Very nice employee. They didnt have exactly what I needed, but rather than try to sell me something else, I was given the name of a competitor to find exactly what I am looking for. First stop for me were Lowe’s but heck no they make me wait one month for my carpet and when the date came the installation team said me schedule for February 2021 and I went there in October (2020) 😐 so i have to look for carpet stores again and find this store it has what I wanted, I got my carpet after 2 weeks, don’t wait for months for get a new carpet

Great experience at The Carpet Store & More! I went to several flooring stores to shop for our luxury vinyl planks. I found a product here (Engage Genesis 2000 LVP in Acacia Koa) that was beautiful, high quality, and didn’t break the bank. I found this product at two stores but The Carpet Store & More was competitive with their prices and beat the other store (a significant amount!!). Dan was attentive, friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. Great customer service, beautiful product and best price I found! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

My mom told me to shop here and she couldnt have been more right. I went in thinking I wanted wood, but I ended up with a floor that I could mop whenever I want without ruining it. I save about $1000, and got a better product.

I moved into a new house a few years ago. The white carpet that had been in one of the bedrooms was completely destroyed because the previous tenant owned several cats. So after I completely re-done the walls, I needed to replace the disgusting carpet. I priced several big box stores, and a few small mom and pop stores here in town. I was blown away by the customer service I received from the moment I walked into the store. I finally decided to use them when I informed them that I had found a cheaper price elsewhere. However, he informed me that they would match their price estimate. After I agreed to it, the installer came out on the agreed to date and time, and he did a wonderful job. Im so glad that I went with the Carpet Store. If I ever decide to put carpet out in the living/family room, then I will be using them again.

Will never buy your carpet again terrible service. Installer Patrick insulted co worker the entire job and the owners son needs to work on people skills. Proceed with caution 😞

Unfortunately, we didnt get to work with these people because the carpet we picked was discontinued. In the process of picking it out, then getting refunded, we were pleased with the friendliness and customer service at this family-owned business and wouldnt hesitate trying them again in the future.

They may not have had what I was looking for, but they gave me stellar recommendations that worked perfectly!

I scheduled an estimate, and the estimimator never called and never came. When I called to ask what was going on they were closed. No chance even with the lowest bid and the best quality craftsman would they ever get a dollar from me. Horrible first (last)impression. You get one shot with me and you blew it, Ill be sure to tell others about my experience or lack of one with the company
