Showed up quickly. Donny was who came out. He seemed very confused, spent 10 minutes looking for parts we didnt need. I did most of work. In the end, all that happened was a part got delivered. Wasnt bad service, just not entirely competent.

Pirtek is definitely the go to place for hoses. Needed 4 for a Yanmar and all were done within 40 minutes. Awesome staff that not only gets the job done, but gets the job done right!

One of our hoses on our Bobcat burst. As it was one of our larger pieces of equipment in our company we needed back in the field as soon as possible. We contacted the General Manager, Dave, and he said he would send a tech out. Within 30 minutes, THIRTY MINUTES!, Rene arrived at our office. He reviewed the broken hose and noted that three others were on their last leg. He made four new hoses for us, installed all of the them, and filled the skid steer with hydraulic fluid. The GM actually stopped over to see how everything was going and introduced himself to the office team. After dropping off some much appreciated MMs they cleaned up and left. All of our work will go to Pirtek. They were great to work with!
