Stopped in on Black Friday just to check things out as Id never been there before. The store was clean and nicely set up. We were greeted immediately by Adrian. He showed us our options and explained everything to us. We had LOTS of questions and he and David (the other salesman) answered every one.The prices (and sale) were great, and financing was perfect for what we needed. So great that I ended up buying one for myself and one for my son and his girlfriend for an early Christmas gift!The financing part was easy, and Adrian and David were entertaining while we waited. Their sense of humor was refreshing. And no high pressure selling either, also appreciated.We picked up our beds the following day, and slept on them last night. Best nights sleep Ive had in a while! I hope the mattress holds up over time, guess only time will tell.Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed! Thank you guys for a great experience!

My wife and I have purchased quite a few beds over the years and these folks were very easy to deal with and absolutely no pressure. Some bedding stores are like a sleazy car dealerships. Not these guys. The products seem very good and we like the idea of dealing with a regionally and family owned company. Its hard to judge a bed. The real answer to quality and satisfaction doesnt become apparent for a long time. We felt like we had to just do our best and take the plunge.

Had an amazing experience with Brooklyn Bedding. We spent our Sunday wasting our time with Sam Levitz they lied to us and created an unnecessary ordeal I ended up requesting a refund of a bed I had purchased Sunday morning and could not pick up after they sent me to three different stores. We went to Brooklyn Bedding just by chance had an amazing experience with Dave he had us laughing and enjoying the process of purchasing a bed. My husband and I have been looking at various stores and online options, but I’m 5’3 and he’s 6’, so we were hesitant to buy w/out trying the bed first. Saw Brooklyn Beds online, then went to the store. Once we laid on the Sedona model, we were sold. It felt so supportive and comfortable for us both. Very easy purchase, sales rep gave enough information but didn’t hover, allowing us to decide on the bed. Delivery is scheduled for much faster than expected. Would highly recommend.

I didn’t appreciate the fact that the salesman didn’t think it was important for him to protect others from COVID. The door had a sign that required masks, but apparently only customers can carry it. We bought our new bed at Matress Firm.

Im very happy with the customer service I received from Dave Lecompte. Purchasing my full size bed was quick and painless. Dave didnt try to push any sales or get me something that I didnt want. I came in told him what I wanted and boom it was done. David make sure that the mattress came to the store on Broadway and pantano so that I could pick it up before the close of business. So I had to edit my 5 star review down to 1 star. Yes, the shopping experience was easy, the delivery and set up was great, but the mattress itself has been horrible. I bought the Bloom Hybrid (medium) with the adjustable platform back in April. When I slept on it for the first night, I felt that I was bouncing around on it like I was on a trampoline. My first thought was that it didnt seem as soft and plush as the mattress in the showroom but maybe I needed to give it some time. I ended up having to put a topper on it because I didnt like the bouncy feel. After about 2 months I decided to exchange for something softer because I paid a pretty penny for this mattress and didnt feel I should have to use a topper to make it feel tolerable. I exchanged it for the Hybrid Bloom (soft) with the hope that it had a softer feel. The exchange went smoothly enough and I went with the same line because the sales person working that day had just started and didnt seem to know if there was another line that would have been better for me. Mind you, Im petite and weigh less than 115 pounds. I now have a soft Bloom Hybrid that just kills my back...the reason I got a new mattress in the first place. Sadly I am beyond the 120 day trial period with a $1300 mattress that causes me more back pain than ever before. I cannot recommend this mattress or the company to anyone. Im sorry I took the recommendation from a coworker who also now feels their mattress purchase was a mistake.

They have Awesome Cozy Soft and Firm and in-between Soft and Firm and at better prices than most places that sell new beds... And Very Friendly people who Care about the Customers...

The Brooklyn Bedding salesperson wouldnt give me a firmness rating--he called the Bowery the one size fits all bed. After taking the bed home and putting a mattress cover and sheets on the mattress, its much more firm than it felt in the store. Ive had the bed for about a month. Im a side sleeper. My arms go to sleep if I stay on my sides for too long. My shoulders and neck hurt every morning. When I brought my concerns to my local Brooklyn Bedding, they first told me NOT to try a foam topper because it would be like, putting a bandaid on a broken arm. Then they offered me a hair matted, dirt stained, used mattress topper that was wadded up in a bag at the back of the store to see if I could make the bed more comfortable!!!!! I declined to take the risk of taking bed bugs, and God knows what else, home. Ive had my share of bizarre and insulting salesperson experiences, but this one takes the cake. We are going to purchase a king bed in the next few months. We wont return to Brooklyn Bedding.

I am so happy I stopped by Brooklyn Bedding to see what kind of mattresses they had to offer. I had been doing a lot of online shopping and stopped into a couple of stores. Frustrated with the pressure of other salesmen and the unknown of online shopping, Robert greeted me and he immediately made me feel comfortable and talked me through some of the mattresses. Dave the manager is very personable and will go out of his way to communicate with you. He seems to care a lot about his customers and he will take the time to educate you about Brooklyn Bedding’s mattresses. We purchased their best-selling Aurora Medium, well worth the money if you can sleep on it. I had absolutely no ulterior motive other than to buy the best mattress I could find for my budget. I did extensive research. The product seemed so ideal in the store I took a chance knowing it had a “100% guarantee.” For more than 60 nights we gave it our best shot to no avail.First, let me say, I applaud Dave and Brooklyn Bedding for honoring their 120 day sleep trial during the pandemic. Tensions flared, due understandably to the delays caused by the pandemic. In pain every night and not sleeping well, I began to panic, fearing, based on past experiences with corporate America, that I would be stuck with this mattress.It appears I also fell into a trap of sorts. Every purchase is supposed to include “free shipping nationally.” That’s what it says on the side of their delivery truck parked prominently outside the store, and on their company’s website. Being very generous and accommodating people, and given our location 75 miles from the store, we volunteered to ship and install this “bed in a box” ourselves. We also payed for and shipped our old mattress to the landfill ourselves, another service the company is supposed to offer. This was hard work for two seniors (68/62 years old). Unfortunately, when it was obvious it had to be returned under the sleep trial, we were stuck with having to bag it and load it (now expanded and weighing 100 pounds or more) onto our Tacoma pickup. It saved them having to come out and pick it up professionally, which was the least they could have done.It’s all over now, but my advice to anybody buying a mattress from this company is: make sure they deliver it as promised and take your old mattress away. If the sleep trial is important to you, make sure up front they agree to pick it up no questions asked. This whole process has been a living nightmare I would not wish on my worst enemy. Caveat emptor.

A man named David helped us at the Brooklyn bedding store on Broadway and Kolb. We wanted a latex mattress and there were 2 models and 5 firmnesses to choose among. David did an awesome job of answering our questions. Most amazingly, he kept track of what we had said about any particular mattress, despite the fact that we must have lain down on the beds 30 different times!We had intended to check out the mattresses at several stores before buying. But, we were so pleased with the service and the Bloom model hybrid mattress, that we completed the purchase on the spot. Delivery was on schedule, done quickly by 2 pleasant young men who took away our old mattress set. Were loving our new bed.

I tried one of the Aurora mattresses and was very impressed at how comfortable it was. I hope to buy that one when I go to replace my bed.

Me & my pregnant girlfriend really needed a new/bigger bed so we went to Brooklyn bedding near Broadway & kolb in Tucson first then we checked mattress firm and another mattress store. Brooklyn bedding ended up being the best place for us because of their free delivery + we were able to get our bed on lease for a down payment of about $60. Very happy with the bed & the guy that sold it to us was very helpful. I recommend checking this place out if you need a good bed & want free delivery or if you wanna get it on lease.

I was dreading mattress shopping because I’m used to the pushy salesmen that are in your face and high pressure, and Brooklyn Bedding couldn’t be more opposite of that! Adrian and the regional manager were both extremely friendly and provided great insight and information but gave my husband and I space and privacy to make our decision. They had us try a lot of different types and made recommendations based off of our sleeping preferences. They even encouraged us to look at their competitors stores around town so we could compare. After a lot of online research we went into the store a couple weeks ago to try out the mattress we were interested in. Adrian was very helpful and not at all pushy. We went back this past weekend to purchase our mattress. Once again Adrian was very helpful and even though there were others in the store he made time for us. We were able to get our mattress delivered the very next day. I can’t rate the mattress as it is still rolled up while we finish building our bed. But, we hope to sleep in itby the end of the week.

This is the BEST mattress company on the market. The Soft Brooklyn Aurora is perfect for side sleepers. The salesman Bob provided outstanding customer service being very polite and courteous and acted like a true professional. He made us feel like family by mailing us a hand written card expressing appreciation for our business. The Mattress is OH-MAZING and at a great price. I paid less than $2000 for a luxury mattress and Mattress Firm wanted almost $3000 for something similar. I purchased from Brooklyn Bedding for several reasons: 1) they offer a 120 night trial 2) hassle free returns with a full refund if it doesn’t work out 3) free delivery & return shipping 4) generous student discount.The whole purchase process from start to finish was a breeze, and my mattress was delivered in a week. My mattress arrived on time- within the 2 hour window as promised. The delivery team was professional, courteous, and most importantly respectful of my home.As far as value is concerned, there’s no question that the prices are much lower than most of the big names in the mattress industry. Now that I’ve seen my purchase up close and personal, I have a smidgen of doubt as to the quality. The stitching is uneven and there are loose threads in a few spots that I worry will eventually come undone. Also, what I didn’t know (until after I forked over >$1000), is that this mattress is packed and delivered in the same manner as a typical bed-in-a-box. This leaves me wondering how sturdy this (king size) mattress could possibly be, when it arrives folded & compressed so tightly that it looked more like a fouton mattress. Of course, once you open up the plastic it automatically begins decompressing until it eventually reaches it’s intended size. It has been about 6 hours since the bed was relieved of it’s plastic chambers, and it appears as though it still needs more time to “fluff”.
