Have had several things done to my jackets like having patches made and sewn on, some embroidery and even my snaps replaced on one jacket. The service was excellent and I am very happy with the results. All of my jackets look great now! Thanks!

The shop has a large variety of great products. We have dropped quite alot of money in there on more than one occasion. We purchased a pair of boots that unfortunately didnt fit correctly, not my husbands foot but unfortunately his bike and the boot dont work together. When we tried to return them we were told it has been too long and were turned away. Werent even given store credit. He would have literally put the money right back in your store right then? Not expressed due to the fact that we travel over 2 hours just to come to this store. The boot has never been worn other than to put in on? We loved your store but unfortunately customer lots. Walked in and was greeted promptly. I was looking for gloves and they took the time to explain every detail. I had a set in mind, but found a pair there with all the same features, but cheaper. I liked that they had a hand grip tree to try the gloves on.

I went there to get a patch sown on to some thin leather and have a name stitched on to it. The lady gave me some excellent advise and did al the work while I was waiting. She did an excellent job. Whenever I need something similar done I would go there again, no doubt.

Yesterday me and my brothers were out riding in Tucson. It was a very cold ride and we stopped by late at the store for some gloves. They close at 4pm on sundays and we showed up at 405pm one of our brothers knocked at the door and the staff let us in. Not only did we buy some gloves for our brother but i bought a renegade vest. The vest was high quality leather the gloves were perfect and the staff was more than helpful even though they could of turned us away. This was a great example of quality riding gear and great customer service. We all will definitely be returning customers.

Not just rude, hostile.Let me start by saying that I have dealt with three employees before today and they have all been very friendly and professional but it only takes one bad one to lose a customer.I had placed a previous order for some sewing. When I picked it up, they said I get 10% off any purchase made in the next 30 days. I also get a veteran discount but only one discount at a time, which is fine. I had been needing a new helmet so I decided to get one. The person who helped me was great. I found a helmet I liked and the price was decent. I didnt want black (its hot enough in Arizona) so he checked the back for a white one and said they could order it. I paid and went home to wait for my helmet.I noticed on the receipt that I was charged the full price that was marked on the helmet, plus tax. I called and the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and said the 10% would come off when I picked it up. Weird, but ok.Today I went in to pick it up and I was told the helmet was already discounted 7.6% so she would give me 2.4% off. I said no, I was told it was 10% off and thats the price its marked. Now, if it was already discounted, they should have said, Oh, that helmet is already discounted so we cant give you the 10% off that one which would have been fine. I probably would have gotten it anyway. But they didnt. If you walk into a store, and they say you get 10% off and the price is marked, I think you would assume you get 10% off that price. I know I did. So I told her that I didnt want the helmet. It wasnt the $20. It was the principle. So then she told me that there are no returns on special orders. It wasnt a special order. They were out of white helmets so they ordered one. I didnt ask for it in lime green. After a phone call with her boss, she grudgingly gave me the 10% off. I even made another small purchase at the same time.After that, her attitude, which had gone to rude when I questioned the percentage, turned downright hostile. She stormed off into the back room and I took my helmet and left, never to return.This isnt how you treat a customer.

We went to two other bike shops and nobody wanted to help me get fitted with a helmet, jacket and other gear. Ashley was very knowledgeable. I was looking for a particular brand. She advised me that the one i wanted is round and that i had more of an oval head. She gave me three choices and checked everything for the fit. Actually checking tightness in the the front and back and any pressure points inside. Showing me the different options on each of the choices. Her first choice out of the three was the one we picked. She did the same with the awesome jacket we bought. They actually train to fit clients with gear. I will definitely pass this business name around. Awesome customer service and awesome products. Needed a new bucket, did some research online. Found this place, walked in, was greeted by very friendly staff. Zero wait time, owner came out & we talked about the bucket wall. I really like Allan ( the owner) and all the women that work there including his wife are always pleasant to deal with. Ive gotten patchs on my cut sewn on here too.. they are very appreciative of returning customers and take care of you... Ive bought 3 helmets, 2 jackets, saddle bags, pegs all kinds of things over the years. Never regret a purchase and never had a problem in 10 years.Dont waste your time anywhere else.

A while back I was considering getting a small number of custom patches made. I found Renegade Classics and decided to give them a try. From the first batch of patches to the next ones and the next ones . . . . the work has been superb. Good place for appearal and chrome bolt on accessories, but thats not my scene. Id rather ride than look the part. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I was looking for parts. When one of the guys referred to having his bike re-jetted, I was out. Ive never had my bike anything. I do all my own wrenching, or I dont ride.

A+ service and smiles. I went in to purchase 2 helmets with communication abilities. Alan, the store owner jumped on board and helped us with fittings and performed all the work to install the systems. We were well attended to by all the staff members and all with helpfull smiles and attitudes, unlike our visit to the local Harley dealer who didnt even ask us if we needed help. I understand you have many satisfied customers, however I WAS NOT ONE OF THEM! And my other reviews are justified. When I buy a preowned bike feom a shop, and they fail to tighten oil pan bolts after installing a new pan is unacceptable. Do yourselves a favor, and instead of making excuses, own up to it.Terrible customer service. 👎I walked in with ONE BITE of a cookie left in my hand, and was RUDELY told to go outside to finish it by the lady behind the counter. I was ready to spend WELL OVER $1000 on new full leathers, helmets, boots, and some gear for my wife and I. We had just got a new Ultra classic, and were planning a road trip.I will never return to this store again.Hey Renegade Classics, maybe the next time someone walks in with food, dont be so rude. 😉
