Good store. Service is not consistent.

Always the place to go when your pocket is flush with cash because you can get things there that you dont find in other places. Staff has always been very helpful about getting gifts ready.

I bought a nespresso machine in November for my brother for Christmas. It was never shipped and after 4 months of customer service reassuring that we would get one of the next shipments, the item became permanently out of stock. My brother had already spent $100 in pods for the machine, but because of the supply quantity, the cost of the machine had gone up $89 from the time I originally placed the order. Had I know WS was not going to get another shipment, I would have ordered the machine for the cheaper price somewhere else around Christmas time. Customer service was very unhelpful and I had to call several times to get my refund.

Went into today looking for several items. Employees so helpful, welcoming and just plain nice! Store beautiful, neat and well kept. Very nice visit....

I was a customer at the Williams Sonoma La Encantada store in April 2020It was right after the Corona 19 lockdown was eased and we were able to go back out in public but strongly advised to wear masks and social distance. I had to make a return. The original employee that tried to help me was not wearing her mask properly and seemed very agitated. I had just read about how to properly wear a mask and offered suggestions to her about doing so. She immediately became very angry and lashed out at me for correcting her. She said she wouldnt even be working there if she didnt have to. And, I should not be correcting her at all. Because she had raised her voice I immediately stepped back to give more space between us. I was a bit in shock for having an employee raise her voice to me, a customer, in a store such as Williams Sonoma. But realized that she was probably just so scared like the rest of us that she lost control.I should have left immediately. But just then another employee noticed that there was a problem and took over the transaction. The switch was so smooth I hardly noticed that someone else had taken over. That person was AJ Soll. She might have been the manager, I was never sure.She was so professional and competent and new exactly how to deescalate a potentially dramatic situation. I marveled at her ability in dealing with the transaction and the customer at the same time. I left with a feeling that someone very capable and calm was in charge.I hope this most positive review is received by the proper corporate entities so they can know what a valuable employee they have with AJ. This place is heaven and incredibly hard not to bankrupt yourself on all the beautiful gear they have. They have all the tools youll ever need in your kitchen, necessities and extras alike. Staff is super helpful and will show you the applications of tools if you need. Be sure to drool over the knife wall when you go in, I always do.

The best kitchen gear. Whether you are a home cook or a professional chef these guys have what you need. But like all things, quality comes at a price. All-clad pans arent cheap, and the cost of Wusthof and Sun knives can leave you a bit dizzy, but you get what you pay for, and this place has it all!

Wide selection of cooking products. Nice location but parking can be an issue. Prices high so look for sale items in back of store. Online products also available. Staff usually customer service oriented and friendly. Quality isnt what it use to be.

This place is a must if youre going to a housewarming party or any kind of a party where you need to bring a gift this is the place to find one! the appliances are crazy expensive, but the food gifts are amazingly reasonable and they will be appreciated! if you are looking for a clever kitchen gadget this is also the place to find the perfect one.

My favorite store for kitchen stuff they have everything you could need and more. They have stuff to cook and bake with there pancake mix is amazing along with there olive oil. And sauces and so much more. It is a tad expensive but well worth it. It lasts forever. They have nespresso coffee machines

I just cant get over the rude salespeople in this store. I am not saying all of them are but when you run into a bad one boy, it really is bad! I was in sales for 23 years and was taught the proper way to treat customers so I know. It just floors me with the way some of them behave. Doesnt match the caliber of Williams-Sonoma. Im surprised more people dont comment on this because I know it happens often, has to me anyway. As far as the way the store looks, sometimes its really put together and other times the displays are messy, not filled in, dusty, in particular the French porcelain section, glassware and linens.

Customer service is lacking. Slow service in the store. And made us come all the way back there at another time to pick up what we bought because we wanted it wrapped and the sales person had to go to lunch. It was not a lot to wrap.

Liz and Diane are the bombski at WS la enchantata. I have really appreciated the advice and proactive approach. I loved my downtown Seattle store but I am thrilled to have such great service in Tucson !!

This is the place to find that special kitchen thing. Their staff will take time to answer all your questions.

My first time here and I felt a little out of place as a 40 year old bearded dad, I came to look at cast iron pans (I do the cooking at home ) the ladies here saw I was over welmed and answered every question I had with real knowledge not just scripted responses, I ended up ordering a staub braiser and lid .
