I picked up a rifle i won in a raffle supporting Sheriff lambs re-election! Josh the owner donated the rifle! I was there for awhile doing the paper work and had a chance to observe and talk with the owner and his staff! Wow what a professional group he has assembled!!! The rifle is amazing too say the least! The build sheet is very impressive,This is a truly custom built and assembled rifle!!! The staff is very very knowledgeable and professional and spent allot of time with me going over the-rifle and answering every question i had! Watching them check and double check everything on my rifle after check list was completed! Then test fire the rifle before i received it! If you are looking for a custom built excellent quality rifle you found the place!!! They build rifles for over 183 police departs for they Duty rifles that says a lot!!! They have all my business and i recommend every one to check them out !!!

If you dont know about this company, you should. Outstanding QC, the 11.5 barrel I got is a tack driver and the lowers are perfect.

Josh and the shop at Sionics are excellent. Their customer service is the best in the industry. Sionics have been quietly producing the best duty grade rifles for years here in AZ.

Bottomline all three of us were delighted with the care they took to make us happy, the time they took to make sure they answered all of our questions, which were many, to our satisfaction. They are an excellent value if you want quality products at reasonable prices.

Sionics’ customer service (Josh in particular) was absolutely fantastic in helping me out fixing a problem that 100% was not of their doing or anything, an interference/tolerance problem between their gas block and someone else’s barrel, but regardless they got me taken care of, sent them in my barrel and the gas block of theirs that I had purchased from one of their vendors, they went through and found a gas block that would work perfectly for the barrel.Thoroughly impressed, and will highly recommend in the future, as well as continue to buy their products.
