I absolutely love this company. Very Professional and Great customer service. Ive had the same Tech for over 4 years. Nathan is the Best. I had a small issue with my equipmentat at 6:30 am. I called and he called me back within 5 minutes and was out to service my equipment within a few hours. Very prompt and efficient service. Always super friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. I appreciate this.

Auto Chlor is amazing! Brian responded to service our machine so fast! Everyone is always so friendly and help with any questions I have. The machine always looks and runs like brand new after service! I will always use Auto-Chlor and will recommend them to anybody in the food industry without a doubt!

So... Ive been working with Auto Chlor for about 25 years. Ive moved, rearranged sinks, had multiple locations. Through it all, Tomas has been there with expertise, a smile and a willingness to make it work for me. Every person who comes out for our monthly service has been the same... great attitude and really competent. So sorry I cannot remember all the names over the years, but our current technician...dishwasher whisperer...whatever the title... Nathan, has been great! Nothing specific, just all the details. Checking everything, cleaning up afterward, friendly, helpful with anything that looks awry, responsiveness, all those things that are hard to define. Thank you... Jordan never once complained about how many times I called him or had a question, and was always willing to help answer. We LOVE Auto-Chlor for our business. They are reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. They provide our main kitchen dishwasher and dish washing/sterilization chemicals, plus many of the cleaning products we use throughout our 11 room Bed and Breakfast. The products are really effective and cost saving. Our Auto-Chlor service rep, Robert, is a credit to the company - he is polite, thorough, and explains the maintenance he has performed on each visit, and helps our housekeepers understand the appropriate use of the cleaning solutions. We could not be happier with AutoChlor and our relationship with our servicing technician and the AutoChlor managers. Great Job! We recommend them highly. - And they have provided several cleaning/sterilizing products during the Covid pandemic that help us assure top level cleaning and hand sanitizing stations without overcharging for the excellent products (as we have noted elsewhere!). Highly recommended!
