I was in and out in 30 minutes with the carpet I wanted. If you need carpet just go here skip Lowes and home Depot.

We had a great experience with Apollo flooring! After thinking about getting rid of the carpet in our house for about a month, we went into Apollo Flooring on a whim while on that side of town to see the options. Inside, a salesman was incredibly helpful, told us about the different types of laminate, what would work best with dogs and cats, and gave us his business card if we decided to go with their company.Maybe 2 weeks later we gave them a call asking for him specifically, but he was off, so the office manager left him a note to call us back. He did within a day, and scheduled a home visit and estimate that was convienent for us. We selected the color, agreed on the price, and cut some costs by agreeing to remove the carpet, wall trim, and the furniture ourselves. He was also honest enough to make sure we did not buy laminate to replace the tile entrance and hallway, saying the tile would be more durable and last longer anyway.When the installation team came they were quick and very respectful of our cats and dogs. The process took less than 4 hours (which is great since we were quoted a maximum of 8 hours) and the team made sure everything was cleaned up when they left.Now, almost a year later, I can say it was definitely worth using Apollo. The laminate still looks great, it’s incredibly easy to clean, and their professional service and honest sales has left a lasting impression in our minds.

I had the best experience working with Michael in choosing and installing carpeting in our guest bedroom. He was able to order and install in less then two weeks time. Joel who did the install is a professional as well. Great pricing and wonderfully soft carpeting with fantastic customer service!!! Would definitely use them again.

Called to get a quote for an install on a Saturday. Shared some general information on the job and they indicated someone would be in touch with me on Monday to schedule a visit to get a full quote. They never called and never showed.

I debated writing this review but I must share. I came to Apollo Flooring looking to make a appointment to have the carpet replaced in my rental properties. I patiently waited for assistance in no rush at all, two people were assisting another customer and I waited quietly. After a few up and down looks from the older gentleman working he blurted out can we help you? I am not sure if it was my casual clothing, age or race but from the first word out of his mouth and tone I could tell I was not welcome. I stated that I was looking to get a quote on carpet replacement. He then said there’s lots of carpets, and you have to pay for padding and tax are you ok with that? Confused I replied yes that’s ok. He then blurted out “Well do you even know what you actually want?” Now tone and mannerisms play a large roll in this interaction but I couldn’t help but see the faces of his coworker and customer being helped and it was a look of embarrassment and shock. I then wished him a good day and left.

I had new flooring installed the day before I flew to CA. I was concerned but the installers, George and Mark, made it easy. The first thing George did was make sure everything he needed had been delivered - a true professional. They did a great job and I love my new floor. I would highly recommend this company.

The store is huge with a lot of options, they just didnt have what I was looking for.The person working on the day I went smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, which made it difficult for me to breath around him. I had to walk away several times to breath in clean air.

Our salesman, Scott was very knowledgeable and helped us find a luxury vinyl floor that looks like the hardwood floor we had to replace. The installation team was professional and neat. They moved the furniture with utmost care. We would definitely use Apollo again.

Looking for tile to replace cracked tiles and couldnt get help for awhile but when I got help the salesman stated there was no chance to match the tiles and he never asked what it looked like or asked for an example.

Wide selection of flooring, reasonably priced, good customer service. Before we knew what flooring we were going to buy for the bedrooms we ripped out the old carpet. I wish I would have waited because as it turns out, Apollo will move your furniture, remove old carpet, haul it away, and install the new carpet. All of this was included in the price of the carpet, but we had already jumped the gun. Also, I was charged an extra $30 for new tack strip because we had removed the old stuff. Lesson learned.

I selected Apollo to replace the carpeting in my residence. The staff was friendly and knowledscheduleand they worked around my schedule. It is now a year later, and I am still very happy with the quality of carpet and installation. The price, I thought, was very reasonable. The only thing I wish were different was that I would have had a larger color sample with which to gauge my decision. Once the carpet was installed, it looks darker than what I intended. Its okay, but wish I would have had a larger remnant that I could have lived with for a few days before I made a final decision.

Apollo made a few errors and time delay. BUT they completed the job and corrected everything!!!!! Great Job!

A couple of weeks ago we had to replace the carpeting in our hallway, leading to our main bath and all four bedrooms .We wanted to match what was installed when the house was flipped and we purchased it. But we soon found out that would be impossible because it was purchased at Home Depot, and it was discontinued !! We went to Apollo flooring center and were amazed at the help and assistance we received from the salesman, named Stuart King. He spent much time with Princess grandma Nancy and I, trying to help us find the right choice. Well Princess grandma finally made a choice and our tile was ordered. when it came into the store, Stuart called us and scheduled an installation date. The crew showed up on the day and the time scheduled, and acessed the job, and began. The father, David Flores showed with his son Jessie and a helper named Mike. Once he got them started he left them on their own to do the job. And what a wonderful job they did, Their work ethic, their attention to detail and their skill made the job turn out beautifully !!!!! Princess grandma and I couldnt be happier with the wonderful job they did!! Everytime we walk out of our bedroom to go down the hallway, we just smile at each other and still cant believe how nice it turned out ! I would highly recommend Apollo flooring, Stuart King and the installation crew that did such a wonderful job for us!! We had both new carpet installed as well as tile replacement. Our experiences in both cases was fantastic:Furnature removed, old carpet removed, new pad and carpet installed, furnature placed in original positions, all in under two hours.Our tile experience was same, excellent workmanship and timely

One of the best installation / Communications Ive ever had about flooring

We purchased carpeting for three rooms. Michael from the store came to measure the rooms.As soon as the installer arrived he said there was not enough carpeting. He called the store and spoke to Michael. The installer told us it may work but doubted it. The issue was including the additional carpet for the door openings. The carpet ended up being short. They would need to order more.This was done but were told they would have to replace the den carpeting and use the den carpeting to piece in the missing carpeting in tthe master bedroom. This was to insure the color matched due to dye lots.It took at least a week to get the carpet and another several days to get in the installers schedule. The installer thought he was fixing the bedroom and was not told of the den issue. This forced another push out in the schedule and meant disrupting two rooms again and all the incomveniences associated with the work.A call to Michael solved nothing. A follow up call to the manager resulted in no response.We cannot in good conscience recommend this store to anyone. QWe have neighbors inquire and we have told them of the events. To bad, the carpeting is very nice.The installers did a great job, were easy to work with, cleaned up well, and they showed their concern and caring. In our minds the issue rests with the store.
