So I casually told the girl helping me Im going to take a picture of the flavors so I can get some for my friend.Another girl yells from the other side of the counter: you cant take picturesNot courteous no explanation which is fine but Obviously no customer service skills. I put my phone down and i started I writing the flavors down for my friend because Im still trying to buy more and get them more business nonetheless. Then the man working there Nowhere near has to once again repeat no pictures. My phone was completely down. I think they just get an ego trip or who knows. . I was genuinely excited to find the place with the flavors I liked And buy a bunch. But I can pay five dollars more at another Smoke Shop and be treated respectfully or at least normally. The only girl that was nice was the one that didnt really know much. But at least she knew her coworkers were rude and apologized. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Would be nice if they actually had set prices on things but instead its like a game of which sales associate can charge the most.One girl sold me a banger for $15 and then a week later I went in for another one and the guy priced them at $20.Same thing happens when I go in for butane, never the same price.

I went in 2 xs to get a down stem for my water pipe... the first time my mistake it didnt fit..$15 lost.. I brought my broken down stem back for the correct size.. they didnt refund me for the first one.. which I was fine with because I trusted the second one would work. They threw away my broken one and charged me another $28 dollars for the additional downstem and bowl. I got home and that didnt fit! So 45 dollars wasted and they wouldnt refund our exchange for correct downstem! Im never going back again. They are perfectly clean and notdidnt get dirty at all it was literally within minutes! Im so disappointed in the customer service!

Young Guy behind the counter seemed genuinely interested in being helpful and answer my questions. The Owner was rude and Nasty, I dont know any other way to say it. There was a wooden box on the counter, I went to lift the lid and look inside as I collect boxes. He screamed at me not to touch and I stated that I was interested and was told again at the top of his lungs not to touch it. This is the 3rd time I was in the shop the first time a blonde young lady was helpful and pleasant. The last 2 times I was treated rudely and was yelled at the last. I wont be returning, its a shame I probably would have purchased the box.

Sammy always has amazing customer service and makes sure his regulars are taken care of. I know Im in there taking up a lot of his time, but hes always really patient and helpful. This is my main spot nowadays, and his selection is always growing, he even carries some of the limited edition Puffco Peaks (Medusa, Mandarin Sunset, etc) which is cool since they are sold out on a ton of websites right now. Definitely worth your time to at least come check out the glass, his selection has a lot of heady pieces and a lot of budget pipes/etc for those who need something simple. :D

Staff was nice and helpful

I purchased a $150 mag p3 Vap and it leaked the first day I bought it, he put it together. Came back a few days later he said it was the coil! (After one week) he uses my extra coil and sent me on my way. Now mind you he put it together to begin with. He refuse to exchange the vap or help me figure out what was wrong. He had told me when he convinced my to buy the vape I could come back with questions! He said I could come back and he would teach me to use it. When I returned it the second time two weeks after I bought it. he refuse to help me threw me out of the store. Used racial slurs. He is a crook! Please do not go to his store. He has another shop I am sure it’s the same customer service! He doesn’t stand by his products! Go to RED StarVapor they have 5 locations...

The guy who runs the shop kicked me out for asking questions about a piece that I was interested in and he was charging 4x the price online. Dude is a rip-off and majority of his pieces come from wish anyways. Lost my service, as well with another 3 in my short 4 minute visit. Don’t come here, he just wants to price gouge.

Rude and pushy to get you to buy fast and get out the door ASAP, the owner changed prices on me all the time on the same vape juice that I was buying once and week for over a year, also he gave me a VIP card that good for 15% off anything and he honored it until one day he as me to hand him the card and he threw out of my reach and said I could no longer use it on the vape juice and only on glass items which I never buy not once. Two days later a friend of mine used their card and got the 15% her vape juice purchase.! STAY AWAKE AND ITS EXPENSIVE TOO

I really liked this smoke shop and went often. I was always helped by a male employee (possibly the owner) who was always really nice and helpful. However, a female employee was working during my last (and final) visit. She charged me double for the product I bought ($32). I didn’t realize it at the time because my transaction was ran as credit, I was told the price ($16 something), my signature was not needed (or I wasn’t handed a receipt to sign) and when I was asked if I needed a receipt I said no because I try to reduce my paper waste and it was a product I have used for years and was not going to return it. It’s too bad because like I said I really liked this shop but there’s a ton of others like it that haven’t ripped me off. If you go I’d say your safe if it’s a make employee but if it’s a female employee make sure you get a recipt.
