After getting bad service from my last uniform service, my company tried UniFirst. Right off the bat, their representative assured us we wouldnt have a contract. This was because of the horrible service we received from the previous company.They lied about the contract. Now its 3 years in, we are still paying for this service even though we arent using it. They tell me my contract will finally be up in November and that it will automatically renew unless I send them a certified letter 30 days before. Completely unacceptable!If you are looking for a uniform service, dont use UniFirst. There are better ones out there that wont pull you into a contract.

Moe, is the driver that services our route. What I really love about him is when I need something, he is the one that gets it done for me. Hes extremely reliable and when he says hell do something for you he actually remembers to do it. Couldnt be more pleased with our service.

This is the second time I have used Unifirsts services. Both times I have had exceptional service and support. Tonia, the sales person was very informative and guided me to the best products and services for my restaurants particular needs. When we had issues with the service team, she was quick to help resolve our issue. I would highly recommend.

Ive gone though a few of these uniform/rag companies, and this is by far the best. They are always nice and on-time. They have never run out of any product nor have they ever given me bad quality product. Highly recommend!

The entire Unifirst team in Tucson has been great to work with. My deliveries are always on time and the products I use are all high quality. My driver is friendly, courteous and helpful. My sales associate Tonia is always a pleasure to work with. Branch Manager Jeff and Sales Manager Brad teamed up to install my soap & paper dispensers early in the morning so the changes could be done before I opened to the public. The lineup of products and services are very extensive which will help me save time and money for my company.

I am absolutely amazed that there are any positive reviews for Unifirst. Ive worked at 3 separate offices for our company and have had consistent issues with Unifirst at all of them and have talked to others in the company that have experiences the same at their locations.Unifirst is supposed to come every other week but we are lucky to see them once a month. The only thing they are consistent at is delivering the wrong supplies and never bringing what we actually ordered such as toilet paper. DO NOT RELY ON UNIFIRST FOR SUPPLIES, you will be left empty handed and without proper supplies.When it comes to billing and they have no idea what they delivered or what you actually owe. Usually they overcharge you for things you never actually received!We typically see a different delivery person every time and they always give us the same line that theyll make corrections and theyll be there the following week with the right supplies. Usually a month later theyll show up with the wrong things once again.I feel very bad for the delivery people because you can tell how frustrated they are at the lack of competence of the company and they will tell you themselves how dysfunctional the company is.Dont even bother calling in. The only number they will ever cough up is the national line which gets you absolutely nowhere. They will tell you to try extension 2 for the Tucson office which 9/10 times ends with the line going dead.I am really surprised that this company is still in business and would very strongly advise anyone thinking of using their services to avoid Unifirst at all cost!! If I could rate them any lower than a 1 star I would.

Never seem to have MY uniforms, I always end up with someone elses and Ive been on one pair of pants for the last 2 weeks despite the fact that they have ALL my other pairs of pants ... the reps are respectable people BUT this company doesnt seem to organized... (in my experience with them.)
