I love lush so much! They have amazing face cleansers, masks, bath-bombs basically everything. The workers are really friendly and personable. Be sure to ask for samples and demos to make the most out of your visit! I recommend mask of magnanimity, don’t look at me, angles on bare skin, and basically every bath bomb!

The employees are the absolute best! Our daughter had her birthday celebration here and it was magical❤ The girls enjoyed face masks, bath bomb making, and shopping. This was a big purchase for us (Im on the frugal side), but worth every penny. We got back the entire cost of the party in gift cards to spend at the store. We would definitely recommend. Lush rocks and so do these sweet employees!!!!!!

Theres a guy with long shoulder length hair and blue eyes....not sure of his name, but he needs the biggest congratulations or kudos from his team! He was sooo accommodating to my friend and I yesterday.....we came in looking for the cupcake 🧁 mask thats discontinued, but he was soooo accommodating and knowledgeable about anything we asked....his smile made us feel comfortable and his associate also gave us samples to try as an incentive to seek value in another mask. I will be back because the customer service added to our day! We talked about it about it on The way out the door! 5 stars all around.1 person can make such a difference just for smiling and being kind.....its free. Find Tucson location has awful customer service. If you purchase wrong item a nightmare to EXCHANGE. This does not happen at other locations I have stopped using them for this reason. The good news is that you can exchange a product at any time, so if you want to hold onto it until you can visit a Lush store that is able to accept the exchange. Alternatively, we can also accept exchanges to our Vancouver facility with authorization, we would just need your transaction number, date of purchase, transaction total, and what items you are exchanging. Its a lush store. The people here were really helpful and super nice. What isnt to love about lush, except their prices. They do have a lot of really good scented products that feel good to use, even if they use traditional chemicals and market themselves as being homemade... I still cant avoid coming in and getting some samples of new products and buying some of my old favorites. I love R&B hair moisturizer, it smells amazing also the charity pot hand and body moisturizer is really great. Two things I always get while Im there.

I go to this Lush About once every 3 weeks. And today 9/21/2020 around 1:00pm. had a not so great of an experience. There were two people working in the shop. The man working was very nice but the girl working was very rude. Did not want to help and acted like she did not want to be there. I asked for a sample and it was like it was a chore for her.I am honestly hesitant about going back there. Because she was not friendly. I will probably just stick to ordering online.

Loved my experience at the store, very knowledgeable staff of their products and youre able to smell everything, even have testers for everything that way you can try it out before you buy it. I highly recommend Lush for anybody who likes to try something unique and different wonderful place for that friend or relative who is hard to buy for.

How can you not love LUSH! Very helpful sales associates that provide samples and a hand massage to help determine which products are best for your needs. I am loving the American Pie body cream and shower lotion.

Lush is how do you say. The graveyard for my wallet my wife loves this place. Small shop but even so all staff help with everything showing you what bath bombs do what. What lotion is what. Very good place for some natural beauty items

Started with bath bombs, now I use all their products!Great products and very helpful/friendly staff! I love that they are always willing to give samples and answer any questions. Im a fan of anything with honey in it, so I use the shampoo bars, soap, and hair styling bars.Also got some great cleansing bars and moisturizer bar. A wonderful way to be eco friendly and ditch all the plastic packaging .

I had been to a larger location in Seattle and had big expectations for this location. It is smaller and full of all of the great things you expect. Natural products, high quality, bold colors, good smells when you walk in the door. Love everything I have tried the cleansers, creams, soaps and scrubs.

Alexa was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. Made suggestions and sent home samples to try. Fabulous place to shop vegan and all natural items from lotions to shampoo or tooth cleaner. Love this place.

GO SEE THEM NOW, youre wife will thank you. My girl loves taking baths, and its the best when she can relax in the tub and just chill. Their extensive line of bath bombs, bubble bars, and other awesome care products makes my home a better smelling place, my girl a much happier person, and me better off for spoiling her just a bit more. Very helpful staff, wonderful experience. They do demonstrations if you ask. Im not used to that kind of shopping experience, so Im not sure thats the usual thing? Very cool place, very nice people. You will walk out having spent more than you intended to. :)

This is my favorite store to get hair & body products. The products are natural and a way better way to go rather than using the usual chemical made products they sale at any other store. Super friendly staff. It was my first time going to Lush and it was very overwhelming, but the staff was so kind and helped me out every step along the way for finding a gift for a best friend. Before purchasing a $50 one, I decided that it was a little above my budget and I requested for a little cheaper one and they switched it out no problem! The lady that helped me out with the gift had such an up-beat attitude and was very friendly.

Lush has amazing products. Every time I have been there the people are super helpful and kind. There are a lot of different sents and for some people this can be overwhelming. Its also kind of a small space, but whenever Ive been there it hasnt been crowded

WARNING IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO SMELLS AVOID. If you want high quality handmade products this is the place to go. The smell of the products lingers throughout. If you bring anything home expect for your home to smell like essential oils.

Great store! Staff super friendly, as always. They spun me up on any new products, and helped me pick out a new perfume (rentless, still loving it!). Also helped me decide between two fresh face masks based on my unique skin needs. Couldnt have asked for better assistance. Wish the store was bigger, but it seems a little greedy.

If you are not a female in this store you will be ignored for a lot longer than you would expect. It wasnt too busy when I entered, but I was able to walk around the entire store without anybody batting and eye at me. This is a great place to pick up a unique gift for a friend or maybe some scented bath balls for yourself.

Thanks to this place my skin is super soft. They even exchange if you werent fully satisfied and that is awesome

My wife loves this place and all their products! She drives 4 hours round trip from Bisbee, her favorites are the sleepy lotion and shampoo bar.

Went once, hooked immediately. As a guy trying to learn how to care for his hair this place is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not to mention just awesome people. Great energy.Oh yeah, and the entire place is a paradise of smells.You owe it to yourself to shop here.

Dont be fooled by the pleasant visual and supposed organic ingredients. Products require lengthy explanation of proper use. The Henna is a nightmare that turned mustard yellow not red and plugged the drain even after I watched the video, the foot soak requires a small tub, the whoosz gel disintegrates in shower and then sticks to you and sheets making a blue mess, the bottles are slippery and wont squeeze properly in water. Customer is never right and headquarters in Vancouver are the slowest most disorganized people I have ever met.

I was with the girlfriend. I know...here I go. Another place that ferociously attacks my sense of smell.But...no! Not here! The colors...oh, the colors. So pleasant. The smells were lovely; present yet pleasant. Everything looks edible. While my girlfriend was getting generously catered bro,bI was hunting for something that actually WAS edible (the gooey, taffy paste stuff was not...trust me. Hey! It had a childhood Willy Wonka flashback!! So what?!)But! I found some mouthwash tablets!! They fizz!! Taste pretty good too...I guess youre supposed to treat them like real mouthwash and spit after, but...eh. I swallowed. I was fine. Effective too...I got an extra kiss for being a good boyfriend and not sighing and moping about while she did her thing.And I WAS entertained! BB&B...meh. Boring by comparison. The small price hike is more than worth it for the overall, all parties involved satisfaction. Very pleased.

Kind, attentive sales gal helped me w finding products for my oily, acne prone skin. listened to her, and im real glad i did! i come here every time i go to AJs fine foods to pick up a mask of magnaminty and a dark angels exfoliator. attached is a picture of me using my favorite product from lush, dark angels, and not me doing black face. i leave the mask on for a bit longer so the oils seep into my skin
