Evelyn was able to answer all of our detailed questions about the S&F luxury Rockwell firm mattress that we bought. We had previously shopped at mattress firm and decided on this mattress for $2600. We decided to check into sleep solutions to see if they had the same mattress for a discount. Yes! They had the same model for $1100, manufactured in September 2020. Evelyn called another store to find the pillowtop that we wanted. It was delivered to her store the next day. She also called her manager to get more details about the origin of this particular mattress. Overall sleep solutions earned our confidence.

I just purchased and I can say I am a happy customer. I went in and the girl that helped me (Evelin) was very nice and attentive. I told her I was looking for 2 queen sets and didnt want a spring mattress. She quickly showed me the options i had to choose from and got me exactly what I had came in for. I can say they are also very sanitary and are taking all the right precautions during this pandemic. Ron helped me out in picking out a mattress. He asked me what I wanted and showed me several different kinds of mattresses. He explained all of the differences of each mattress and didn’t push me to any particular one. Ron was upfront and the prices and when I picked out the perfect mattress for me he helped me put together a mattress set with delivery! I had gone in late in the day so delivery was the next day! I really love my new mattress, I especially like the 125 day tryout period. I was having my arm fall asleep, and my old one was sagging and squeeking! It was time. As full time rv people buying a mattress is not a pleasant experience. We called and even though it was not open yet a pleasant voice answered. I told her what we needed and she was more than happy to help us. After we arrived she had another customer but let us know a few times she would be right with us. We were very surprised when we told her what we needed and right away she had an answer. Everything we looked at was to big and we were almost to the point of leaving but Sandra saved the day .
