Called and spoke to Ellie for a last minute order and delivery for a bridal shower, and they did such a wonderful job with just a few hours notice. Stumbled into this place while checking out the university area. We ordered macaroons and cookies and its one of the best weve had. I also like the people that worked here, helpful and kind. They dont have dine-in (back, i guess). But excited to try other deserts next time!

If you chill out in Tucson near University, Whoops! Is a fun place to drop by. There are a variety of sweets for each palate, whether you have a macaroon, or a custard tart. Croissants, muffins, and imported Belgian waffles. Too many shops with sweets closed, lets not let this gem go! I would consider taking the kiddos for a brunch date or afternoon treat. PS They have a good, cold brew too. Will surely come back here!

Such a delicious toasted bagel from New York, with cream cheese and a perfect cup of coffee for breakfast. Sat out front at one of the cute tables. Really awesome staff too!

Impeccable customer service! So kind-hearted and eager to please, that you leave with your heart full! My 13 year-old daughter requested the pyramid for her birthday in place of a cake. Its so delightfully packaged and prepared that she couldnt help but feel special. Put this place on your must-visit list!!! I LOVE WOOPS!! Emily and Sophia, two of the ladies that helped me yesterday, made my experience amazing. I had a Mozzarella sandwich, with turkey added, on one of their WARM croissants . The prices are fair and worth every penny. If you go, you need to try the Red Velvet Macaroons! Their cream cheese frosting is to DIE for!! I will always look forward to my lovely lunches and sweets from there :) It is a must place to go on university, and a perfect addition to my college experience.

I was incredibly impressed by this sandwich/pastry shop. First of all the decor is adorable and inviting. The young lady, Elly, who made my sandwich was very kind and courteous. I had a croissant sandwich and it was amazing. I can’t wait come back.

I came in this beautiful bakeshop on a whim (my phone died and I needed help ordering a Lyft). The owner is a gem. I think I ordered one of everything. Of course the macaroons were to die for.. I cant remember the exact flavor but it was the most beautiful macaroon with the essence of a rose.... Hello! So fancy! Exquisite!!! I hope to visit again soon.

All I can say is Ellie is magic! I contacted her via email (i live in a completely different state) wondering about needing an order delivered to my daughter for her birthday. She has odd hours and is hard to work timing out when I try to surprise her. Ellie saved the day! She and her fabulous staff went well out of their way to help me. Including picking up flowers and having one of her lovely people make an arrangement for me to be delivered with their fantastic macaroons! Was thinking of ordering a box of nine cookies. 39 bucks, plus $26 shipping. $65…..for 9 cookies!!! I googled them and it said that there is a location in Arizona. I’m trying to have it delivered in Arizona, they said unfortunately they don’t deliver to Arizona. But I can have it shipped there for 26 bucks. Seriously crazy.

The manager and staff went out of their way to help me thank the nurses and techs who cared for me during an emergency procedure.I called the Woops in the morning, explained my desire to thank the people who took great care of me at the hospital, and they completely understood where I was coming from. They had in mind the way hospitals have to approach treats under stricter sanitation policies, and worked hard to package their beautiful macarons into little boxes tied with ribbons. They worked all day and put together the most beautiful treat boxes so I could deliver them to the people who worked hard to keep me healthy and safe.I am so impressed by Woops, not only because they make delicious and beautiful treats, but also because they are dedicated to community, joy, and gratitude. I can not recommend them enough, and I will certainly return.

The lady at the register was very friendly I’ve never been here before so she was very patient with me made recommendations and was super helpful with all my questions. This place is great. Please bring back some older flavor macaroons you had like Peanut & Grape 🍇 Jelly, Macha Tea, Chocolate, Etc etc. The flavors that are available dont fit everyones palates. The older flavors were so satisfying they hit the spot. I would give 5 stars for more varietys and selections. Instead I have to rate at a Solid 4. Used to be my favorite little bakery. The pastries are pretty good. Fresh food and baristas. The breakfast items made fresh to go are pretty good quality. Just hoping they decide to bring the best macaroon flavors back into it.

Cute and fancy bakery on university. This shop has a great variety of desserts, sandwiches and coffees.The strawberry macaron is my all time favorite though and I get one every single time I come here. Even though its expensive, I cant stop myself coming back for it.

The service was great! We went in thinking I wouldn’t be able to get anything, since I’m celiacs. As he was purchasing his chocolate croissant, I mentioned being gluten free and they said the macaroons were gluten free! Oh my goodness they were delicious!! My husband really enjoyed his chocolate filled croissant too.

My daughter and I walked in to receive immediate attention, with staff explaining the variety of treats available; all to find out cookies were being baked and ready in less than 5 minutes of our arrival. We opted for the saucer sized cookies (chocolate chip) fresh out of the oven and 2 delectable drinks. Chai Latte was amazing and served in a large mug, Iced Mocha comes in dark or white chocolate and the attentive woman suggested a mix of the 2 flavors to make a more traditional flavor, which was also amazing (recommend)! Nice and relaxed environment with casual people in and out, along with a few patrons sitting, enjoying some reading and CPU time. Really enjoyable atmosphere with tons of cheery smiles from behind the counter. Great stop for a quick treat and drink or extended stay if time affords.
