They had the tire I needed in stock and their salesmen were very knowledgeable. They also werebusy but yet still managed to get my tire mounted and balanced in a very timely manner.

Cycle gear is the one place to stop for motorcycle gear/parts. Prices are correct, and the guys in Tucson are super helpful. The store return policy is also great, and there is designated motorcycle parking outside.

They have a decent collection of helmets, jackets, gloves, and maintenance items; and anything they dont have in stock, they can order for you. Every time I go in, theyre very helpful, and turnaround time for mounting and balancing new tires is fantastic. I picked up a nail in my tire and was able to get a replacement installed same day. Ben was incredibly helpful in making sure that I didnt have to spend my holiday weekend without my motorcycle. You do have to bring in the wheel already taken off the bike, but its a competitive price and significantly less wait time than trying to go to a dealership for a tire change.

Nick and the team at Cycle Gear in Tucson always go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The friendliness of the staff, their knowledge, and professionalism is always top-notch. The only area I wish could expand their excellence in service is if corporation provided them a lift to change tires on a bike. This would allow a customer riding in to select new tires and ride out in safety. Not everyone is mechanically inclined to remove the wheels and reinstall them without the possibility of causing any damage. In addition, I made a purchase online and received my items in the mail with a 20% off coupon for in-store purchase of $75.00 or more. However, that coupon was already 8 months and 6 days expired. What good is that? I tried to call the 1-800 Number on the card but of course, no one answers.

Cool employees, veteran friendly and a very inviting atmosphere. A after checking their online store I went in to look at helmets, found one my wife was looking for and had a good fitting exp for my first helmet.

I ordered the tires I wanted with no pressure or upsell from the staff. My questions regarding tubes, installation and extra fees (i.e. disposal fee) were answered quickly and accurately. I was notified by email when the tires arrived and brought my wheels in to have the tires mounted.The salesman gave me an honest estimate of when I could pick them up and actually called me a couple of hours prior to the appointed time to let me know they were ready.Pick-up was quick and painless (but it would be nice to have a small tire cart or dolly to get the new tires and wheels to my truck. Automatic (power operated) doors would also be a nice touch for the physically challenged.Your store was clean and well-stocked, but could use more aisle space. A larger location or expansion into the adjacent vacant storefront may be a good thought.

I had just purchased a 2017 CB 1100 . Within hours I rode to CYCLE GEAR. I was greeted as I walked in, letting me know that I will be helped, once staff got a chance. . Soon there after a team member ( sorry forgot name) was helping me find an ABSOLUTE necessary piece of motorcycle gear, that II must wear when Ridding. A HELMET . Great service PRICES.

I originally found this motorcycle shop looking for materials needed for an oil change and a good outdoor bike cover. They not only helped me, but little did I know Id be launched into the greatest Adventure a beginner Motorcycle enthusiast could ask for and a realm full of professional riders. Ive now purchased a really nice helmet and other materials from this store and Im sure I will be back again. Any of the friendly store workers here are more than capable of helping customer needs and providing key information, and Blake was my guy who helped me out so shout out to him! I would highly recommend anyone stop by this store just to look around or ask for recommendations on nearly anything measured in cc for displacement (or even e-bikes!). My only recommendation to the store would be to carry more 151 oil filters! Thanks again yall, and safe travels out there :)

I dont buy a lot of motorcycle gear, but this is where I go for security equipment. My first time here, they recommended me a break alarm that Ive been using for a couple years now and love. This last time, I came in looking for some added security for my new Grom. The woman who helped me gave me some really good suggestions and even led me to an even better alarm system that Im going to save up for. I trust these guys because it feels like everyone who works here is a rider themselves and theyre happy to share their experience with various products to lead you in the right direction. Its great customer service that makes you feel like they care about you and your bike.

2 quarts of oil, oil filter, a pair of grips, grip glue. $75.00 reasonable pricing. Would’ve spent more on some riding gear but everything‘s black come on it’s Tucson Arizona it’s going to be 100° every day for the next three months. Like the new Troy Lee gear except no over the boot pants and a lot of black it’s too hot for black in Tucson. Staff mostly knowledgeable seems to be a high turnover of employees. Give you four out of five stars. I’d like to see you have stickers of all the products you have and not have to pay for the stickers after you buy the product. That’s all, keep up the good work!!

Love this store - local and extremely helpful. In this day when we are all about ordering through Amazon and having zero human interaction, its nice when you get service from people at the actual store. Trying stuff on is a necessity to be comfortable for a ride. Got a cardo talkpack and they installed it on my helmet at the store. I know its easy but its nice they offered and they did a good job. Also heard they may be partnering with RevZilla so hopefully that gets more inventory. Service dude noticed the velcro fell off on the mic on 1st attempt, 2nd attempt was good for a day, must have just been old but he did give it a solid attempt. He was really careful with gloves and cleaning. I did it at home with some super strong adhesive my son had, all is well and havent had a problem since. Keeping it at 5 stars for him trying because it was good when I left.

I have never had a bad experience at the Tucson Arizona location. Everyone just wants to help & know when to back off. I dont mean that in a negative way at all, but when youve worked retail as long as I have you know that as a shopper, sometimes you just want to figure it out yourself. Im a beginner rider, I went in looking for a helmet and could not have been more pleased with my experience.

My neighbor Travis recommended me this place, claiming he always gets great service. So I called and Zach helped me with ordering my tires he was professional and helpful. When I went to go pick up my tires, cuttie Dan did an awesome job installing them. Let me say that I am very grateful for Dans excellent customer service skills because he took an extra step to help me and not many people do that. Open on Sundays! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. What they dont have in store they can order and ship to your home or ship to the store. Military discount is a plus. I bought 2 different styles of cruise controls, as long as I keep the package nice and all of the parts together I was told I can bring the one I dont use/like back. Awesome!
