Unreliable printing service! Extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating.We ordered photos to be picked up by a certain time and arrived about 10 minutes after the pickup time for a buffer. The photos hadn’t even been processed because their machine was off. We told them we had to come back later and pick them up. The woman on the phone says “sure no problem” instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they caused.The photos are horrible quality. The woman working there overheard us analyzing it and interjected, rudely saying that it was our photos, not their printer. The photos are from a professional photographer. They’re extremely high res and not smeared, grainy, nor pixelated, but the printed images they produced are very grainy, blurry, and smeared. Waste of time and money. Extremely frustrating because we needed them for an event.

Ive placed my order in at 11 am it is now 4:24pm & im still waiting for my nebulizer they can hear me weezing instead of trying to meet me half way they just keep calling other people. Get some young people at this location the woman are extremely slow.

This pharmacy is beyond SLOW. I transferred over here because its closer to my home, but quickly having regrets. You can stand in line for a good 5 or more minutes, pharmacists just glancing at you and acting like youre not there at all. Ive gotten calls saying my meds are ready, arrive, and they still need to be filled, so Ill usually be stuck here for half an hour or more (like I currently am!). Last time got stuck because lazy pharmacists didnt bother to intercom when the prescription was ready!! If you dont want to be stuck in here for 30min+, transfer your care. Ridiculous. The only good thing is it isnt run down and dirty like other locations in Tucson.EDIT: Have now been waiting for 50 minutes. Any guesses how long itll take to fill one single prescription?

Disorganized and slow! I dropped off my prescription on Saturday and they still didnt have it ready on Tuesday. I wanted for an hour for them to fill my prescription. The most annoying part is my prescription was ready and they just never called me. Even though I was standing and looking directly towards their direction. It wasnt until I approached them for a 3rd time did they finally complete my refill. I highly recommend you go to a different location.

Slowest pharmacy ever. It wasn’t always so bad. They open at 9am, but they won’t actually do anything to help anyone until 9:30 (if you’re lucky). Would not recommend.

TRANSFER YOUR RX TO ANOTHER CVS ASAP. THE WORST PHARMACY SERVICE EVER. ALSO THE MANAGER PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 26 MINUTES. THE PHARMACY NEVER EVEN ANSWERED THEIR PHONE AFTER 35 MINUTES. I WS TOLD MY RX WOULD BE READY AT 4PM. THIS IS A PSYCHE MED AND THEY SHOULD BE ON TOP OF THIS..

My daughter in law made and appointment to be seen at the clinic for ear and throat pain. When she arrived she was told she counldnt be seen because she didnt have proof of a negitive covid test. Which was NOT mentioned when she called to make the appointment. She was not even offered a covid test. Poor customer service and would NOT recommend.

This cvs is trashy and the pharmacy is extremely unhelpful. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and I just needed to ask if they did walk up testing and I was told if you try and get a walk up test youll get run over. its extremely disappointing that this cvs is so terrible when just a few blocks away is a cvs that knows how to treat customers and doesnt look like its falling apart.

There is no vaccine availability in phoenix, so I had to schedule my vaccination here. Went well the first time; got there an hour or so early to make sure there werent issues on the road, and they had no problem taking me then. Well here I am an hour early again for my second shot, got in and only had one couple in front of me, and was told the earliest I can be received was 15 min before my appointment.... Why take me the first time? What changed? ...Edit: conversed more with front desk rep who confirmed they were backlogged this week and agreed to get me in slightly earlier despite this... oh, and the doctor was very nice and knowledgeable :)

This pharmacy has gone so far downhill the past few months that it now resembles a fast food experience. An excellent pharmacist, Matt Noble, is no longer working here and I cant help but think that is part of the reason. He treated me like a patient, not a customer, which is what he was taught to in his education and what CVS apparently abhors. Everytime I went to get my prescriptions he would make sure I knew which side effects to look for and would even talk to me about alternatives I may want to mention to my physician. Now that hes gone and the pharmacy seems to be staffed by college bros, I have been turned away twice for medicaions my physician DID accurately submit but that the college bro staff member couldnt figure out how to properly access in the computer system and no attempt was made to help me in any way, rather they suggested I leave and deal with their mistake by contacting my doctor. There is one good pharmacist left here and if I cant reliable get access to her, Im never coming back here.

Apparently I arrived at this CVS right at closing time. Unfortunately, I met Susan as I walked into the store and she was rushing to the doors to lock them. Most likely Susan wasnt the store Manager, but she claimed to be tge person in charge. Susan clearly was behind in her duties and rushing to leave. She was abrupt and rude. Our family uses CVS exclusively for our prescriptions and pharmacy needs. Susan is making us rethink.our choice.

The pharmacists and pharmacy team at this CVS location are exceptional. Matt in particular is kind and attentive and goes well beyond typical customer service to make his customers feel welcomed and valued. Both Matt and Ashley and the entire pharmacy team make an effort to remember customer names and accommodate customer needs. We recently moved but continue to patronize this pharmacy because we value their exceptional care and service. Thank you to the entire pharmacy staff!

I have been to this pharmacy many times and never had a problem until I encountered Matthew Noble - the pharmacist on duty, was rude, unprofessional, impertinent, crass and behaved in what was perceived in a racist manner. He instructed his assistant, ( who BTW was very professional) to NOT provide me with a pen, refused to provide me with his name, and refused to provide me with info as to how to reach his supervisor, saying that his supervisor had more important things to do He also refused to wait on me which is why I became upset in the first place. Additionally, the licenses are NOT where the public can read the names of the pharmacist. He should not be allowed to interface with the public at large and is a poor representative of CVS pharmacies. I had a witness with me, ( UofA medical intern) who witnessed the entire event and he was appalled.

Awful experience with this pharmacy. Cancer patient who has been messed around on four separate occasions starting January 2. I think Ive been pretty patient. Each time this pharmacy has either run out of or not had in stock desperately needed medication. Started with a three day delay for needed opioids. Then a delay supplying anti-nausea meds. Now yet another a delay supplying potassium supplementation needed to counter hyperkalemia. Taking my business elsewhere before this place kills me.

Horrible service, went there to get some makeup and hair supplies, which for a woman can get expensive quick. The woman kept complaining loudly about coworkers then when another customer and I were waiting for a good five mins for her to check us out I finally got fed up told her that we had been waiting a while and walked out she stuck her foot out and almost tripped me

Worst pharmacist Ive ever met my entire life, not sure what 5 week program this Mark guy completed but he needs to learn his place.First he claims over the phone that he has ripped up my script, and to call my doctor if I have a problem. (I called his manager instead and it turns out he didnt actually rip anything up, he was just claiming to do so over the phone, not sure why)When I had my primary care call in the new scripts Mark then, took it very personally, as if I was doing something to him. I called him out on being rude and he said its up to the pharmacist, and I dont think we will be able fill any of your scripts anymore. He then slammed his little window (only to have it automatically reopen and look like a clown) 😂Horrible experience, uneducated pharmacist, failure of an attitude, wish I could give zero stars

Horrible!!!! The pharmacist/pharmacy manager, is rude and arrogant. He blamed his incompetence on my doctor and insurance company. My doctors office asked me to change pharmacies. They refuse to deal with him. At this point, so do I.

Absolutely not happy with this CVS at all - my ex was recently involved in a domestic violence injury which left her with a broken thumb - she was unable to get her meds after leaving the ER due to it being late but the next day we went to get her meds and this CVS wasn’t open until 10 am on a Monday- other CVS stores open at 7 to 8 am in the morning- we came back at almost noon and was told one prescription was ready but the other wasn’t and to come back around 2:00or 3:00 pm. Because whoever was supposed to be there at 8:00 am to get things done didn’t show up so now she is gonna take a bus back which is costing her even more money. You need to be open because people are dealing with real life issues.
