I dont shop hear anymore because the sales associates are rude and they dont help at all .I go to sephora where there nice ill spend my money there

I LOVE MAC, but the sales associates there are horrible. They cant even fake being nice or pretend they care about what you are looking for. I only go in if I absolutely need something and dont have time to order online. Im a long time user so I already know what color range I am in foundation but I am not a MUA so still have a ton of questions about stuff I dont know, the associate would even color match me just brought the bottles out like here you go figure it out cause Im not going to bother. Going to keep up with my online shopping so I dont have to go in !

Excellent customer service! The ladies are very helpful and do their best to get you what you need and even show you how to apply if needed.

Its a nice place to buy makeup.
