I called about filling my CO2 tank, I was told by a sales associate that they both fill and exchange tanks. I found a cheaper price elsewhere so I went there first. Lo and behold they mis-informed me and the other retailer only exchanges tanks. Not problem I called praxair again to verify that they actually fill tanks not just exchange. I was once again told that they fill and exchange tanks. I drive there, unload my child and tank, wait for 10 minutes for another customer to be helped (even though there were 2 other employees working at the time). When is finally my turn Im told Oh no we only exchange tanks I informed the clerk that I had called 2 days in a row to verify that they would fill my tank. Including the call 30 minutes prior.... He then told me that only Kalil will fill your tank. (After calling them they will only fill 50# tanks) save some time and aggravation and go to consolidated welding supply on south country club road. Gina was great on the phone, assured me that they would fill MY tank for me to take home. They only fill between 8-9am so I had to leave my tank and pick it up the next day but I was happy to do so to keep MY brand new tank.

Customer reps are professional, knowledgeable and quickly take care of the customers.

Nobody even paid attention when we were ready to check out. One was texting on his phone and didnt bother to get up. Poor customer service.

This place is trash. Ordered something from them, paid in advance, and I left them my name, number, email. They said it would be in within a week.... havent heard from them since going on 3 weeks later and cant leave a message because their inbox is full. Dont buy from here

Well the clerk didnt give a reciept he talked down to us like we didnt know what we were talking about. Once he started listening then we got the part needed. Should of listened in first place! Not good service.

Came in to get a 4/0 cable copper lug. I called ahead and they said they had it which was awesome. I was promptly shown where it was when I got in and was in and out in about 5 minutes. Very nice place and helpful staff!

They are SO helpful and awesome, even though I had absolutely no idea what I was doing! They have reasonable pricing, and offer student discounts. They offer all kinds of cool welding supplies too!!!

Very dishonest business! I went there to swap out an argon bottle and they said I had to pay a hydo fee. I was fine with this and paid the fee but when I got home I notice they charged me the full fee but gave me a bottle that needed testing again in 18 months versus 10 years! I would NEVER trust a business willing to do something like this, its dishonest and shady!
