Not coming back here despite how close it is, all because I was proactively told (to prevent me asking) that the defective $5 charging adapter I got from them would not be exchanged due to... a rule this guy made up right in front of me, or maybe hes used it so many times because this product truly is reliably defective. I cant call it.3 trips to get 1 battery that works, what a workout!The aesthetic in there is amazing and you can tell the owners care a lot, maybe they just dont do the hiring?Consider actively deputizing your best to prevent your worst from secretly bleeding clientele if you dont have the time or resources to effectively manage everyone from on high.

Had to find a different vape battery because the cartridge I bought was too fat for my palm ccell, and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They even tested the battery in shop for me before I paid. Also bought a decent sized grinder there not too long ago that was only $18.00. Very convenient considering they’re the only shop in nearby, staff is helpful, and they have what you need at a decent price.

Ive visited Crescent every time I was in Tucson including the 15th of this month and up till then Ive always come away satisfied. If you wish to be lectured on how and why to wear a mask by an adolescent mask wearing employee this is your place. Sorry Crescent, that was the last time I patronize your store, theres too much competition out there to come back and be assaulted by ignorant zealots wanting to impose their ill-informed beliefs on me.

Got into the pipe and pipe tobacco hobby and after 5 stores being let down I finaly found my spot I wont go anywhere else super knowledgeable about tobacco and pipes probably over 80 flavors and hundreds of pipes and Deffinetly a gentlemans store with things like streight razors fancy shaving things plus they have sugars fancy lighters accessories and glass work for the other kind of smoker.if you go there youll go back 👌

Pretty cool place and guys

Use to go there all the time, but no more. Cut a cigar and then noticed it was very hard. Ask the kid behind the counter if they were all like this and he said it didn’t matter. I cut it, I owned it. Could have cared less about me and what I wanted or thought.

Staff is great any questions Anthony is my go to on products. I just wish they gave tewatds or discounts.

Came here after a bad experience at another local tobacco shop. After admitting to being a newbie to pipe smoking the gentleman who was working shared a lot of good information and some personal anecdotes. He made me feel very much at ease and ultimately confident in my purchases. I went back before a week long camping trip and had a slightly less than impressive visit. The two young men working were more invested in their conversation than offering the help I needed. I did end up leaving after purchasing a cheap knock around pipe for the wilderness but I cant help but feel that if there was a larger purchase at hand the interaction would have been much more dedicated.

Had lots of selections. Prices are very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about what they carry. The way it should be when you go to a specialty store

Excellent store, friendly with nice selections. If you are looking for cheap tobacco, this is the place! I got something called 3 Sails at about $3 per oz after tax. They call it pipe tobacco but its thin cut and smokes better than Top, but a tad harsher. Great deal! There is another one by the Ronstadt but I havent visited it just yet.

The employees will jerk you around to sound educated on subjects that they have no knowledge about. If you dont know about CBD then say so, dont try to make up facts on the spot. I also asked when they would have Citrus Zyn in stock again, I was told one week. I came back and was told another week, so I came back after a week and again was told the exact same thing.

All of their staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They willingly held copies of several magazines for me. Today I tried to get Wired magazine and they didnt have the issue I wanted. He suggested I go on line or Bookmans for back issues and even took the time to give me a web address.I feel they go out of their way for superb customer service and highly recommend them.

Not impressed. Selection didnt include what I went in for and no suggestions for something comparable. Only allowing 1 customer in humidor at a time and only 5 minutes at that. Left without purchasing anything.

Hands down the best tobacco shop in Tucson, their in house blends of pipe tobacco are amazing, as well as the great selection of cigars and accessories, and the icing on the cake is you can smoke in the shop, read the paper or a magazine, go to Crescent spend money and support this awesome local shop.

I bought a vaporizer for over $150 here. I got it home charged it 4 hours, and tried to use it. I found out the battery would only last around 20 minutes. I called them right away. They said they I could go back and they said there was no refunds and no exchanges. Avoid this place. Avoid the brand Tyga.

Now they have a great selection of CBD products. The best part is the CBD products are available for anyone over the age of 18, no green card needed! Always have great service, and Id highly recommend checking them out.

This place is extremely expensive, not to mention that a month ago we bought what we were told the best long lasting e-cig that didnt last more than 3 weeks, and when we went back to them, they BSed us about this being a design flaw in the product. Just tell me it stopped working, dont try to talk design with me.

Been going here for years, the staff is nice and helpful. Prices are a little steep but the tobacco is better than any other place in town.
