I headed down here on April 6, 2019 and was surprised at how knowledgeable both women were in this store! I unfortunately didn’t grab their names but I initially came in to take a look at their non-stock cookware because my current pans were only non-stock if I got the pans blazing hot. I ended up deciding on cast iron after a discussion of pros and cons of each and my new Le Creuset skillet is great! It had no problem with eggs this morning like my ceramic ones do.

This is the most amazing store with an absolute gem of an employee named Martha! I was new to the Le Creuset world and Martha went above and beyond to explain different pots and pans to me and to help me procure the beginning of my collection (and my daughters collection). She is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and has such a sweet spirit. This store has a wide variety of merchandise for a great price. The pots and pans are hands down the best money can buy. I cant say enough good things about the brand, the store, and the employees. Fabulous merchandise and service!!!

Clean. Organized. Great deals. And the one lady working the day I went was helpful and was patient enough to answer all of my questions. She even suggested ways to clean and take care of my first Le Creuset pot. Yay.

The prices were better than online and the lady that works there named Martha was very nice and helpful.

We purchased three items here about a month ago. The salt grinder never worked...tried 3 different salts and it just does not work. The tea kettle we purchased broke after about a week. The spout top sprung loose and now it does not whistle when heated. Thought we would have no problem exchanging these two high-ticket items since they have a 10-year warranty. No such luck. This store refused to exchange them without a receipt even though they are clearly Le Creuset items in new condition. Terrible customer service. Terrible quality. Dont get drawn in by the good looks of their products...buyer beware.
