They moved south side Broadway @Santa rita. Go around building Ex: in one way and out the other way . Backdoor has patio outside kitchenette/bar wetbar. gondola with shade and native plotted plants. Wanted to sit down and smoke needing cocktails and mini music. About 25 people could use the space for private parties. Well groomed instore plenty of room for all merchandise. A wet bar inside also . Seems to be up to date and pretty

My husband and I are moving to Seattle from Tucson and picked up our reserved 6’x12’ trailer here this morning, got it home, and realized it was too big. Working with the regional UHaul office, Eric helped us swap out the trailer for a smaller 5’x8’ option. The whole time he was helpful & friendly, not even batting an eye when we needed help maneuvering our van, or adjusting the trailer.

So theres not much that you cant absolutely love about a smoke shop like this. When youre on the hunt for a good smoke shop its definitely not every place you come across that actually know what theyre talking about or are going to have a competitive price. If youre on the hunt for the right tool at that time look no further. Like any smoke shop obviously theres a few items that theyre going to make more money on but this is one of the better places Ive come across in Tucson for price and quality. Malik is very knowledgeable and always ready to help. Never had a bad experience and will definitely recommend to others

Great place and great variety of anything you might need. People are helpful and nice. Place is rather small, but everything you can possibly need is there. Only thing is the outside of the building is rather dark at night, so maybe put an extra lights to ensure that everyone feels safe when it is late.

I bought about 200$ worth of items. They overcharged me for my puff with about a 50% markup. charged me about 15 for my puff bar and threw me some bs that “they dont sell counterfeits like other shops” implying that big corporate stores sold counterfeit puff bars. The 50 dollar item in my 200$ purchase was defective and wasted a lot of the merchandise that I purchased. I called them wanting a refund on just the 50$ item and they said they dont care and they dont do returns even if they sell me broken stuff and had the guy hang up on me. I called my bank to forcefully take my funds back and have alerted the appropriate government agencies regarding their illegal business practices. I recommend never setting foot in this “business”

Tiny little place had everything I needed I really like the monsters energy drink in here, always ice cold. Lets not forget the tobacco, very many selections to chose from, and accessories many many accessories real neat.

The young gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable in the products. That I will give him a B+. Now when it comes to the products working completely and for a longer period of time like months and years; and the product only working for approximately two to three hours, I will have to give an F----. I will never buy from there again and I wouldnt suggest anyone else going, but it is all up to the individual. The e-liquid leaks down into the machine and the charger doesnt work anymore and I really dislike it when one cannot get a full refund or get what one wants that works. I will tell all of my friends and everyone else not to go to this place and let BBB know about them.

The guy I spoke to on the phone prior to coming in was nice. When I got there, this guy that Im pretty sure is the owner took over and was very unwelcoming. VERY. No eye contact and a whatever type tone. I put my hand out to get my change and he sat it on the counter. I will never return and do not recommend. I should have read some of the reviews before going.

This smoke shop hands down best customer service ever. Wide variety of things to choose from for your smoking needs from lighters, to wraps, pipes. The man running the shop was very kind to us. Thank you so much

Very convertible place to shop. Small with a really good selection of products. Tho owner is very pleasant to talk to. I like to stop on my way to work to see whats new.

I found the selection to be above average, Yet the older man that that was working was rude as hell to my girlfriend and I.We had just moved into the neighborhood, and this was our first time visiting the shop. There was a gold medium sized box with a price tag on it, and it was on one of the bottom shelves. My girlfriend looked inside the box, and the older gentlemen barked at her to not open it and put it back as it was his personal belonging. He was so rude that my girlfriend went outside. The younger worker was very nice and extremely helpful. When I went outside my girlfriend said shed never go there again after being treated with such disrespect. I will never go there again now either. That is unfortunate considering I can walk there in 2 min. I feel that race was a factor is his treatment of us.

I was actually surprised by this place, Ive drove by plenty of times but finally stopped in the other day. The shop was empty and the staff was both friendly and helpful. Prices seemed fair too. I came in knowing exactly what I needed and they didnt try to pressure me into buying something more expensive I didnt want. (Ahem, Head West) I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!

Never inexpensive, ever cheap. They rarely have available what Ive gone in to acquire and, inevitably, will angle for some kind of upsell. Their houra are mostly consistent, though they have been inexplicably closed at times.They are convenient and rent U-Hauls now.

Owner doesnt have customer service. Over charges on China made glass. Berates and belittles his employees in front of customers. Do not give them your money when you can better qaulity for cheaper ELSEWHERE. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Youve been to one youve seen them all right... Wrong... The service was excellent here... They didnt have the exact ciggs i wanted but i got what they had and decided to ask some questions about other products ..the guy working answered all my questions and he even gave me a lighter for free when i went back asking for matches! Awesome bonus of the day!

Very small, and not the biggest selection, but theyll probably have what you need. Prices are a bit high, but not bad. Customer service is lacking.

When i first went in there the clerk was very accommodating but when i came back to return an item the person, who was probably the owner, was rude and unpleasant. I will never return to this store.

Absolute garbage experience. These people sold me a broken product and refused to exchange it or help me fix it in any way. Do not shop here.

Sometimes I can get non dry game leafs but at least theyll take it back and replace with another fresh pack.

They do not stand behind their products. Bought an e cig battery and i came back not 15 min later to tell them it wasnt working. They told me they would not switch it out. Will never buy anything there again!
