What a disappointment. My wife and I went into this incredible store to buy a new lighting fixture for our dining room. When we walked in nobody was around, no biggie, after a couple minutes a man and woman appeared from the back of the store and they walked up to the counter in the middle of the store. We were in there for 15 minutes sitting and looking at some stuff we liked. They never once acknowledged us, said hello, looked in our direction, asked us if we needed assistance. If you are going to be charging as much as several thousand for lighting fixtures then you better have the customer service to match. Perhaps they thought because my wife and I are younger then we werent in there to do business but they just lost our business. I would rather spend more money somewhere else than give business to a store that doesnt even greet their customers.

We especially appreciated that Thomas not only looked at fixtures in the store with us but also showed us items in catalogues he thought we may like to see. The BEST place in Tucson for lighting! Thomas worked with my fiance and I and Linda worked my in-laws and all of us were incredibly happy with our experiences. They were able to accommodate our budget and were extremely knowledge able their product inventory both in-store and in their catalogs. We also werent entirely sure of what we wanted our fixtures to look like and they were able to offer us great design ideas based on our taste. Seriously the most impressive lighting store and would recommend to anyone if they want to take their home to the next level with beautiful lighting!

We had a great experience at Illuminations! We were looking to replace the ceiling fan in our great room and had seen one online that we liked, but wanted to see it in person before we purchased it. Even though we knew exactly which fan we wanted walking in there, there was a huge selection to choose from in the store, and Thomas was super helpful! He had lots of knowledge and we never felt pressured to buy. It was actually his salesmanship that made us decide to purchase from Illuminations instead of Amazon in the end. We are very happy with our new fan (its SOO quiet!) and would definitely recommend this store and their staff!

We found just what we were looking for! The staff listened well to what we needed and showed us options in catalogues of lines they offer. All but one part of the order arrived within the timeframe promised; the other turned out to be back ordered. It would have been nice to know of this delay earlier but because we like what we ordered better than other options we will patiently await its arrival.

The store has a large selection of ceiling fans. With the assistance of the helpful staff we were able to select three new models to replace existing fans in different rooms in our house in an hour. They look great installed. The electrician asked if we were planning to sell the house as we were putting in such nice fans. No, theyre for our use. They look great.

This is a nice little shop for lighting fixtures. The prices are reasonable, the staff is knowledgeable, the selection is both larger and of significantly better quality than the big box hardware stores. One downside is that it is a very small store, so they dont maintain stock for every item they display. You may have to wait a couple of days for the item to be delivered after ordering.

Personalized services and extremely helpful. They assisted with ideas and spent as much time as needed in reviewing catalogues, finding out your needs, listening carefully and offering advice. I highly recommend Illuminations. Its so wonderful experiencing personal service!

We order our fan on a Wednesday 2 1/2 weeks passed and we call to see how much longer? We received the most I competent response...We canceled our order called Lamps Plus in Scottsdale and received our fan in two days! Thank you Diana. I will never return nor do I recommend Illuminations, there is no reason for anyone to have to wait two or more weeks for anything. We are in 2018 not 1999.

Thomas was the salesperson who helped my husband and I choose light fixtures or fans for every room in our new home. He was very kind, patient, and listened to our every need and want. Everything is installed and looks perfect. We will definitely shop here forever thanks to Thomas and his great customer care!

The staff was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We have dealt with this company over 10 years and their service has always been consistently good. Definitely would recommend them for all lighting needs.

Used their website to look at various light fixtures. Very easy to use and find what I was looking for. In their shop, the people were very helpful and courteous.

After a frustrating experience with a light fixture I purchased here I gave the store a dismal review. Why am I now giving a glowing review? The store manager, Thomas, got in touch with me and was all over my problems. He assured me he would do whatever it took to make me happy. I was very impressed. Illuminations is the best lighting store in Tucson. Locally owned and great customer service. Dont shop big box, buy local.

Cool lighting ideas, but WAY over priced. At times the noses were hanging higher than the fixtures.🤣You can easily find similar product, ( yes, just as nice) elsewhere for a more reasonable price.

Thomas is knowledgeable helpful and always professional. We will continue to use illuminations now and in the future, for our home and business.

Bought a ceiling fan. My electrician installed. Dimmer didnt work. Took three months and multiple calls to wrangle another dimmer. Wrote them and suggested they pay for the electricians return trip. They never responded. They sell crap and they dont care.

Best place in town for lighting

Hard to get any help. It was about an hour before closing, but there was no one else in the store. When I was finally directed to the type of light fixture I was looking for, the selection was dismal.

They had what I was looking fot.

Overpriced... get the same on line for 1/2 the price!!
