At first we were definitely a little reserved and really didn’t think we wanted help or to be spoken to (and I’m sure anyone could understand the awkwardness of this!,) however, D.J’s expertise was most appreciated and he was able to presumptively lead us in directions we didn’t even know we wanted to go (pun intended!!) His ease and ability to relax while staying professional combined with Cruz’s exceptional customer service and knowledge really made for an overall great experience all around and for a place we walked into not having any idea what to expect...

My mask broke on me and the management wanted to charge me a dollar for a mask which is required to shop at their store. I’m pro-mask but I won’t pay to enter and shop. Ridiculous. Took my business elsewhere. My first time and my last.

If you want to get harassed while bringing in a service dog, be my guest and shop here! This establishment broke an ADA law.

The sales people are so helpful and give advice and share their stories. They make it feel comfortable. Ask for suggestions. I didnt see any creepers or men in trench coats.

They don’t let service animals in there even when the service dog is verified.

Vusting store after all mask mandates were lifted.. when entering the store the sales person not wearing a mask. Rapidly puts his on anday I cant enter without one. I have COPD. And other breathing issues. . Medical by LAW Im not required to wear a mask.. I tried to explain he wouldnt even listen to me. Just rudely saying haveva nice day not allowing me to soeak.

I love coming here everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Angel and Carmen are fantastic. The owner on the other hand is very pushy and can be quite rude. I had been in the store many times before and knew what I was looking for and what I needed she followed me around and was very pushy. I would give it five stars if it wasnt for the owner. She is usually not there thats why I still go and I would highly recommend for people to go here. They really are great people working there.

Just left and Cassandra (sp?) is amazing. I felt very comfortable telling her about my unique situation and she was so beyond amazing. She went above and beyond to help me and make sure that I understood the difference in products. She is a delight and I will absolutely be coming back to get her help!

By far the best adult shop in all of Tucson!!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they keep their store CLEAN! There is a great amount of toys and products so its easy to spend some time in this story. Totally recommending this business!

I’m pretty young and still learning and the staff here were AMAZING!!!! I’ve been to the shop multiple times and have always been treated with kindness and respect, never once felt like they were looking down on me. They always have time to answer your questions and treat them very seriously and don’t make you feel bad about asking. I always recommend them to any one who wants to learn more about themselves, or who are already experienced and are looking for quality stuff.

I purchased a product from their store for $145 and I went online to the manufacturers website and they had the same exact one for 99.95 . When I asked them to match the price and refund me the difference she interrupted me and told me that they dont do any price matching and that I shouldve went to the website before I came to them. Friendly advice dont shop there you can get way better pricing online for the same product, and better customer service apparently.

I bought some candy for a bachelorette party and when I opened them they were rotten. I called the store and the staff was so friendly and professional it made exchange so easy. owner is amazing and gave me an extra bag of the candy too! A++ customer service

Very clean and a huge variety of products for M, F, FTM and MTF as well. Very friendly; Valentine was very helpful and informative on the products the store carries that my spouse and I were looking for. Plenty of parking space and it certainly does have a clean front.

Recently visited this shop, and felt like I wasnt really leaving with items of MY choiceStaff was a little pushy and I bought something I wasnt set on. AND to top that, the item I bought (CalExotics Jack Rabbit) was supposed to be waterproof, and no more than a couple of days of only 1 use, rust started to fill inside around the beads. All they said was there is a no return policy. I was so sad, as it was the first toy ive ever purchased. VERY Dissappointing.

Love shopping at this place, the staff is great and knowledgeable, but recently I tried to visit and pick up a few things and was turned away because I tried to come in with my service animal, although the owner was perfectly within her right to ask us to leave, I wont be shopping anywhere that discriminates against service animals whether theyre emotional support animals or trained service animals, this is more of a disagreeance with the state of az that emotional support animals are not afforded the same rights as other service animals, but I left agreeably and took my business elsewhere that doesnt discriminate.

Store was clean. Friendly Personnel. However the merchandise is all opened and spent $100 on a pump that had scratches and fingerprints all over it. So clearly you don’t buy unopened merchandise.

Had to leave because their security was making me and my husband extremely uncomfortable by staring at us the ENTIRE time we were in the store. Telling me I shouldnt be shopping in certain areas of the store because it wasnt my size? Then continuing to stare as I looked at outfits. My husband finally had to say something to him, and we left without buying anything. I refuse to give them my money. Either he was staring at me sexually or because he thought we would steal. Either way it was unacceptable and I will not return.

Poor customer service the girls in there are horrible . Need to hire new staff if u want anyone to spend their money in there forsure I went in there ready to buy but didn’t because of how they were acting 🤦🏻‍♀️ So bad!

This is my third time reviewing this store and overall Ive had more bad experiences than good. The first public review I had was 1 star and the owner contacted me and we spoke. We figured out the issue was making two young girls uncomfortable by being constantly bothered and watched like criminals even though Ive dropped hundreds of dollars here. He respomded with Ill speak with my staff but you have to understand adult shops arent in the best of neighborhoods I understand that but I should feel safe and comfortable coming into this store especially alone. Ive tried this shop a few more times after that incident but I no longer feel comfotable coming in here especially since Ive brought different friends and after leaving they say they never want to return. Im writing this store off my list for good. Being harassed and constantly watched every move I make is extremely uncomfortable and bothersome. Every section I go to someone (theres usually only two people staffed) comes up to me and asks me questions and lingers. I just want to explore on my own and if I have questions Ill ask which I say as soon as I enter the store. Coming here is extremely nereve-racking and no longer worth it.
