I have always had good service from my original tank installation and with refill deliveries. The office staff I have spoken with give me personalized help.

FerrellGAS worst customer experience ever. Gas gouging too! Dont give them a chance to disappoint.

We have been doing business with Ferrellgas for 15 years, here is why, with everything going on right now we failed to monitor our propane level and ran completely out. We called them and they came over to our house in less than 2 hours. The driver lit my hot water heater for me too. Best service in the industry.

Way overpriced and they like to add unnecessary services to charge even more. This company is terrible. I do not recommend.

I would not recommend Ferrell Gas. I took a propane bottle in for re-certification and filling. The office was open but vacant. The receptionist was not attending today (5/16/19). Workers could not get in to the computer to write an order. There should have been a substitute available to take care of billing, etc. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

We arranged for new propane service, and were very pleased with the attitude and efficiency of the workers who came and installed/hooked up our tank! The company and workers were very helpful with my questions. Time will tell, but so far we are extremely pleased with this company!

Prices and customer service are the worst in Tucson! Go to Arizona Propane, trust me! They gouge on pricing and charge for things all other companies do for free. A driver told me that their propane cost $1.20 a gallon and I was being charge over $4.50 a gallon!! If that is not gouging, then I don’t know what is?? Go somewhere else..... !! They only care about $$$... forget the customer that needs heat and hot water for their family! I hope their upper management is sitting warm and fat this holiday season, while the little guy is just hoping to keep his family warm!! Disgraceful !! They have to answer to someone of a higher power one day... and I hope are ready for that and hope they can sleep well at night! Shop around, go somewhere else !!!

I hear from current employees, that a recent manager is no longer there and the one that was promoted within ... has a huge head and is not liked by his employees. Bummer because I met Dan the previous manager and he was awesome!! Little stuff that your can control until they decide they are entitled to your retirement and everything else.

These folks are great, with rapid response service and friendly folks.Also, the specials they offer are very timely. wouldnt think about using anyone else. Chris, the driver, was very personable.

Tried to establish new service. I waited one week for site survey. They called and canceled at the last minute and never rescheduled. I followed up with a call and got blown off again.I contacted a competitor, AZ Gas and got prompt service. New tank delivered 2 days later and all pilot lights lit.

Called them when I was on 30% and they were out filling me up within a week. Amazing drivers and staff in tucson,az. Amazing customer service and very great timely propane delivery!

The service was great, the man knows his job, the driver was Cody. he was very polite, and offered to close my gate on the way out

So after having a really crappy experience at amerigas down the road I came here which is where I should have started. They helped me out even when it ended up not getting a paying customer today but it got them a customer for life just because of how great they treated me and helped me and my family out. Thanks guys
