These systems could have shown serious and incredibly costly engine problems (cat converter and evap) but could not be assessed due to this dealers shady practice of wiping the computer. This vehicle was a safety hazard and no reputable dealer would have allowed it off the lot with potential buyers in this condition. The mechanic seemed shocked at the state of the vehicle and was surprised they did not bother to wash the car or change the oil, especially given the fact that I had called hours prior to my arrival announcing my intention of test driving and inspecting this car. Upon return to the dealer, I informed him of the incredible issues with the car. He admitted that, after purchase of the car, the keys were lost and no one had inspected i more than taking it to emissions. This indicated to me that his wiping of the computer was deliberate with the intent of hiding possible engine issues before sale. Incredibly dishonest and embarrassing business practices.You should be ashamed of yourself, Unique Imports, for advertising good prices for such awful products like you are giving people a deal.Buyers, believe all the bad reviews about this place. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt and try them anyway. If you happen to ignore this advice, please please please pay for a professional inspection. It will be the best money you ever spend. Go to a certified dealer!!!

Bought a used 2005 Honda Odyssey touring in May for $6,300, and within a week the vehicle would periodically fail to shift into reverse. I took it back for repair, and after three weeks, they returned the vehicle to me claiming to have fixed the problem by replacing a clogged filter. I know nothing about cars, so I thought nothing of it. Within another month, my check engine light came on, and I discovered that the real reason the car was having trouble shifting is because the Transmission Control Module needs replacement. The staff here present a solid, customer-friendly facade, but in reality they simply only care about the money. The owner wont even present his true name. Avoid at ALL costs.9/14/18 UPDATE: Just had the first oil change, and discovered that on top of the TCM, the brake pads are on their final legs, as well as the tires, which are specialty PAX system tires, meaning that they cannot just bee replaced. I need to buy not just the tires, but the rims as well.

They are shady people selling cars with major issues, they sold one jeep with three bent inner axels two bent rims, missing parts, and broken water pump,then refused to honor the warranty, and recalled air bags which they failed to disclose when the dealership did the inspection of the vehicle and printed out the work order they called said the dealership was trying to RIP them off so we took it to another jeep certified dealership and got the same report without telling them about the other dealerships inspection, and still unique refused to fix it and rewired wires through the passengers door jam,the owner Jay was very rude and abusive, thinking that would derail our efforts to get the vehicle road worthy,my advice is stay away from this dealership,

I had a great experience with Mike at Unique Imports! Bought a 2007 Acura TL. He was very helpful,professional and personable throughout the whole process. The Acuras a/c was not working when I took it for a test drive but they went above and beyond to make sure it got fixed before I paid. They let me drive a couple very nice loaner cars while the Acura was getting fixed and that was a HUGE help. Its upsetting to see all these negative reviews on unique. I believe people need to be more thorough in checking things in and on the car before they make a purchase instead of blaming it on the dealer. Thanks again Mike for all your help!

This place is a joke. All I have to say is trust these other negative reviews because theyre true.. Also, the lot is so small and cluttered literally every car has scratch marks on the sides because they park the cars so close together that when you open the door it hits the car next to it. I would advise people to not go here.

BOUGHT A 2006 MERCEDES ML 350 I HAD A GREAT EXPERIANCE WITH THE SALESMAN. I WAS SHOPPING AROUND FOR A CAR FOR AROUND 10 DAYS BUT I COULDNT FIND A BETTER DEAL. LOOK ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR YOURSELF THEY HAVE THE BETTER PRICES IN TOWN.

Dont buy from them. The name should be Uniques Junk Yard because they sell nothing but junk. They sold me a mini van with over $4,500 worth of major repairs then when I told them about it because it was within my supposed 15 day warranty they refused to fix it then tried to sell me an extended warranty. I told them why would I buy an extended warranty when youre not even honoring the basic warranty. Jack, Luis and the owner Mike are all liars and thieves. Dont buy from them at all. I wish I would have read the comments before I made the mistake of buying from them.

Bought a c55 from Louis 3months ago 0 problems whatsoever. Methinks the bad reviews are because ppl expect too much. You get what you pay for. reliability doesnt come for free!!

Unique Imports are a rip off. They buy vehicle from auction houses and dont throughly inspect the vehicles they buy. I bought a 2004 Ford F-350 and after three weeks of having the vehicle the vehicle started to steam out of the exhaust and wasnt running right. Contacted the dealer and they stated that I would have to pay to have the vehicle inspected by them to see what was wrong. Took my vehicle to my friend who is a CERTIFIED Ford Diesel mechanic and he noted that someone had put stop leak into the radiator, and oil. Well when that happened it clogged the oil cooler and blew both head gaskets. Almost 3500 dollars later the vehicle is fixed. My mechanic also noted the vehicle was in an accident and the mechanics at the dealership did a thorough inspection of the vehicle. Right! The dealership did even change the oil in the truck. They stated if the oil is bad they change it. What ever you do NEVER buy from the people. You have better luck taking your own mechanic to the auction house to buy a vehicle.

These people are quite the joke. I could not even get a hold of them, submitted paperwork, called several times and never got calls back. Each time they said they would return a call and never did. Said they would look at forms submitted, never did. Completely rude on each phone call I made....how do they even sell any vehicles by treating their potential customers like this?? After reading the other reviews I am thinking I probably dodged a bullet considering their entire business would probably continue to reflect this initial contact. Also, wanted them to confirm they would shred my info and not run any credit checks and was pretty much hung up on. What a waste of my time. These guys should be outta business, hope they are soon!

Best place to buy a car!

Was not impressed by my experience. The car I ended up getting had these ugly ghetto rims on it. Thru had the same yr and model car with factory rims which he quoted me 200$ to switch, already ripping me off . Then they take the whole tires off the other car, replacing my brand new tires with eight year old rotten tires with standard rims instead of taking the rims off the rotten tires and putting them on the new tires. One tire blew a month later and Discount tire told me how rotted and dangerous all four were. Not sure what I paid $200 for. I should have kept the ghetto rims and sold them and buy factory rims bc it cost another grand for four new tires The check engine light came on three days after we closed and they took floor mats out of my car, presumably for the other same yr and model they had for sale.I would not recommend spending your money here. Mike does not care about the customer.

I want to want anybody who is thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this place to think twice or look for a car elsewhere. On June 30th I purchased a 2001 Lexus GS300 from these guys, I paid cash by the way, and received the biggest runaround with my purchase. I drove to Tucson from Surprise which is a three hour trip one way, to test drive and purchase a car. When I arrived I was assisted by a guy named Jack Perrin, I was shocked that when I asked to see the car Jack just handed me the keys and said just go drive it and play with it and we will talk when you get back, so I did. As soon as I got in the vehicle I noticed the rear view mirror was dangling by the wires that are in the mirror and the check engine light was on, I should have known better and took the car back and ran the other way with these guys, but I didnt. I brought up my concerns about the vehicle with Jack and he stated that all the issues would be fixed before I could take possesion of the vehicle, With that being said I figured ok what the heck, lets do this deal. I handed Jack a check for $6,200.00 and he stated that he would have the mirror fixed and any issues with the vehicle or engine would be fixed and the vehicle would be delivered to me at Metro Auto Auction by the latest Wednesday, July 2nd. I agreed with the stipulations and stated that it was very important that I had the vehicle by Wednesday due to the fact that I was going out of town for the 4th of july and I needed the car. Jack said not a problem and promised me the car would be delivered by the latest the 2nd. Well to make a long story short, the vehicle was never delivered, I had to drive back to Tucson to pick up the car and when I got there I asked the so called Manager of the lot for a service write up on the car so I could know what all was fixed and he stated that there was no write up on the car but it was fixed. When I got into the vehicle I did not see the check engine light on so I took him at his word and drove the car back to Phoenix. As soon as I pulled in to my drive way the check engine light came back on, Come to find out these guys did nothing to try to fix the issues with the car, all they did was disconnect the battery to reset the computer, to turn off the check engine light. I have been trying to contact these guys for almost a week and nobody will answer my calls. I found out that the car has several engine issues, a vacuum leak, possibly a toasted cylinder and somebody took the power door locks out of my doors to use in another vehicle. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of these shady thieves!!!

Extremely disrespectful, when I asked the salesman to simply tell me about a vehicle, Jack the salesman looked me dead in the eye and said you certainly cant afford that Car my friend. Very disrespectful and unprofessional, wouldnt recommend to anyone.
