Is Tiffanys in Tucson, Arizona an Outlet store?I have purchased items from Tiffany’s, Costa Mesa and Phoenix stores and have always had great experience.However, I recently purchase a Sterling Silver necklace with an elephant pendant from your Tucson location for Mother’s Day. We wanted to exchange the necklace for white gold, as the Sterling Silver chain tarnished rapidly.They denied making the exchange since the item had been worn? Keep in mind, it was well within the 30 day exchange period, however, I was informed you can only exchange an item if it has not been worn. I would have been more than happy to pay for the additional difference for the white gold.The sales professional was very courteousness, consequently I walked away extremely dissatisfied?Our fifty wedding anniversary is coming up and now I will have to find a new store cest la vie!NOTE: It used to be so elegant when you folks wrapped presents without using tape.

My wife and I stopped by Tiffany & Co. We met with our awesome sales lady Griselda (who is unfortunately no longer there), and she surprised us with this complementary champagne and mini cake as a congratulations on our wedding. How awesome and thoughtful is that!? This is by far the best customer experience you can get anywhere. We love this place and experiences like this is why we continue to come back ❤️
The men in the store are very welcoming. However, one of the woman who work there are very uptight, rude, and was basically pushing us out of the store. We had came in to look around and possibly buy something until she had implied that we should leave about 5 times.

Went with a friend. Security was friendly and welcoming the salesperson however did not offer to place the purchase in a bag. She had to ask for one. That seemed a bit shady to me. For the money spent you wouldnt think he would just hand her the pearls and have a nice day. Wouldnt a bag be a common courtesy offered to all thier customers?
I’m not a rich man but I work for all I have and when I wanted to buy my wife a lil gift I was made fun of when the associate thought he hung up the phone I wonder how many other people he’s made fun of I guess the working class is Beneath Tiffany’s status very sad

I love La Encantada (its an open-air upscale mall) and this location is spacious, beautiful, and just what you expect from Tiffany. The service is wonderful without being overbearing, they have umbrellas on hand in case of rain (very handy in monsoon season) and theyll even feed you delicious Tiffany-blue taffy. The jewelry is Tiffany, so its nice but actually the prices arent insane for their pieces. I like to go in and have my Tiffany items cleaned while I look for new stuff. The staff here treats me courteously and kindly while I play with their jewelry, whether I end up buying anything or not. I dont pass up a visit if Im in the area.
Andrea is amazing! My fiancée and I were looking at buying an engagement ring, and she made the whole process very welcoming and much less intimidating. The consultation was informative and exciting, and the trip itself was very special. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the employees are friendly and very helpful. We cant wait to come back!

Amazing service and even better after purchase experience. The representatives here are top notch. I went in thinking that you pay for the name and, to how much I was budgeting, expected to be up sold and marginal service because my purchase was low, relative to how much some of their jewelry cost. I was wrong! When they asked how much I wanted to spend, they immediately showed me what they had and what was available. They didnt even try to get me to spend more and I felt very comfortable working with them. There was no high pressure sales tactics and even better, I couldnt ask a stupid question. AMAZING STAFF! Id say that being a Tiffanys customer makes you one for life also. We went back for the wedding bands and even after 3 months, remembered me and my story and congratulated my fiancé. You can tell how high of a priority attention to detail and service is to them. I was intimidated at first but feel like family now! If youre looking for a ring, it doesnt hurt to stop by and talk to them. I went to several other stores and looked at the online options. I have zero regrets and am so glad I did end up going with Tiffanys!

We went back here because we had a great experience for Christmas. Wow things have changed. Sadly the lovely woman who helped us was not longer there. We dealt with one of the managers and It was a much different experience. We have been a Tiffanys customer for over 20 years and that might be changing. We are not sure we will ever go back to this store again. The door people were lovely but dealing with the sales person (WHO WAS ONE OF THE MANAGERS) made it seem as they did not want our business. We were rushed and when I asked questions he did not know the answer. I hope corporate takes a look at this store. It needs help!

Tiffany’s & Co. at La Encantada is my go to store for gifts for my wife. The quality of the product and the store atmosphere are no brainers. OGI REAS is the best salesperson in the world. She has treated my wife and me with such a high level of customer service for a decade + that I feel guilty buying anything from anyone else when I am there. Tiffany’s and Co. And OGI REAS are simply the the greatest.
Ogi Reas was the absolute best and such a help when I was short in time! She understood exactly what I was looking for and such a gem with helping to get everything ready! Definitely will be heading back to this location just to get help from Ogi again!
