Staff opened up the factory to share the manufacturing of the products. I recommend visiting the factory store when in Tucson.My only issue....I live too far away. Easy to order. Fast and accurate confirmation of order. Product was ordered in two batches and the first batch arrived as promised. High quality dinnerware, purchased because of the quality and the stipulation that its lead-free. Second batch scheduled for shipment on May 28, 2021. Will update this review if different from first batch. Patterns ordered were: Country French, Dinnerware set with Soup Bowls and Salad Plates, set of 16 and Bella Flora Dinnerware set of 16 with no substitutions per website descriptions.

This dinnerware is just incredible. I purchased the classic American White and several serving pieces. We could not be happier. The quality of this product is amazing. Each piece is strong and so well glazed that it is a breeze to rinse and stack in the dishwasher. I only wished I had found this company earlier before wasting money on cheap, imported, trending dish sets that lasted maybe a year! This is an investment and gives back everyday. Also, their Customer Service is so supportive and willing to help you every step of the way. If you are unsure about plate sizes (dessert vs. salad, etc.) be sure to take advantage of ordering a sample to make sure you have exacting what your family needs. I am so proud we have this company operating here and can claim Made in America.

Ordered a set out here to northeast Ohio. I wanted something made in USA and this was one of the few out there. Pieces are well done and always happy to support a domestic business!

Customer service was great. Shipping was delayed due to the fact that these are individually made, but they kept us aware of the status the whole time. The quality of the product is great. Exactly as we expected.

After visiting the store on a trip to Arizona, we knew exactly what we wanted. Ordering online was easy but we wondered if the dishes arrive safely knowing the rough handling by any carrier. The order shipped a few weeks earlier (a big plus!) than expected and were packed with little triangular cardboard pieces that interlocked holding all the dishes in place so there was no shifting. And each set of dishes were wrapped properly to eliminate cracking. Everything arrived in great shape.

I have the Mimbreno pattern. I am so in love with these dishes! I use them daily, they are very durable. A little pricey but so worth it. They really enhance the dining experience. I will be in the Tucson area in February and a visit to the shop and factory will be a highlight.

I sent an email but not hearing in a few days, I had decided to call. I had no issues, they sent me the dipping tray. The plates we have right now are showing their age and starting to break apart. I ordered a couple of sample plates and they arrived just beautifully! The plates were packed in environmentally friendly cardboard ....including little pieces of cardboard that acted as what I can only compare to styrofoam “popcorn” or something similar. The plates/patterns are stunning! I am looking forward to ordering more pieces ....and I’m hoping to make an in-person visit this year. Great shopping experience!

I ordered 4 classic cereal bowls to replace my favorite ones that were on permanent loan from the dining hall starting 20 years ago....I sadly broke them. I searched high and low for a quality replacement of the same size, shape, and feel. It was important to me that they were MADE IN AMERICA! I am thrilled with them. I wish shipping didnt cost so much, as it made my cost per bowl a little bit ridiculous. I have no regrets though, as they are exactly as I hoped. Just like the beloved dining hall bowls!

Loved buying dishes made locally in the store. Plus the fact that they came in recycleable cardboard boxes wrapped in recycleable brown paper - no plastic or Styrofoam anywhere! I needed to replace a few pieces of my everyday dinnerware. I was delighted to find my pattern on line. I like that the pieces of stoneware are heavy duty. They are beautiful with with several colors and patterns to choose from. They are quite durable and take some decent knocks before breaking. The single biggest reason that I purchased in the first place was because they are made in the USA. I do not trust clay or paints from China near my food.

Great dinnerware! We purchased all our stuff after finding it being used by a great restraunt owned by a very stylish star. We have a busy household with teenagers, so durability was a necessity. Everything has held up like a champ! Everytime we order it comes fast and well packaged (in very recyclable material.) Definitely no regrets.

I bought a set of ceramic dinner plates and matching salads plates from HF Coors, about 2 years ago. While almost every other brand of dinner plates Ive purchased has chipped or their designs peeled/faded over time, these have not. They feel solid and their appearance is the same as the day I first purchased them. Recently, I returned to buy more and I will be back again in the future.What first drew me to their site was my google search for lead-free plates/cups, etc. Im happy to say that not only did I find lead-free options for my family, I also found extremely high-quality products.

You can really tell the difference in quality between HF Coors products and the cheap imported stuff we used to buy. The weight, finish and sound all show the care they take in making a quality product. Ive toured their factory and saw the care they take. If a piece fails any one of many inspection points, it is tossed before the final glazing step. Yes, youll pay a bit more, but your HF Coors dinnerware will last a lifetime, or maybe many lifetimes.

Purchased eight place settings in Della Terra along with accessory pieces. Absolutely thrilled with the quality! Since we had them shipped to Florida, the shipping cost was notable. However, given the incredible care taken in packaging our purchase, it was well worth it. Thoroughly impressed and happy to find this kind of quality in an American manufacturer.

Beautiful set of dishes! This was my first experience buying from this company. My husband and I like that this is a company in the USA, which is another reason for our purchase! The first reason was the need to replace my old stoneware. I ordered the Aztec design in eggplant color. I will soon be ordering another set! We put a full sheet paper towel between the dishes when stacking to prevent from scratching each other.

The cup is beautiful and was shipped in a sturdy container. My only complaint was the shipping cost. There was no shipping selection other than FedEx Air, and that cost me $17.50, almost as much as the cup itself cost. I hope you will include a less-expensive shipping option, or I won;t buy anymore from you.
