Wish I could give this place zero stars. The lady in the office that answers the phone had attitude as soon as she answered. I politely explained that I was under contract for a house and the glass patio door was having some major issues and it was a concern of mine. I wanted someone to come out and look at it and tell me if they could fix it or it needed to be replaced. She said sorry we cant but can when you close on the house. WHAT? Did she not hear what I just told her? She said the owner has to be present to begin with. I said okay so if the owner is there will you come out? She said no. I was totally confused and questioned her. She said and I quote, we are not going to waste our techs time to come out there only to use it for a bargaining tool in your transaction. WOW! And this is how you run a business and treat someone? I was referred by someone who said this company was great and helpful and wanted to give them a chance. The door does not work so either it needs to be replaced or repaired so I had every intention to use them one way or another. The lady was just beyond horrible and I would never contact them again or refer them to anyone. I am a real estate agent and will share this with clients as well not to bother to use this place!

Great products, yes. Good Service - NO. I ordered a new rear door, fully insulated, built in blinds and pet door - roughly $3,600 in total so not cheap by any means. The order was placed on July 13 2021. No calls, no updates, no door 90 days later. On 10/1 the sales rep Rafael replies to an e-mail I initiated and states he would look into it. Two weeks later, not even a courtesy call. Shame on Tucson Window and Door!! Try Window Depot!!

I am so pleased with the overall service, installation and quality product. I purchased a new front door for my older home. It is an amazing door! The installation folks vacuumed and cleaned up the area. They did the whole door and new framing in no time at all. I will be purchasing windows from them in the coming months.

I have changed my review to reflect accurate rating. Since the owner expressed being review without knowledge, then here is my experience. My wife and I was there looking at the increase of prices of their windows and doors. I have talked to your desk personnel and with my plans and they gave me some cards for installments contractors. Since you have judge me without any proof, I downgraded you to a 1 for being rude. I tell the truth. Your prices has increased. I have been there 2 times now and will never go back. By the way, your competitors installed 6 windows for 2800.00. Your misjudgement cost you heavy. Buyers be aware of rude service. You should of asked me nicely to clarify. I get nothing from Google. Here is some facts from your competitors pictures. My assessment is right on if you look at previous reviews. Ed and Lora tells the exact statements. Your comments on each bad review is bad attitude and giving out excuses. YOU are expensive and there are many other companies who want our business. Stop assuming and treat your customers at the door better and you will see a difference.I was trying to be nice on the first review but you have asked for actual knowledge. Oh, by the way, since Covid I have discovered more bad service from companies. I do take in considerations of the stress and the strain, however when someone is rude or treats me second best, then you will get what you have deserved. Your employee treated us as second best. We walked out and spend our money else. We still have 4 more windows and 4 more doors to replace so you lost out big!

I had a very good experience from the staff at Tucson Window and Door. From the initial encounter with the receptionist answering my phone calls to Mr. Cano who patiently showed me all the options to the visit by the folks who did the measuring and especially Fernando & Justin who did a tremendous and beautiful job with the install of my windows. No hang ups, no delays, they came in and promptly got to work and they were finished within 3 hours! Kudos to your professional and pleasant staff! I think I’ll order a new sliding glass door next! This has been such a pleasantly wonderful experience with this company, they have great employees at this company! We had quite a few quotes, but these guys were definitely the best choice especially with their exceptional windows, and other products, excellent customer service, and installers. They came out fairly quick with having very busy schedules, and did our whole house in 2 days! Including replacing are back sliding door, and framework. Its very beautiful, secure, and really compliments our home. Fernando and Justin really did an amazing job! These two guys make a great team, and provide exceptional work, and were very enjoyable to watch and have around. They even cleaned up everything and made it look perfect! Great job guys!

I got quotes from 3 places and this one was by far the most expensive, and the experience was very unpleasant. For the other 2 places, they came in and measured the windows and then sent me a quote a few days later--a very simple process. But the Tucson Window and Door salesman did the hard sell, which was very abrasive. He buttered me up for a while (oh you play guitar?? Ive always admired people who play music!) and he asked me to sit down at the table and slowly went through a whole binder of printed out powerpoint slides about the company and showed me a bunch of ball bearings and vinyl material from his giant suitcase, trying to convince me that their imported virgin European vinyl is worth the extra money. To top it off, he said the price he quoted was today only to try to pressure me into signing on the spot. When I said no, he asked for a $100 down payment to lock in the rates. After an hour of this I told him Id think about it and needed to get on with my day, and he said oh, I thought we had a 90-minute appointment! when I had definitely never agreed to anything like that. Due to the slimy sales tactics and the high prices at Tucson Window and Door, I highly recommend using Olanders or Open Enclose instead.

Okay, we did have some issues with our new sliding glass doors not working as designed that our installers honestly brought to our attention. Tucson Window and Door immediately responded by replacing them all! The work crew was efficient and strictly observed Covid-19 protocols. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Tucson Window and Door installed an entry door replacing a sliding glass door allowing access for our son using a wheelchair for mobility. He was finally able to get onto the patio for the first time. We are all thrilled, looks and works perfectly.

After 18 years in our home as original owners, our sliding patio door was a struggle to open and close. We met with Jeff Allman of Tucson Window and Door who presented a reasonable cost for replacement and we contracted their service and product on the day we met. Installers Brandon and Frank showed up on the day and time projected and completed the job perfectly, including cleanup afterward. Our new door now slides effortlessly. We had a really good experience with Tucson Window and Door. Our Sales Consultant, Rafael, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The entire process took about 3 months: we met with Rafael in late February. Within a week, the contractor came out to finalize measurements and details about the windows. We made one small change at this point which delayed the ordering of the windows a few days. They were upfront it would take about 6 weeks to receive the windows as they would be custom built. They called in early May to schedule the window install for mid-May. Tony and Rob arrived promptly at 9am on the day of install and replaced all 8 windows in one day (they had allotted a day and a half for install), finishing up just before 5:30pm. They did a fantastic job with everything and were very careful in their work. Before they left, they walked us through all the features of our new windows. They left the house so clean you would never know they had just been there. The windows look great! Its been a week since install and were so happy we replaced our 67 year old windows, and that we went with Tucson Window and Door.

Great experience from start to finish. The window consultation at my home was incredibly informative and helpful. The windows and french doors are amazing. My home is more secure, better insulated (Im ready for summer heat), and so much quieter. The staff are knowledgable with great customer service. If I were to be nit picky, because Im a perfectionist and detail oriented person, they could have done a bit better with the plaster repair on the walls around the windows and doors. Im hoping to do my front and side doors with them next.

We were pleasantly surprised by their excellent customer relations from beginning to end. They treat you and your home with dignity and respect, answering your questions and performing the installation efficiently, taking great care to keep the work area clean. Some of our previous experience with area contractors have not been favorable. We replaced three large patio sliding windows and two windows close to our air conditioner location with the Delmar Anlin windows.Their windows are stronger, cleaner, and are quieter than our older Brand X windows. The screens are on a sturdy frame and have a cleaner, sharper view. We intend to have our remaining windows replaced by Tucson Windows and Doors.

We really like our new doors. They dress up the entrance very nicely. They seem to be very efficient at blocking out the Arizona heat; a big improvement from our old doors. They had to remove security doors then modify them to reinstall.We had looked for more than a year to find doors that we liked with a fair price and that had a good warranty. We had input from 4 other vendors before we contacted Tucson Window and Door. We are please Tucson Window and Door and Provia stand behind their product.

We were interested in replacing our old sliding glass doors with french doors. We met with, and received estimates from three different Window/Door companies before we met with Tucson Window and Door. Their salesman was very low pressure which we really appreciated. He provided us several options and then provided pricing. Tucson Window and Doors pricing was 30-40% lower than their competitors and the quality was excellent. Luis and Jeremy were the installation technicians. They were on time, professional, and talented. The doors were installed on time, with care, and look outstanding. Tucson Window and Door sent a technician (Jeremy) two days later to check fit and function. He too was excellent, provided great service, and offered care and use advice. We are extremely pleased with our new doors. The cost was the best by far. Lifetime warranty. Installation and service was also excellent.

In October 2019, we had a whole-house replacement done - 14 windows and 2 patio doors. We wanted to live with them for awhile before posting a review. At the 6-month mark, we can say that we are completely satisfied! We feel that we got a quality product at a fair price. The windows and doors look great and operate well. We’ve noticed a reduction in both heat and sound transfer. I’m sure the heat reduction will be especially noticeable as we head into our first summer with the new windows and doors! Everyone at Tucson Window and Door was a pleasure to work with, there were no high-pressure sales tactics, communication was great, and installation was professional. After installation, as some of the caulk cured and settled on the exterior, it pulled away and we had to call them back to redo it. This was a very minor issue, and I mention it only to say that even a small problem like this was taken care of very promptly. We would highly recommend Tucson Window and Door!

I am considering using your company for my window replacement. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that Window Joe has a much more friendly look than in the past. This played no part in my decision but just wanted to let you know.

The main reason I contacted Tucson Window & Door was because I recently moved into a house and unfortunately have a neighbor who likes to watch tv and listen to music loudly outside on a daily basis. The windows and sliding glass doors were the originals from when the house was built in 1979. I was hoping that new windows and doors would block out the noise from my neighbor. The process I went through with Tucson Window & Door was great. My salesperson was Rafael and he is a wonderful person. The installation was done professionally and had no issues. The windows and doors look beautiful in my home. My problem with these new windows and doors is that I had a high expectation that they would block a significant amount of my neighbors noise. The windows were supposed to have a soundproof technology While they did somewhat reduce the noise I dont feel like it is enough for being marketed with the soundproof technology. In addition the sliding glass doors block absolutely no noise. I hear the exact level of sound coming through them as I did from my old doors. While I am happy with the service and the look of the windows and doors I feel that I could have gone with another company to get regular dual pane windows and doors and spent a lot a less money and received the same quality.

This company is great! We had two sliding glass doors replaced. Their product is just what we were looking for. The crew that came out was quick and clean. They are very thorough and really professional. We will be calling them when we replace the windows in our house.

I contacted Tucson Window and Door because I wanted a built-in dog door within French Doors that open to my backyard patio. The initial appointment was a low-key sales pitch which I appreciated. The salesman was polite and respectful. The installers were also great! I love my French Doors but there is one issue which is a major problem for us. I told the salesperson I wanted the dog door exactly the same size as the one we already had on our sliding glass door (that we had purchased at Home Depot). The dog door that is in the French Doors we purchased is the same size as our previous door except for one very important difference. The dog door sits about 2 inches higher then our original dog door. I have small dogs with short legs. That 2 inchdifference means that they are not able to get in and out of the dog door. We had to purchase a ramp to put on our outside patio so they could get outside because the dropdown was too much for them. Not only did this cost me an additional $125 but it also means that every time I go outside I also have to walk down this ramp. It is also not very attractive. To be honest, if I would have known about the difference in height, I probably would not have purchased these doors. I wish the salesperson had mentioned that to me. So, if you have small dogs, please keep this in mind.

We recently had Tucson Window & Doors replace all of the windows in our home. From our initial meeting with the salesman to the actual installation of the new windows the experience was amazing. The windows are high quality and based on our own research meet or exceed Energy Star ratings. The purchase process was great and no pressure. We were presented with the history of the window manufacture, the specification sheet of the windows and a plethora of information on the window features. We had looked at other windows and the windows offered by Tucson Window and Doors exceed all other offerings.The installation of the windows was top notch. The crew (two installers - Carlos and Jeremy) showed up on time. They walked the job site and quickly came up with their game plan. In a matter of just a few minutes windows were removed, window openings cleaned up and new windows were set in-place, squared and permanently attached to the house. There was absolutely no damage done to our stucco of drywall. Carlos and Jeremy were super efficient with their time management and when they finished the cleaned up the work site. I worked at Tucson Window and Door for five years. The only reason I left is because my husband got a job out of state. I was extremely sad when I left. I can honestly say that the people there became my family. They care about there employees. The owner is an amazingly kind and generous man. Everyone in the office is the same way. They support one another and are always there to lend a hand. The installers were some the hardest working people I know. I could never do what they do. The sales reps were always there to put a smile on my face. I will dearly miss my work family.If youre reading this review to see if you should by from Tucson Window and Door, you should. The way care about there employees is the way theyre going to care about you. Yes, they have great product at a great price, but thats not the only thing you get when you purchase. Even though we live in the country near Benson, the salesman came out and spent quality time with us. He was very pleasant. We ordered new patio doors and everything went the way it was described by him. The timeline was exactly as stated. The installers were thorough, clean and very funny. My husband enjoyed bantering with them the whole time. The doors were pricey but they look and work great. I have no complaints.

My wife and I are extremely happy with our new windows from Tucson window and door. After the installation we noticed a difference right away, we didnt have to run our swamp cooler for three days. Its quieter inside the house now. When the sun shines through the windows there is no longer any heat coming into the house. Profecinal installation, two workers only took them 4 1/2 hours to install 7 windows. Minimal mess and they cleaned it up. The windows all fit perfectly. Exact measurements inside and out were taken. We highly recommend Tucson window and door. David Cruze, (the sales man) was very informative about product, pricing and financing. He spent 4 hours with us and answered all our questions, gave us a great deal with factory rebates and company discounts. We will be adding on to our house later and will have them back to do more windows and sliding doors.

This process is said to lower energy costs, which is especially positive during our hot AZ summer months.We knew their price was competitive, having received quotes from other companies, and financing options are affordable and somewhat flexible.A tech was sent out to take measurements for the windows and a few weeks later the windows arrived and were ready for installation.The install crew was respectful, careful, and competent. Best window and door company

Got two Provia Entry doors and two windows. Team was prompt friendly and efficient. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that they didnt have a way to cover the openings in the house when not working on them. Had two doors and two windows wide open mid-day with hot wind blowing through house. Really pleased with doors and windows though.

The fellas were most considerate. They were kind and meticulous.

Today Jeremy with Tucson Windows and Doors came to our home to repair one of the windows they installed that rain water was getting into the house. Jeremy made sure to make sure it was not coming from the roof or outside wall. He took out all the old caulk and made sure to put in enough caulk to keep it from allowing rain water in. He did the same with the inside of the window and checked to make sure there had not been any damage inside the wall. He made sure the patch job was not noticeable. He was very courteous and professional. I am sooo glad they are the company that installed the windows.

Shopping for windows was harder than I thought it would be. My sister bought windows for about $500 to $600 apiece. I got prices from $500 to $1500 for the same window and got frustrated. The Tucson Window guy spent some time and explained all the differences and what was best for the weather conditions in Arizona. I guess different windows work better and last longer here than someplace else. I spent more than my sister but her windows are already changing color and the ones I bought are guaranteed not to. Even though my windows were just a little more than hers, I believe mine are better and will last. Good company that took good care of me.

I cant say enough great things about Tucson Window and Door! I originally started looking for a patio door that I could put a doggie door into for my fur babies and had a hard time finding a product that worked for me, my wallet and my four-legged friends. I had been using a doggie door insert, but when in use, I did not have enough space to also go in and out of my sliding door. I decided enough was enough! Tucson Window and Door gave me an amazing door that has the dog door BUILT INTO IT!!! This means I can open and close the entire door while my pooches can go in and out all the time! No removing and reinserting anymore. If you love your pups as much as I do, you MUST get a sliding glass pet door from Tucson Window and Door!!!!

They keep sending shady looking people by my house to solicit their windows to me, Ive repeatedly asked them to stop, but they still show up monthly. The icing on the cake was when I overheard one of the salesmen loudly making fun of me to his colleague. If I ever do need overpriced windows, I certainly wont be using these guys!

They did a good job and showed up on time. They fixed a screen door the dog ran through even though it was not their fault. I believe their windows are second to none in quality.

Then I noticed why he was showing me how everyone else was horrible and they were the best.The price he was charging me for 5 windows and a sliding glass door was outrageous. $19,000 and Im not exaggerating. He then stated that since I technically work for a police agency I would get a 43% discount. That then brought my total down to 11,000. Im glad I shopped around because I found 2 places that were at least $6,000 less than their price.I used to work for a flooring company that did the same thing so I knew the gimmick when I saw it. Its sad knowing that they took advantage of a single mom, that lives in a small 950sqft home. I would not suggest doing business with them again.

They took my order and had the doors with in three days best service ever.

We had an appointment today Saturday at 2 pm for a window estimate. Very disappointed! No call no show.

Poor customer service response from the sales rep. (Frank). I had to call & email repeatedly to remind them about me. Although, their counter receptionist, Ashley, did follow up with me a couple of times, they eventually stopped responding when I emailed them a slightly lower quote from a competitor. Worst part about my experience, I received their quote in December and then a month later in January, Frank, would not give me their 20% off all products. He said he already discounted my windows & doors in December. Bullocks!

We LOVED our experience, the technicians were polite, efficient, and helpful. Our windows look gorgeous and we noticed a huge change in the temperature of the house.

We had trouble finding a company who could do large, arched custom replacement window in the configuration we wanted. We got 4 proposals from Tucson-area companies. However, Tucson Window and Door (TWD) was able to get us what we wanted by suggesting a slight modification that no other company thought of, and which made the massive window stronger! However, these had to be ordered as new construction windows (being installed into an adobe brick home). Installation took a half day longer than planned, and while the casement window crank mechanisms were not installed correctly, two additional visit took care of it. We will use TWD again. Oh yeah. Even with upgrades to the wood trim, they came in over a grand less than anyone else, too!

From beginning to end this group of folks stood out from the competition. The salesman showed us the complete line, why their windows were some of the best around and then made it possible for us to afford them.We visited their show room, which had all of their products available for everyone to see and operate. The sales people there also knew their products and made a very favorable impression, it is the final reason we went with this companyThe installation fellows, Tony and Jeremy arrived early to install all the windows on the first day, they worked like beavers all day long in very windy conditions. They were able to keep us from freezing to death with the plastic sheeting covering the window openings, but the main purpose was to keep the dust down inside the house, which it did.They finished a day early, took note of two small flaws, said they would be back to fix these, took pictures and left us to enjoy these beautiful windows. The windows really make a difference in our home, the color is perfect and I know we will be warmer over the winter.I would recommend the Anlin product for their quality, their double lifetime warranty and all the people we dealt with at Tucson Window and Door without hesitation. Had a rep come to my door while my wife was home alone, he then proceeded to pound on my door violently and constantly ring my door bell for 3 minutes straight with no pause for anyone to answer just to leave a flyer. I would never recommend nor will I ever use this company just based on how disrespectful their reps are. The guy signed the flyer as David. So disgusted

Yes, TW&D might be a little higher priced than some of the so called window experts but I can tell you that after dealing with five other window experts that TW&D is by far the BEST company to deal with. From the TW&D sales person (who knows far more about windows and doors than those other sales people), to the ladies answering the phones and following up on the orders, to the very highly trained, personable and professional installers, it has been a real pleasure working with everyone at Tucson Window and Doors. From David Cruz, Holly, Elisabeth, to Carlos and Jeremy the total buying and installation experience has far exceeded our expectations, and then some. Thank you one and all; I know I will love my 4 patio doors for many years to come.

Great customer service grade A staff was really pleased with my door

I initially went to Tucson Window and Door after reading an article about Provia doors. The article was geared towards the security features the Steel door and frame provide. So I did some research and found Tucson Window and Door was a Provia supplier. I went to visit the shop and relayed that my main concern was security. The article referenced that you should upgrade to the steel L frame because it provides added protection.The salesman insisted the door I was interested in had the steel frame, I was confused initially because my research indicated it was an upgrade item. The ordering and processing of the door was really well, Provia did wonders and the door is remarkable, although it did not come with the steel frame. I dont think this was an intentional on the part of the salesman, I just think he had limited knowledge of the product he was selling. Shame on me for not insisting to get the upgraded steel frame, but the whole thing left me a little disheartened, as these doors are not cheap for even the basic set up. Install was just okay, my house is an older house and was understandably frustrating to install doors in but the frustration was evident with the installers.Would I recommend the Tucson Window and Door, not for any other type of door. But if you want Provias doors then you have limited options...Overall the door looks great with a few functional issues.
