As someone who has degenerative disc disease in my lower back, finding a good quality mattress is very important to me. Emily was super knowledgeable and understanding of my situation, and effectively guided me in the right direction very quickly. From what I could gather, they have really good rates on their mattresses as well. I have not committed to a mattress yet, but feel I have a high contender. Overall it was a very good experience.

I needed new low profile box springs for my king size bed. I had a maximum target price and googled local mattress stores. Just Right Mattress Outlet was minutes away and about to open on a Sunday morning. The store is awesome with all types of mattresses on display and pillows. I spoke with the owner who was able to get my box springs made to order and delivered to me in a matter of days. No box springs that have been sitting for who knows how long in a warehouse for me! Marc is very knowledgeable and asked if I had any shoulder or back pain to help better direct me to the perfect mattress. Marc was so very nice and helpful. He showed me options, and when I decided to go with the least expense option, he didn’t push me at all to go with a more expensive mattress. Kornerstone Credit just screws me out of $206.00 because of paying off my balance short of maybe $20. According to what I saw online I should have been paid off. Long story short, I’m paying $206.00 more than I need to for a mattress that I no longer own because I had to sell it, since Just Right Mattress only does one exchange. I know rules are rules, but in this day I would hope I would be a bit more willing to help someone out.

Marc Galyean and his family have so far been very easy to work with. I purchased what I thought was an encasement but it was a cover. They graciously exchanged it for me.I purchased a Queen Rejuvenate Euro Top - Medium it arrived with a snag on it, obviously from the factory. It is a good sturdy bed just the same.Because I have back issues, the medium is still too hard for me.I have requested a soft mattress in lieu of the medium since mine is flawed. Per the terms of the sale, Marc requested that I sleep on the bed 14 days before exchanging. A mattress is an important purchase and I believe they realize that over their bottom line.

Kaylee at the office was more than helpful in seeing that I got the link to be able to apply for assistance in getting a bed which took a matter a possibly 3 minutes or less for approval. With my extensive work schedule I knew that I need a comfortable affordable bed and a base and explain to her exactly what I was looking for and that I lived in a small modest apartment and I trusted her recommendation. She did a wonderful job by supplying me all of the helpful information that I need allowing me to not even have to go into the showroom to look at what I wanted but explained what she recommended and I was more than enthusiastic on my purchase as it was a perfect decision. I would like to thank Kaylee for going out of her way for making this an affordable purchase and for helping me make a decision since I could not get to the showroom. I highly recommend just right mattress outlet as it was affordable and very easy to apply for financing and everyone was very kind and helpful in my purchase as well as delivery. I will definitely utilize them in the future for any other purchases needed. My delivery process was also made the following day so I did not even have to wait 24 hours for my purchase. I bought the wrong size mattress (my fault) and tried to get my money back but they charge 15% cancellation fee. Sure they offer to change it out for the right size but I don’t want to change it. I want my refund. 15% is way too much. I’ll keep the mattress but will not come here again. Should’ve gone to Costco.

Great one on one costumer service, my grandsons were occupied in a very nice playarea for young children while we talked over the agreement. Water was offered to us while we were waiting.
