Horrible customer service!!! If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. This morning, we stopped by the showroom looking for a couple wall fixtures for our new home. We wandered around the showroom for at least 20 minutes anticipating that a salesperson would make contact with us... Nope, never happened... no one even acknowledged our presence. My wife actually went to the counter to ask a question about a specific item... she was ignored as the salesperson just walked away.Never again... I guess if you are not there to purchase $20k worth of lighting products... you wont even register.

Excellent guidance and suggestions from Ken, excellent installers.Needed to buy 6 ceiling fans and a chandelier for a new construction home.Got some really excellent advice from Ken on sizing, type, and height. He had all the best practices, and gave me excellent guidance.Then shopped around their huge selection, and made a choice to purchase.When the order came in, the installers came out and did a really excellent job.They gave me several different options of how to configure the lights and remotes, I ended up wiring a wall switch to the light, and the fans controlled by the remotes (one in wall, one free-floating).Really just couldnt be happier. Between the excellent guidance, huge selection both locally and online, and excellent install.Will definitely be back for any lamps, fans, etc I will need.

My wife and I recently bought a custom home and needed to install ceiling fans throughout. We are really glad that we stopped by Northside Lighting because the fans at the big box stores did not offer the quality and selection found at Northside. Linda spent a lot of time and effort with us to make sure that we found the perfect style and features we were looking for in fans. The install process was very professional and every fan looks and runs beautifully! I highly recommend Northside Lightning if you want the best selection, quality and service available!

Yet again I had an excellent experience at Northside Lighting. I had selected my light and they worked very hard to make sure I could flush mount it as I desired. Their helpfulness and attention to detail was greatly appreciated and typical of my experiences there with their knowledgeable sales staff! Still my favorite lighting store!

I called this location from another state to inquire about whether a specific product was discontinued, since I had been getting the runaround from my local shop for 2 months waiting for the product to arrive, and the Northside Lighting store via Premier Lighting was recommended by the manufacturer. Im sincerely grateful for the time they spent with me to research and learn about my unique situation - obviously they didnt have to, Im a stranger in another state - but that, to me, reflects how well they take care of their customers!

We have been looking for mini pendant lights for awhile and this was our last stop in town. We loved the customer service from the get go! Javier was fantastic! He checked in to see what we were looking for and guided us to a couple areas. He came back to see if we needed anything, brought an LED light per our request on a light that did not have an LED bulb installed and then checked to confirm that there were two in stock. He was great as was the warehouse staff. The opened both boxes and inspected them with us and gave a up a tip on installing. Finally the price fit our budget perfectly with no pressure. Beautiful shop. Tremendous selection. When you take the time to listen to the clerks who are trying to help you, you can actually learn a lot. I went in being a bit of a know it all and ended up learning much about newer led lighting and g9 led bulbs, sorry for that guys. That being said, super helpful staff. I needed the fixture that day and they literally pulled it off the wall for me (and kicked in a discount for the display item!). This place is what patronizing small businesses is all about. Expertise and attention that you will not get in a big box store. Get all of your lights here.

We purchased a light fixture from Northside a few years ago for my daughters apartment. When it was installed the electrician did not give her the instructions on how to remove the glass lens in order to replace the bulbs. I called Northside and spoke with Linda. She asked that I email her a photo of the fixture. I emailed it to her. She immediately called me back to explain how to remove the glass lens. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. We have shopped at Northside in the past and will certainly shop there in the future. We highly recommend the store. We have no affiliation with it.

Hello everyone, Im not a customer, just a smartphone photographer with a Google account which seems to have uploaded a photo of your neighbors storefront but i guess its mistaken it for your place The photo is located within your indoor photo file on your Google my business webpage and features the little thrift shop just up 1st Avenue. Its a terrible photo too, not to mention years old and i think it has faces of people in it who likely dont want their visage emblazoned in any site other than the face upon which its already located. I really do apologize for the trouble, just hoping to save you any real trouble. Just take it down, coz it wont let me, obv, i cannot access your my business lol.

My husband and I stopped at the store wanting to buy a couple of ceiling fans. We have been shopping at this store for years. Today, nobody greeted us when We came in. There was one customer at the counter and two employees behind the counter. We proceeded to look at the fans. After a while, One of the employees came and said he would be with us in a minute, we waited but never came back. We walked out neither employee made eye contact or try to find out why we were there. We went to Lowe’s and bought the fans. It is unfortunate the service had deteriorated so Much. I like the products they sell.

Super pretty store to explore and there are always things on sale, so there are interesting finds at all price points.

Ive been in the store on two different occasions. Each time the showroom floor and ceiling were so crowded with merchandise that it caused a sense of vertigo and claustrophobia. The price tags,wow- very very expensive! I had to stop myself from laughing. That and I had a few questions about a few of their chandeliers, but they were too busy for my questions to be answered. So I hope that theyre more attentive towards their customers and their questions or concerns in the future.
