Unique and tasty ice cream flavors, made-to-order waffle cones, and color-changing spoons! We got honey cornbread, Mexican wedding cookie, and coal, which I suspect is seasonal. The coal was a smooth textured coconut ice cream infused with charcoal to get the black/ grey color and was my favorite of the three. Mexican wedding cookie had whole bite-sized cookies in it which were delicious. Honey cornbread had chunks of cornbread in it that gave it a cake and ice cream like texture. The person working was super nice and made the waffle cone fresh for us and it was HEAVENLY. It stayed warm till the very end and was so perfectly crunchy and fresh tasting. A must get for sure! Also, the color-changing spoons are cold sensitive and super fun!

Stopped in for lunch while driving through Tucson and I am 100% happy I did! The Rib Eye fries, Chicken Pot Pie and Club sandwich (shared with another) were probably some of the best food we have eaten across this country! I highly, highly recommend it! Oh one more thing.... their ice cream is incredible! Order the Queen Bee!

Favorite flavors were bourbon almond brittle and honey lavender. Good sizing options. The small comes with two flavors, genius! Worker didn’t get annoyed as my sister shamelessly asked to try almost every flavor. My family came here 2 times during their visit.

Delicious and different ice cream flavors! I got the chocolate cake flavor and my husband got the Bourbon Brittle. Both were excellent! You can either it it there (inside or out), but you can also take it to go and walk explore more of downtown Tucson.

The service here is excellent they let you sample all the different ice creams and sorbets and a safe manner.

Salty caramel + vanilla + bourbon is the wonderful combination. Each ice-cream works in harmony, helps each other’s to lift the wonder to higher level.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my husbands 61st birthday. Our son told him they were going out for ice cream and when they arrived, the Hub presented him with the cake, including 61 candles. Manager Crystal really went above and beyond. Our absolute favorite Tucson ice cream place outdid our already high expectations. Thank you, Hub!

The portions are really really small, which is a bummer. Definitely go there for the aesthetics, not if you’re looking for a bang for your buck. The ice cream had a good taste but there wasn’t enough of it.

Hub Ice Cream is one of our favorites in Tucson! Just tried the campfire smores tonight and it was delicious! You can taste the toasted marshmallow! Other favorites include oatmeal cookie dough and the queen bee. A must stop when downtown!

Very helpful and friendly service! Lots of unique flavors! Loved the chewy waffle cone! The ice cream was pretty good but not fantastic. Would absolutely go back just for the chewy homemade waffle cone!

This was our first time checking it out and let me tell you when you walk in it smells SO DELICIOUS!! My kids got Waffle cones with cookies n cream and they said it tasted better then dairy queen. The Waffle cones had a cinnamon taste and were delicious!

Generic hip ice cream parlour.Ive been to a number of similar creameries in a few different states now and they almost always pan out the same: they have fun flavors that are decent, a modern storefront, and everything is overpriced.The 4 flavors we tried were all okay. The bourbon almond brittle was unremarkable, and the coconut lemon was forgettable, (the other two my wife had I actually forgot what they were like less than a day later) and the waffle cone was pretty good.Id normally give this place 4 stars, but their music was uncomfortably loud. Like shouting in my partners ear, club kind of loud. I couldnt imagine actually eating inside.

They have delicious ice cream here! Located downtown, parking might be a little more difficult to find but they have plenty of parking garages around. There is also a HUB Ice Cream factory restaurant which might be a good place to stop at if youre looking for a meal as well. We were told by staff there that this factory location has more ice cream flavors than the restaurant itself. I got the earl grey lavender and it was such a unique flavor.

Lovely service, nice employees, nice place (very cute) the ice cream...was bland. I have never described ice cream as bland. I had salted caramel and I could have been eating vanilla. The german chocolate ice cream was pretty much just chocolate I dont recall what other flavors we tried but between my husband and I we got five different scoops and all of them were just...so-so.

Minus a full two stars for the absolutely TERRIBLE service this afternoon. There is one person staffing the ice cream shop on an afternoon between Xmas and NYE. This group ordered two shakes - not at the same time, the guy made one, and then the other half of the group had to try half a dozen flavors before ordering another shake, which by the way - this guy takes about 10 minutes to make, so weve been waiting 20 minutes now, and six people just walked out. If I didnt already have my heart set on peppermint ice cream I would have left already.

Nice selection of craft frozen treats. Shop was clean and well lit. It was a little pricey but they had flavors that are not available at other ice cream shops.

This place was delicious! I love that the flavors are unique. We got the Queen Bee, Oatmeal Cookie Dough, Lavender (not the favorite, but interesting), and Roasted Balsamic Strawberry. Definitely recommend!

They make their ice cream in house using high quality ingredients. The lineup of flavors puts it squarely into the gourmet ice cream category. Some delightful ice cream options include: queen bee, lavender, cheesecake, prickly pear, and other odd and fun flavors unique to Tucson and the desert southwest.In terms of COVID-19 compliance, the Hub is taking all necessity precautions. During our last trip there, they had a lot of prepackaged ice cream for purchase to take home. We were the only ones physically in the shop, and there was outside seating available to customers incapable of eating their ice cream while walking.If you have kids who play Pokémon Go, the Hub is a Poke stop, and there are many stops right near there all down Congress and 4th Ave.

I ordered the Coconut Ash ice cream and I was not expecting it to be a dark gray black ice cream color I was very hesitant in eating it but once I tried it it was so flavorful and now it’s one my personal favorites. The employees are very friendly during my time I would definitely come back to try other flavors!

The service was terrible. 2 of the staff members just looked at us and said not one word when we came in. We were literally the only people in the place. The employee serving us just seemed super annoyed to be helping us. Finally along came one employee, a young male with glasses, who was personable and friendly. He wasn’t enough by himself to make up for the vibe of the place. We were super excited to try it out and just felt let down. My son had asked to go to the screamery instead on the way and I was wishing we had. We have had nothing but wonderful service there. The stars I gave are for the ice cream. It was delicious, which I knew as we used to get it whenever we ate at the hub restaurant. Also the decor is super cute. Just step up the service and it could be great. A smile and hello go a long way.

Yummy & delicious! Homemade everything with a changing selection. They also make it easy for dietary awareness... Gluten, nuts, etc. Prices are reasonable for a sweet treat that really hits the spot. The shop is also right downtown so its a fun stop to take a rest with the kids or just enjoy people watching the busy street. Their restaurant across the street is also a perfect pre-dessert stop!

Enjoyed the variety and combinations of flavors. A good balance of fruity, chocolates and specialty recipes. The texture is smooth and creamy.

Perfect place to top off and evening out or date night. The best ice cream downtown. Oatmeal cookie dough is the recommended delight, by far the best ice cream flavor. Really neat modem design with seating inside to enjoy your treats. Open late as well! Must stop for a visit downtown.

First time ever at this location. I am not a huge fan of ice creams but wow the ice cream ( pistachio baklava)I had was very delicious and creamy. Loved the store and the ambiance ! Cant wait to go back and try other flavors!

We tried a bunch! The candy at the movies was a surprise hit, but it is sour!! All the ice creams are delish. The environment was kooky - it smelled amazing right when you walk in. The decor makes you think of Willy Wanka with a moving you train high on the wall and everything. They let you try before you buy.

This place is a total ripoff, they charged almost 15 dollars for three cones, the ice cream was super sweet and my kids ended up throwing their cones to the trash, not worth it for the price. Next time Ill go to Dairy Queens.

The ice cream here is pretty good. Great texture and a wide variety of flavors. My problem is not with the ice cream, its with the service. The counter staff was very rude, patronizing, and acted as if I was lucky just to be there. Theres plenty good small batch ice cream and other dairy treats in Tucson. They arent the only game in town and I certainly wont be back until their customer service is fixed. I get that its super hipster to be non caring and uninvolved, but that ethic should stay away from any kind of customer service culture. The companion restaurant across the street knows what theyre doing. Maybe the ice cream stand could learn a thing or two. Until then, spend your money elsewhere.

In town visiting for the weekend and we found this little spot. Its SO cute and they have some wonderfully inventive flavors that Ive never seen available before. My husband and I usually share one dessert, but they had so many great sounding flavors that we each got a small cup which has two scoops. We tried Pistachio Orange, Bourbon Almond Brittle, Not Your Grannys Coconut Cake, and Coffee Swiss Almond. We loved them so much, we got another small with their Blackberry Mint (more of a sherbet than an ice cream) to go. The service was excellent and they give you samples of the flavors if you ask, anyone complaining about what they got, you should have asked for a sample before committing!

Some of the best ice cream that Ive had. The Creamsicle shake was thick and delicious. Went back multiple times in a 3 day stay in Tuscon. Kids turned down trying other places in favor of returning here. I couldnt disagree with them.

Whats all the hype about???A tiny, tiny ice cream scoop is used to serve up your $4 scoop of ice cream???My boyfriend and I each had a sundae. The sundae doesnt even fill the bowl they serve it it more than halfway. This place is a joke! We spent $14 on sundaes and I ended up throwing mine away because mine was literally over sweet. I never thought I would say that about ice cream....but it was.Do yourself​ a favor: take your money to Baskin Robbins or Cold Stone Creamery for quality and value.

Overpriced, chemical tasting ice cream. Flavor is not there, ice cream tasted cristalized (like it melted and was refrozen), and the 3 flavors we got tasted like chemicals. We got pistachio, corn bread and honey, and almond joy. The place itself is clean.

Popped into Hub Ice Cream Factory and had 3 flavors: Dark chocolate (excellent), oatmeal raisin cookie dough (very good) and banana Nutella (deliciously perfect!). Hub is designed for the customer to order his/her icecream and walk around downtown while eating it as the site has limited seating area. So if that suits your mood, Hub is the perfect choice for icecream. Mmmmmm...icecream.

The Drunken Brunch includes maple whiskey and pralines. Personally, it tastes like a dozen drunken angels dancing on your taste buds. Its an awesome experience, especially in the summer.

Monday’s Nights are the best night- zero crowds & plenty of spaces to sit. Maximum occupancy is 32 so it is a tiny space and there is no public restroom.
