I love this site. It’s almost addicting! Every day there are new auctions practically. The bidding is easy and the free transfer from Phoenix to Tucson, and vise versa, is a really cool feature. I have had a lot of fun, and gotten some good quality items for cents on the dollar! Can’t beat it!

Lots of good deals. A little of everything, for everyone. Easy to get in and out. They bring out big items on a dolly, and allow you to use it to make the process easier. Definitely a convenience when shopping for big items. Accessable parking right out front.

Buyer (winner) beware! After several items won through their auctions, I come to the the conclusion that employees do not care about anything. The first flag should have been the poor quality of the auctioned item photos and the poor description of the items. Almost like written by a 2nd grader.Then when you actually win an item, I have experienced the items not being found, different from whats shown, or damaged. I am not bidding anymore. Maybe Goodwill or the HabiStore are better options.

They always have interesting, useful items. Neat warehouse location to visit for pickups. Their estate sales auctions are fun. The folks working there are nice and helpful. Recommend checking them out.

Auction Tucson sources amazing items seldom seen any other way. Ive successfully bid on some rare vintage electronics not even listed on Ebay. The staff is friendly, helpful, and do a superb job of organizing and posting bid lots online. The online experience is easy to navigate and to use effectively in the bidding process.

Have bought from here for years. Enjoy it and even get some good deals.However you must be careful and remember most things are used and you are buying as is. I have got things broke or missing parts. I am always amazed that some people will bid more than you can buy the same item new and with warranty for less at Walmart.

If youre thinking about sending your stuff to auction youre better off having a garage sale than using them. I was assured that antiques would be displayed and described and I have valuable things signed by the artist and labeled that had no compelling description. No one told me that it would be $20 an hour for them to pick up my stuff for employee otherwise I would have dropped it off myself I wasnt informed until they actually came to pick the stuff up and handed me a form to sign. I wish I could get all of my stuff back, to meet the majority of it and then list a few of the valuable antiques and make probably twice as much.

Auction Tucson is a very special place. They have a world of goods always at great deals. The people there are very kind and deserve all the success their business brings.

Dont expect things with moving parts or anything electronic to be 100% intact or functional. This is the place all your broken returned items end up... which would be fine but, unlike eBay or other similar auctions, these guys will not tell you whats wrong with an item and instead just tell you its tested and guaranteed and then put the burden on you to actually test it and then bring it back within 24hrs in order to get a refund if its not working. They like to use pretty stock photos combined with carefully taken photos of the actual item so as to avoid revealing broken or missing parts (which, again, they will not divulge). Largely been a waste of my time and money so far. Cmon guys, just say whats wrong with an item and then customers will bid accordingly--its a poor business practice to just hope they wont return an item thats broken so you can make your money.

I recently heard about Auction Tucson and thought I would check it out. They always have a wide variety of item up for auction. I bought a couple of things and am very happy with them. Now Im addicted to their site!!

Auction Tucson is a fun way to get some interesting items here and there. That being said I have lost a few things I was charged for due to not being able to pick them up. Sometimes the ladies at the front desk of the Tucson pick up location have been indifferent but the resident dogs make up for it.

Bid for items more than one and both times I ended up with garbage! Not some but ALL items broken and not working. I gave them a second chance hoping it would be different and Nope same thing. Dont waste your money or time, especially with the 15% added, these people are a rip off.

Auction Tucson sold our fathers estate via online auction. We were able see how much everything sold for. Overall great experiance and payment for items sold was right ontime. Best way to sell, hands down!

Got off work early to make sure I made it in time before they closed. Drove 30 mins across town to this place to pick up one item. Waited for what seemed like forever with people showing up after me and receiving their stuff before me. After about 30 mins or so they tell me they can’t find my item. I don’t understand why they would post something online to sell if they don’t even have it ready for pickup on the pickup day. Was asked if I wanted a refund or for them to keep looking. I told them to keep looking but I feel like it’s a lost cause. They seemed to not care whatsoever that they couldn’t find my item and acted almost as though this happens all the time. Didn’t even get an apology. Total waste of time. If they actually look for it and find it and give me a call I will update this review. But for now I’m very displeased.

Auctions have good pictures and are easy to participate in. Customer service is great.

I have a great experience having business twice with them. The first occasion I bought one scooter that unfortunately did not work, but I returned it the same day, seamless and without a problem.Then I have bought a coffee maker that works very well and its almost new in box. Courteous service. Will be buying new items as they appear on the website.

I had an auction at my house 3 months ago and I still havent been paid! I have recently been buying a lot of things from them and the girls in the office have been helpful on every issue except this one. They told me that it was mailed out, THAT was 3 weeks ago. They said that the mail has been slow because of covid. The mail is NOT that slow. Supposedly the owner/manager has been notified. I notified the guy who sold me on this site and he supposedly passed by concerns onto the owner, STILL no results. I was told to be patient. Im there twice a week picking up items that I have purchased and mention it each time. I still get blown off. My patience has run out!

Have always had a great experience with Auction Tucson!

The pick up process takes way too long. Here now talking to a lobby full of people who all agree. It shouldn’t take this long! I usually only have lunch to come pick up since they are only business hours, and you can’t call ahead for pick up. Never have had a pick up faster than 20-30 mins.Update: 10/16 again picked up another broken item. Luckily I checked it before I left. If they would simply give an accurate description people would bid accordingly. For example If a ceiling fan has a broken glass cover say that. Then bidders wouldn’t bid things up to almost retail and then they return the items. If I bid and it’s not retail price I don’t mind going out to buy a new glass cover, but you should be up front to begin with.

I called Auction Tucson after my sister died. They picked up everything we didn’t want including about $15,000 of furniture. They paid me for her antiques but STOLE all the furniture. The owner wouldn’t talk to me! He works or owns Auction Phoenix. I believe they have a ring of Thieves that includes Auction Phoenix! They will sell one thing, then put a $1.00 on many things. MIKE CUMMINGS is not only a THIEF, but his drivers are too! DON’T trust them!

ZERO !! Thats what I want to.give this place. So far all the items we picked up are either broken or missing parts even though it said in the discription.. new/ appears new in box.ABSOLUTE JUNK!! NEVER AGAIN. I drove from New Mexico to pick up a load of junk. ThanksEdited review 8/20/20 Just received response from Auction Tucson claiming this is fake review. Absolutely incorrect. They can say whatever they want to deny their garbage they are selling. Quit lying to buyers. I spent over $400 and 80% was unusable. Buyer beware is all I can say.

This group is interesting, but great! Tons of weird stuff to look at in store, and they will take just about anything of value to auction off. They have been my go to for stuff that I cant sell as they can ALWAYS get it sold, and almost always for a great price! This is by far the best auction house in Tucson.

AT has some great/unique auctions and are easy to track and bid. They automatically transfer items to the Phoenix warehouse when the winner is located in Phoenix area. Staff is very nice to work with.

Stay away from them.They have auctions with very pretty pictures, but what you buy is filthy junk. And they say they accept refunds, but they do not.There are several more auction places in Tucson, go find another and dont deal with this nasty place.EDIT: if you want to know about their business practices, read their responses to negative reviews. They outright lied in response to mine.Its a nasty scammy place, stay away!

They have been great most of the time. I get good deals on the items I purchase and have mostly received good customer service. Only one time did I have a so so experience. But they have been good on correcting any issues and making better policies.

Great place they always find a way to work with you when it comes to pick ups. Their super chill, it does take them about 10 min sometimes to go get your stuff from the back. But the deals you get are amazing

I have bid in their auctions for many years. Ive always enjoyed their cheery and happy attitudes. Rarely...very rarely they may misplace an item, but they quickly refund your money. This year I also had them help me liquidate some of my own items and they did a great job. I really like these folks. Now it is an auction house - so caveat emptor!

I have bid on hundreds of items which I have lost count. The items I do win on are most of the time exactly what is described and in the pictures. I did have some that were defective or missing parts that wasnt disclosed. Never had a problem returning it for a refund. Most items have a 24 hour return policy. If you see something you like to bid on and not sure with what you are seeing just drop by and ask to take a look at it. Customer service has been great for me.

I had a 10x20 shead I was paying almost 200.00 a month for full of things I was going to save for my retirement. After years of paying storage fees I realised I was not going to use all of my stuff.I was worried what I could do with all of it. I found Auction Tucson. They sent three guys and a truck to haul it away in two loads for auction. I made a good some good money and it was easy. I didnt have to do much of anything except open the storage shed and, collect a check for my stuff. It was a great deal for me.

First, to give credit where it is deserved, the website is very intuitive, and easy to use.Unfortunately, now for the rest. Ill be the first to admit that while the website does state, under the pallet auction, that all pallet auctions are sold As Is, with the usual, there are no guarantees as to functionality nor any determinations as to what the merchandise is good for, and that the auction house recommends an inspection prior to bidding.I have purchased many pallets in my time. Some good, some not so good. But, I have never seen anything like the garbage that I received from the three pallets that I purchased last week.I will admit, that I did not go look at the pallets. I have had good luck with them in the past from other auction houses. They generally seem to be represented well in pictures. However, It seems to me that this auction house went out of its way to be deceptive in its photos. For example, the photos showed a high end ceiling fan, which ended up containing a broken home depot fan. Other photos showed the top of a remote control boat, but did not show the underside being ruined. They showed the top part of a portable ac. They did not show the rest of it that looked like its parachute opened at the last possible second. There were two other portable AC units. One started smoking when I plugged it in. The other just beeped. As-Is. Fair enough. I should have looked first. Would I have been able to test them? I dont know. We literally got a total of 3 usable items off of 3 pallets. One of them being a blanket.As-Is. Fair enough. They said they cannot make any claim as to the functionality of the merchandise. Not true. Many of the items were marked with whatever defect was the cause of their return (doesnt heat up, shocks, doesnt blow steam, etc.) including the auction houses own customer return slip stating the reason for return (on what can only be assumed as a previous single item auction). So to make the claim that the items could not be tested is blatantly untrue and dishonesty at its very core. As a result, most of the items on the pallet are throw away appliances/electronics or, more plainly put, trash.As-is. Fair enough. I should have looked before bidding. My fault. What I cannot get over, though, is that the pallets were left outside. They contained a good bit of electronics and appliances. And they were left outside, wrapped in shrink wrap. And it rained on them. Everything got wet. Any usable boxes were wrecked. Was this the cause of some of the electrical issues? Smoking AC? I dont know. That is above my pay grade. I do know that my items were left outside to fade in the sun and to get rained on, and that when we went to pick them up, the saran wrap that was wrapping them was fogged and still wet.They treated my items like garbage, because thats what they knew they were.I treat my customers and their items with respect, and I expect places with which I do business to do the same. I see lots of good reviews about this place. Maybe single items with a 24 hour guarantee are worth buying here, but I, for one, will never find out.

This place is a scam. I was told that my valuable print sold for nearly $700. I had to call many times asking when I would receive the money for it. When I finally received the check, it was for $75. You WILL get ripped off if you go through Auction Tucson. Im certain that these positive reviews are fakes.

They came out did an auction and when people came to pick things up they said they would take care of everything. We did not need to be here. Things came up missing that were not on the auction and when we contacted them we were told they would have the property returned. NEVER HAPPENED! They came back to set up a second auction, spent 1 day here and a cement mixer came up missing. When. we returned home from town the door was wide open and they were no west to be found. If you use them DO NOT LET THEM OUT OF YOUR SITE WHEN THEY ARE THERE! Check under Brenda Clark, now say its a fake review!

Ive been buying here for a little over a year and every time I come in the experiance is great! The owner Mike is always changing the store around and has new and cool items in his showroom. The staff there is awesome they help me out by helping me load up my truck with the items I won and If there is any issues Mike and his staff get it done quickly and fast. They just had a furniture liquidation and I got a lot of brand new furniture at a really great price. you really need to give this online auction a go you get great deals and it is fun.

Horrible and will not use again, I bought an item 4 weeks ago now and it took plenty of emails calls and drives to their building to try and get an item which i paid for again 4 weeks ago. Each time I called and was given a run around about what was going on with my item i paid for they always said we will call you in 2 days to update, and big shocker with the 5 calls 2 emails and stopping by 3 times I still have no item and no refund. I do not encourage to use their auction site.Sports Memorabilia I bought just before this was fake and looks like a guy made his own COAs as well.... Bad Business

**Apparently many poeple have had issues as I recently received an email from Auction-Nation saying they no longer associate with Auction Tucson or Mark due to his unethical business practices**I recently won several items in an Auction through Auction Tucson. After we purchased our items we learned (through an employee) that the company had fraudulent bidders who artificially raised the price on items. Several items had to be relisted but when I called the owner Mark, inquiring about how several items we won were grossly inflated because we were bidding against their fake bidder he screamed that we could return the items and he would give us our money back. I explained that we wanted the items but felt this was unfair he told me that we could bid again and maybe we would win and maybe we would have to pay more.I told him I didnt appreciate his yelling at me, that this was unfair to artificially raise the price and he started telling me I didnt understand the business. Based on his aggression I am guessing this is not the first time someone has called him out. From the moment I told him what was going on he was very defensive and aggressive.We will be returning the items Monday, and not rebidding. I am not sure what the law stipulates for Auction websites but to me this should be theft.

Good deals and easy way to buy tools.

Before I drove over I asked if the air compressor pump had everything with it including tire pump kit and Enzo said yes. When I got there he made a big deal to say it was new and ripped open the box to see the accessories missing and unpackaged including the tire pump set that it was suppose to include, the whole reason I wanted it. He was very short with me and in a rush the whole time even though the store was empty. When I asked him to plug it in he got frustrated, as he did the compressor started sparking!!! He said with anger go buy it at Homedepot since I had mentioned earlier they were only $20 more new at Homedepot, as if it was my fault it fried itself and was missing half the standard attachments the manufacturer includes!!!! He made the impression he was the owner, first and last time here, giant waste of time!!!!!!
